Some of my fave Makoto Kobayashi mechs that I’ve never seen online, scanned from Koba’s Hyper Weapon 2007. With the exception of the “dolphin suit” at top, the images are all tiny tiny on the actual page, which is part of the reason I originally scanned them–to get a magnified view.

I love how the top crab has both reactive armor and spare bogey wheels–doesn’t that seem kind of redundant??

I’ve been on a huge Roscoe kick lately, and I thought I’d have a bit of fun showing off what his LED eyes can do. They’re more or less mood-eyes that shift colors based on his emotions, but I wanted to make it a bitmore nuanced and to really see how much I could push his fairly simplistic eye design.
