I forgot to mention the good news, I left my old job where I had to do shift work because I had been offered a new job with better money and currently only day shift so I’m slowly planning out more pages

Well…I start at McDonald’s tomorrow! I’m not really that nervous tbh, I’m just hoping I’ll enjoy it and it’ll be a lot better than that HELLHOLE company I worked for, for 8 months! (Literally don’t even know how I stood it for that long yikes!)

I start a new job at a manga company in March.
I will be posting more, though not frequently, because I have to get back on track.

After a couple of weeks of decision making, I can finally announce I am leaving my job of almost 11 years.
It’s been a long road, and a difficult decision to make, but I feel that it’s the right one, at the right time.
The print industry, if somewhat stable, does not have much room to progress and develop if you are an Operative or Technician.
I chose to move on to pursue a new career and begin to learn new things and make my job fulfilling and exciting again.
I start my first day as a Junior Graphic Designer on July 24th!
I both excited and nervous as I have a lot to learn, especially new software and computer skills. But I’m up for the challenge. Hopefully this will lead to bigger things for my future :)
This means that unfortunately, I won’t have as much time for Etsy work, orders or sewing as I cannot get to a Post Office as frequent anymore. I will try my best to bring it back into my spare time once I get settled into my new place and into a new routine.
I love sewing a lot and I don’t want to give it up any time soon!

Got a new job, a new car, a new computer, but you ain’t here anymore
Here I am, tomorrow I’ll start a new job, in two days I’ll receive my first car, and you’re not here
I just try to be excited for what’s happening in my life but the thought of you not sharing it with me makes me feel sad
So I got the call back! I got the job! I’m gonna finally work at a Real Veterinary Hospital!

Those who follow me may have seen that I posted about a government job I had an interview with a while back. Well… I got it!!!!! I’m now a government agent (sounds cooler than it is). Looks like things might be on the up… For a change!
Update
So I have been employed for almost two months now and can honestly say that I am loving it so far!
You know your work place is going to be special when your colligues are protective of your boss but also your boss is protective of you. We work with people in crisis so its sooo nice knowing your coliges have your back, so you can do what you can to aid your clients. I just come back home from 12 hour shifts ecxited!!!
School has also been plowing ahead, enjoyable as ever just a lot of back to back long days XD
Covid still tries to kick my butt, but I will hopefully have a doctors visit with the insurance kicking in :D

Just got a new job today and naturally I had to fill out the personal information section. Nice to know they’re inclusive by allowing me to identify as either a male, female, or “Gender X”
Also for sexual orientation the options were Straight or LGBTQ+ so I am happy to inform y’all that I am now the entire community

When a librarian interviews for a job, and doesn’t write down the people in the room in her notebook, and then can’t craft an eloquent-enough thank you for the interview note that also implies she knows the committee chair’s name, and no one else.
JUST FOUND OUT I GOT A JOB I INTERVIEWED FOR A FEW DAYS AGO!!!!
