Chocolate Roast Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Maris Piper potatoes
- Cocoa butter
- Cocoa powder
Method:
- Peel and cut the potatoes
- Boil in water for 5-10 minutes
- Put a baking tray with the cocoa butter in a preheated oven at 200°C
- Shake the drained potatoes to rough up the edges and dust with cocoa powder
- Put potatoes into the cocoa butter and turn to cover in the fat
- Roast for 20 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
