A collaboration between Akira Uno (painter, credited on the book as “illustrator”), the photographer Eikoh Hosoe, Iwao Miyanaga (credited as “AD ・Designer”), copywriter (so credited) Junko Muneuchi, and the actress Kyoko Enami who was the model.

Medium: Watercolors, color pencils, acrylics, pastel and inks on Arches paper.

After a lot of sketching and ideas dropped I finally finished my first Lady of The Lake piece, she is my favorite character from the Arthurian cycle and its legends; one of the interpretations of this character that most captivated me, was the one of the 1998 Merlin’s Hallmark Film, after many years, it was time to do mine, I hope you like it.
