A rectal scrape is performed (more often in veterinary med) to obtain a sample of the epithelial cells lining the rectum. These are observed in the microscope for abnormal changes or for microbes and their eggs/larvae that might be present in the digestive tract.
This particular scrape contains an epithelial cell that appears to be bi-nucleate and is surrounded by red blood cells.
I know that she is dead but I wish we could have seen or had flashbacks of Sidney’s mother Maureen Prescott because I want to know more about her because from what we do know, she sounds like a horrible person. She cheated on her husband by having sex with multiple different men. She had a son that she abandoned and when her son did find her, she turned him away like he was nothing. Maureen is the reason why people keep trying to kill Sidney because Maureen slept with Billy’s dad which caused Billy’s mom to leave which caused Billy to go psycho and try to kill Sidney.
I just rewatched the new Scream movie and I can’t get over how good it is. I normally don’t like scary movies but I’ve made an exception for Scream because it’s not really that scary to me. I love the Sam storyline because I never would have thought that the original Ghostface Billy Loomis would have a daughter that we never knew about. I also like how Sam has hallucinations of Billy. My favorite line of the whole movie is when Sam says “Never fuck with the daughter of a serial killer”. I hope that there is a Scream 6 and if there is I want to know, who is Sam’s mother? Because in the first Scream we only saw Billy with Sidney. We never saw him be romantic or anything with any other girls so who did he get pregnant?
I have recently become obsessed with the Scream franchise. Last weekend I went to see the new Scream movie and it was the first Scream movie I ever watched. It was so good that after that I watched the first 4 Scream movies then I watched all 3 seasons of the Scream TV series. I like the show but I think the movies are better because they are more interesting. My favorite Scream movie is the first one and the fifth one because of Billy Loomis. I’m obsessed with him. He is my favorite Ghostface and I know that he is a little bit psycho but for some reason I have always been obsessed and attracted to villains. Then in the fifth movie I love how we are introduced to Billy’s illegitimate daughter that nobody knew about. I think that Billy Loomis makes everything more interesting. He is the original Ghostface so the movies are nothing without him. Scream is my new favorite thing.
