Unfortunately due to our schedules never got done, but wanted to share our concept, think redhood meets Steve McQueen #bullitt. Also collaborated with @eagle_3d to create an amazing prototype maquette. Unfortunately not enough interest so this never went to market. Who’d be interested in seeing this made for mass market? My friends and super cool guys from Eroica Cicli just got amazing vintage carbon fiber-steel Rossin. It’s one of the very few prototypes ever made, definitely one of the rarest Rossin in he world. Early carbon fiber construction, performed by gluing together the two fiber shell of the main triangle of the frame. A steel rear triangle is then integrated to the body. Design to challenge time records in velodromes, equipped with a pair of 700 and 650 disc wheels and an aero fairing in the front. The stem is directly welded to the fork crown, and the handlebar was made and installed to fit inside such fairing. A nice piece of carbon fiber frame history (Photos and tech specs via Eroica Cicli)

Ford Bronco Shorthorn Prototype, 1973. In order to compete with the Chevrolet Blazer and Jeep Cherokee Ford began work on several Big Bronco Concepts during 1973. The Shorthorn was based on a shortened F-100 chassis which would significantly lower production costs by sharing running gear and body panels with Ford’s truck. The oil crisis of 1973 delayed production and the F-100 based second generation Bronco went on sale in 1978.
Jensen Nova, 1967, by Vignale. Alfredo Vignale’s proposal for a replacement for Jensen’s C-V8 was designed by Giovanni Michelotti using chassis JM/EXP/117, a short wheelbase version of the Interceptor platform. It was powered by a Chrysler 383 V8 engine with a Chrysler 4-speed manual gearbox. Originally presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1967, the 2-seat Nova was finished in dark green with a beige and black interior and a “wrap-around” rear hatch window. After the show Vignale stripped the car down, changed the rear window and lights, resprayed it off-white cream and re-trimmed the interior in red leather. The now white Nova was presented at the Turin Motor show. However Jensen had already decided to go with Carrozzeria Touring’s proposal for the 4-seat Interceptor and the Nova went no further
Alfa Romeo 164 Protèo, 1991. Designed by Walter de Silva and built by Stola, a fully operational folding-roof concept based on the Alfa Romeo 164 that previewed some styling elements of the Pininfarina-designed Type 916 GTV. It featured four-wheel drive, and a 260hp 3.0 24-valve V6
Alfa Romeo 2600 Coupé Speciale, 1963, by Pininfarina. A one-off hardtop that had previously been presented (in 1962) as an open Spider. It was based on Alfa’s flagship straight-6 saloon but the series production Coupé (Sprint) version of the 2600 was built by Bertone with Zagato building 106 Sprint Zagato versions. Alfa Romeo Giulietta SS Spider Speciale Aerodinamica, 1961, by Pininfarina. Presented at the Turin Motor Show, a prototype for the car that would eventually become the Alfa Romeo Spider. The Typo 105/115 “Duetto” remained in production from 1966 through to 1994 in 4 series. The main difference between the first series Spider and this car were the concealed headlamps which were dropped for the production model
Emilia GT Veloce, 2023. Emilia Auto have begun to take orders for their Alfa Romeo Giulia GT restomod. The cars use the modified bodywork from the classic 1960′s coupé with the V6 drivetrain from a contemporary a Giulia Quadrifoglio. Prices start at €400,000 with first cars available next year
