So, just finished watching Sonic 2 while baking strawberry muffins,, and HOLY FUCK

now im not a hardcore fan of the franchise anymore so im just vibing to whatever content i get thrown at
but i NEED to atleast ramble about this
first of all, the interactions between sonic and tails are probably the cutest shit ive seen this week
Agent stone and his undying love for Robotnik you go my guy slay
Rachel is probably my favorite human in the entire movie but honestly i wished she kicked randall in the balls or whatever for what they did because,,, i doubt anyone else would have taken this lightly
THE SCENE WITH LONGCLAW PLS sobbing
Idris Elba did an amaing job on voicing knuckles imo, now i find it hard to picture him without that voice and accent
also at the end of the movie with the baseball scene ;-; it was so damn cute
“I am having the fun!” :D
I lowkey wanted to see Amy aswell but i’m also very happy that there are no ships or romance involved directly yet tis just bros being bros
Similarities between the Sonic Movie and Sonic Movie 2
Ever since I saw the sequel for the first time, I noticed a lot of things that happened there that happened as well in the first movie. Now that I’ve seen the movie three times in theaters, I finally finished this list I’ve been working on since the first time I saw it.

- A bar scene.
- Tom punching someone in the face.
- Someone getting tucked in.

- Robotnik moving/acting like a robot.

A small gift I made for @the-brucest-fan. From her Sonic Movie AU “A Hedgehog in Human’s Clothing”, here’s a drawing of how Sonic looks as a human in said AU! The AU’s about Sonic becoming a human on Earth as a result of the rings, which in this AU turn you into the dominant species of the planet they go up once they go through the portal. I hope you all like it!
For Sonic 3, without spoiling any of Sonic 2 (because I haven’t seen the movie), this is want for the casting:

The voice actors from the video games?
You know, people who have honed their craft of acting entirely with only their voice for decades and also have years of experience portraying those characters already?
But yeah sure, shitty hollywood celebs are also fine.
If I was fan casting for a game, then I’d pick voice actors known in the gaming industry. For a movie, I pick actors that are more familiar with the industry. That’s completely normal and what the Sonic movies already did for the two currently released titles.

Jsjsjs I already saw the sonic movie and it’s super good! I loved both sonic and James as a secondary character, I consider him an excellent duo best friend for 3d creatures, it’s a love >x9!
