Hey everyone, sorry I’ve been MIA these last few months. I’ve been crazy busy with school and life. Here’s some words I felt like someone could use, I know I’ve been guilty of not doing this way too often and so maybe I’m the one who could use it. Idk, I just want others to know that it’s okay if you say no. It’s more than okay to say no. If you don’t want to do something you shouldn’t feel obligated to say yes to it. Live your life. Love your life.

If you haven’t heard this lately, I believe in you. You can do anything. You can do the hard things. You can do WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU WANT TO DO!!! Trust in yourself! I believe in you, and you should too!

YOU. CAN. you can do it. You can do the hard things. You can get through the hard class. You can do the hard job. You can do hard things. You. CAN. Believe in yourself.

This is something that I have to remember at times too. Sometimes things seem too hard to conquer, but I know that if I set my mind to it that I can be successful. Dig deep. Don’t give up. Remember how far you’ve come and use that to push you to the finish line. You’ve got this.

Remember this if it feels like you’ve been struggling for a long time without seeing a result or without things going your way. Many times the moment we are about to quit is when we are closest to success. Trust in yourself, trust in God You. Have. Got. This. Don’t give up! Joy is just around the corner!

I have to remind myself this a lot. Worrying about something going wrong won’t make it go right. You have to trust that there are some things just out of your control and that worrying about them will only make you more stressed out and unhappy.

Remember this if you feel like you don’t know how you’re going to make it through. You’ve got this, keep going, you’re doing great.

Celebrate EVERY tiny victory. It’s the tiny things that will build on each other to create the big things. ❤
