you don’t put a cake in an oven and worry if it’s baking. you don’t order a package and worry if it will deliver. you don’t plant a seed and stress about if it will bloom. you don’t put on a cast and doubt that it will heal.

so don’t worry about whether or not you’ll get your desires, because the answer is yes. just like how the cake will rise, your package will be on your doorstep, your flower will bloom and thrive, and your injury will be as if it was never broken. you have your desires, your 3D will show it. stop doubting, stop stressing, stop worrying.

you don’t take a cake out of an oven because you think it’s not baking, do you? you don’t cancel your order because you don’t think it’s delivering. you don’t dig up a seed because “why would it grow anyway?” you don’t remove your cast because you don’t believe you’re healing.

sowhy would you give up on your desires just because you cannot see them in the 3D? you know the cake is baking, you know the package is coming, you know the seed is blooming, you know you’re healing, and you know you have your desires.

start applying.

don’t be scared!! start manifesting little things in real time. this is what truly builds your confidence, even more so than the huuge success stories you see in here.

only think in the end, reject everything else no matter what the 3D shows, because there is no other way and not because you want to change the 3D.

the 3D is on your side you just have to change your thinking to what you want as if it’s already yours and persist in that.

when your “little” manifestations pile up you’ll see how you can alter reality in a literal one second, even if it’s just getting a specific character from an Instagram quiz (the filter ones if yk what I mean ) , cancelling school whatever.

just don’t go into the mindset of “ugh i affirmed but the 3D is still the same!“ NO!! persist in what you want because that’s the only truth. you acknowledging that the “3D iS sTiLL tHe SaMe” is the only reason it hasn’t changed. SHUT UP AND JUST PERSIST.

sometimes when people are only manifesting big things they are alright with waiting and expect it to come in a while because it’s a “bigger” manifestation, but when you manifest little things you don’t have that belief anymore, and you see the 3D conform to the 4D right in front of your eyes. But as we know, there is no “big” or “little” manifestation, nothing is harder to manifest, it’s just your mindset that’s stopping you.

when you start manifesting things left and right you WILL realize that this reality is completely in your control and everything just comes easier. start manifesting little things, stuff you don’t care about, just do it!!

Dont overcomplicate it. If youd take a moment to imagine what YOU want and dont limit yourself youd feel bliss. Dont imagine what u dont want or what you kind of want. Dont limit yourself.

When the Israelites were in the desert headed toward the Promised Land, God gave them a fresh supply of manna every morning. It only lasted for one day, but some didn’t listen and tried to hold on to the old manna, and it spoiled.

When you hold on to old manna—what God used to do, friends who were right for a season, a job that you’re afraid to step away from—it spoils. It won’t feed you. You won’t grow. Maybe you’ve enjoyed a friendship for a time, but at some point, you realize you’ve outgrown the relationship. Or what used to challenge you about your career doesn’t challenge you anymore. You feel God telling you to stretch, to get out of your comfort zone, but you’re afraid. You wonder why you’re not passionate, why you’re not growing. It’s because that manna is old; it’s not feeding you. God has new beginnings. He’s a God of freshness. The manna was temporary provision. God has new provision coming. Don’t hang on to the old.

This is your reminder that even if you struggle with your self-esteem and self-love, it will get better. There is still time. It is never too late, my love. I see how hard you have been trying to accept yourself, to embrace your flaws and I am so proud of you for that. Just because you feel the darkness again, does not mean your efforts were not worth it. With every time that you try again, you choose yourself. And there is so much beauty and so much strength in that. I promise you, it will get better. For now, just keep trying. I love you.

• write that sentence, that dialogue, that scene that terrifies you
• don’t delete shit, just move it to another document
• have a “bits and pieces” document for all the odds and ends you can’t fit anywhere else
• think of the color of a person’s eyes, imagine something reflected in them, now write that scene
• fiction doesn’t have to be 100% accurate, don’t research yourself to boredom
• i’m being serious there’s a thing called suspension of disbelief and it’s magical (yes that’s me making a joke)
• write something that makes you cry
• write something that makes you laugh
• write something you can’t explain to other people
• write something you won’t remember until you read it the next day
• don’t read about the publishing industry until you really, really need to. all it will do is make you unbelievably tired
• listen to music from open world RPG video games, you’re welcome
• always take a small journal or some paper and a pen with you
• write by hand in a journal every once in a while
• put the ending of your story in the beginning and see what happens
• listen to input from other people. yes you’re the writer, but they’re the reader and they want to help you make something spectacular
• said is not dead dude like wtf
• the thesaurus is shiny and lovely and a great resource but don’t let words get in the way of your story telling, you don’t need to write prose as poetry for it to be beautiful
• just finish the draft first, worry about perfection after
• yes, you do have talent
• yes, you can do this. you already are

bad writing advice: you should not EVER NEVER do this thing

good writing advice: everyone’s style is different. there’s no rules set in stone about how to be a good writer. develop your own style and run far with it. it doesn’t have to be perfect. there’s thousands of people out there searching for something new and unique. no matter what, someone out there will always read and be interested in your work. you can become someone’s favorite author by just being yourself.

Every writer on here needs to here this, as well as people who put out writing advice

Dudes, just write. Stop asking me if you should start/continue/finish what you’re writing despite having x, y, or z problem. If you want to write I am in NO WAY authorized to tell you when to stop/start. That’s up to you and always will be.

If you think “no one will ever genuinely like this” you are 100% wrong. 100%. Think about all the trash out there that has fans. I wrote stuff when I was twelve that had more genuine fans among my family/classmates than ANYTHING I never shared with another living soul. It’s impossible to write something no one will like.

If you think “I’ll never finish it so why even bother?” you’re only depriving yourself, man. That’s like saying, “I like this cookie, but I can’t eat the whole bag. Guess I won’t even try one.” ????? Just write the story, to hell with endings. Some of the best works in the world went unfinished by the author/composer/architect, yet we admire the heck out of them. Maybe, instead of thinking you’ll never finish something, tell yourself this is the one you will finish (and repeat it until you do).

If you feel “this hurts to write, I’m too close to the subject material” either set it aside or full speed ahead. You MUST know how many classics, prize winners, and life changers came from someone’s very real pain and experience. Addicts, traumatized persons, victims, quite often they find solace and healing in writing about their experiences. Most importantly, so do their readers.

If you want to write, write. Otherwise only you are standing in the way of what you want.

The real joy of fanfiction is getting to read several versions of the exact same, oddly specific plot written by different people and seeing the small ways things differ and falling in love with every one.

That’s a really nice thought, especially for anyone who worries about whether their ideas are sufficiently ‘original.’ It’s what you bring to your writing that makes it unique, not the plot itself.
