Me: “Yeah my comfort character is Dabi.”

People without mental issues: “All those options and you landed on Dabi?”

Me: “Yeah it was between him or Fatgum.”

PWMI: “…Why the fuck would it be between him or Fatgum?!?”

Me tightly holding Toga in my arms: “I just want to make one thing clear. If anything ever happens to my poor, sweet, baby Toga. I’d kill everyone in here and then myself.”

Dabi: “Wtf what about me?”

Me: “Eh.”

he likes it when you sit on the nearest surface with your legs wrapped around his waist, pulling him closer to you. one of his hands on the side of your face/neck so he can hold you in place while kissing you like it’s the first and last time; your forgotten spotify playlist playing in the background. his body is so big and hot against you as his strong arm wraps around you and closes all the little distance between you; he loves to suck and bite your bottom lip when you least expect it, and if you make the slightest moan, he’ll laugh and call you needy. he also likes to pull away a little too often just so you can chase his lips; he loves to see that you need and want him just the same way he needs and wants you. he teasingly asks if you want to move into the bedroom and, before you can even answer, he picks you up and carries you there, leaving teasing kisses every now and then on your lips.

Vampire Todoroki- There’s a very old mansion in your neighborhood that everyone says is haunted. It’s surrounded by no trespassing signs. Your friends dare you to go in but you find is definitely not a ghost. Well at least not only a ghost. You have a run in with a very different sort of supernatural being. After that, you end up running to said being. ~

“I do not think this is a good idea.” I called back over my shoulder. I heard my friends laughing behind me. I looked at them back by the gate.

“It’s fine, Y/N. Just go in for a little while, explore, and then come back out. No big deal.” Monoma called. The others agreed. I internally groaned before turning back to the dark

path. The long driveway led to an abandoned, gothic mansion. It was supposedly haunted and my friends had dared me to go in.

“If anything happens just give us a call. We’ll be right in.” Kundo said. I nodded and walked on. I was starting to think that there was no house after a bit of walking and seeing nothing but trees.

“Holy…” Out of nowhere a beautiful house appeared finally.

I took a long look at it. “It doesn’t look abandoned on the outside.” I walked around a stone fountain and up the steps. I tried the door and it opened easily and silently. I pulled out my phone and saw I had no service. “Great.”

The front hall was grand but dark. I could see very little except small glimpses in the moonlight. I walked carefully through until I found a staircase. I walked up the stairs carefully, using my phone as a light. The place was absolutely humongous.

“I’ll get lost if I’m not careful.” I stepped into a room and saw furniture covered in fabric. A fast gust of wind blew behind me. I jumped, dropping my phone. I looked down the hallway. I saw nothing. I picked up my phone and moved on. “Old house and it’s drafts.”

I made it downstairs and found a nearly immaculate kitchen.

It was confusing. The whole house was actually. Save for a few dusty rooms, the mansion was in perfect shape. It doesn’t look abandoned at all. I looked around in uncertainty before a light caught sight of a light under a door.

“What?” I took a step towards it. I slid the doors open and gaped at the sight. The room was lit bright with candles. It was a dining room and there was a place set with a full wine glass and an open book.

I walked up to the table and stared at the wine glass. The liquid was dark and red. I looked around the room before picking up the glass. I took a quick whiff and recoiled at the metallic smell. I swirled it around and realized how thick the liquid was. I set it down and dipped a single finger tip in. I brought it to my mouth for a taste.

“Shit!” I gagged at the taste. I stared in horror at the realization of what the glass held. I looked around in a panic and stumbled back to leave as fast as I could. I turned to run

when instead I froze at the man that stood right in front of me. He quickly grabbed the hair at the back of my neck and pulled back. “Ah!”

“Who are you? Why did you enter my home?” He asked sternly. I reached up and clutched at his wrist as he pulled my head back more.

“I, I, I…” I stuttered. I tried to lean back to alleviate the pressure from his grip but he only tightened it and pulled me closer.

“Who Are. You?” He asked again.

“Please!” Tears streamed down my face as I screamed. He looked down at me with cold eyes. His eyes seemed to be searching mine. His face softened after a minute and his grip loosened his grip. I whimpered as he ran his fingers through my hair.

“I’m sorry.” He said before backing off. “Forgive me but I was only acting on the fact there is on intruder in my home.” I rubbed the back of my head and nodded.

I looked him over and noticed the old fashioned clothes he was wearing. He had on a Victorian era shirt and dark trousers. His hair was what stood out the most. Red and white split down the middle. He had a striking pair of heterochromia eyes. There was something else strange that I couldn’t place.

“It’s alright. And I’m sorry. I didn’t think anyone lived here. No one does. But that explains why the house is so immaculate.” I looked around nervously.

“Yes, I’ve lived here my whole life.” He said. “Now, why exactly did you break into my have?” He began advancing on me slowly. I started to back up. This continued until I hit the table. I gasped but never took my eyes off him. He stopped right in front of me.

“My friends dared me to come in. Like I-I said we thought it was abandoned.” My eyes looked back at the glass before back to him. He followed my gaze before slowly looking back at me. “That’s not wine is it?” I asked, hoping my earlier realization was wrong.

“No, it is not.” I whimpered slightly and looked away. “Don’t worry. I won’t…”

“Todoroki-kun?” A high pitched male voice echoed through the house. The male turned to look over his shoulder and I took the opportunity. I slipped away and ran. I shoved through a doorway and took off down the hall. I heard a voice call out from behind me but kept going.

“Gotta get out of here.” I turned many corners but did seem to be getting anywhere. I turned to look over my shoulder to see if he was following. I saw nothing and turned back. There in front of me was a green haired man. He looked at me shocked and I took a hard turn and ran up the stairs.

“Todoroki-kun?” I heard the man yell. As I got to the top of the stairs, I saw ‘Todoroki’ standing there just in front of me.

“Where are you going?” He called. I skidded to a stop but lost my balance as I did. I saw a look of panic cross his face as I fell back and over the railing.

“Ah!” I screamed as I fell. Pain exploded in my right arm and thigh. I tensed, thinking I was going to hit the floor. Instead I felt myself being caught before that. The breath was knocked out of me. I started gasping for air.

“Hey, calm down. Breathe.” I heard Todoroki say. I opened my eyes and looked to my left as I gasped. Todoroki was holding me and had a look of worry on his face. “Breathe.” He knelt down and sat me down on his knee before holding my face. I slowly got my breath back but felt no less faint.

“Ow.” I whimpered as the throbbing reached it’s head in my arm and leg. I squirmed and looked up at Todoroki. I saw his eyes move to my arm and widen.

“Shit.” He muttered. His mouth hung ajar and I saw fangs grow right before my eyes. Everything became too much in that moment and I passed out in his arms.

3rd POV

Todoroki held tight as they went limp in his arms. He steadied his breathing and got himself under control after smelling their blood. He readjusted his arm under their back and replaced the arm under their legs. He lifted them up carefully before walking up the stairs.

“Todoroki-kun?” He paused and looked down at his friend.

“Midoriya. Can you get the medical supplies and meet me in my chambers?” He asked softly.

“Of course Todoroki-kun. I’ll be right there!” He was gone in a blink. Todoroki walked down the halls to his bed chambers. He set Y/N down on the bed and brushed hair out of their face. A small smile came on his face before the blood caught his attention again.

“Here you go.” Midoriya popped up holding the supplies. He set them down on the bedside table and handed him gauze.

“Can you get a wash basin as well?” Todoroki asked. Midoriya nodded and did that quickly. Todoroki cleaned up the cuts thoroughly.

“Are you alright Todoroki-kun?” Midoriya asked while looking over his shoulder. “With the blood?”

“Yes, Midoriya.” He began to wrap their arm. Once he finished that he went to their thigh. “I am pleased that you came to visit Midoriya but I need to take care of them. Could you please…” He let the question hang in the air.

“Oh! Of course! I’ll stop by another day.” Midoriya said before saying goodbye and leaving. Todoroki then removed Y/N pants to take care of the cut on their thigh. Once he was finished, he let them rest.

Y/N’s POV

I groaned as I woke up. I stretched my arms and back before snuggling back into the pillows and blankets. I took in breath before sighing. The scent of the blankets finally registered. Clove, cinnamon, and a little lavender. I opened my eyes and pushed up on an elbow.

“Huh?” I saw an unfamiliar four poster bed in an unfamiliar room. I looked over the room and was in awe.

The room was huge. There was antique furniture throughout the space and the walls had a few tapestries hanging. There was a fireplace that was surrounded by a beautiful hearth. I looked to my left and saw a bay window while there looked to a balcony behind curtains on the far wall. It was still night. I peeled back the covers and tried to move off.

“Ow.” I flinched as I felt a pain tug on my leg. I looked down and saw a set of bandages. I gasped and remembered the fall I took. My eyes darted to my arm and saw a similar sight.

I got up carefully and walked towards the balcony doors. I didn’t open the door but looked out. I saw a moonlit garden. I turned back to the room. There was an open door and it led to a bathroom. I Went to the sink to wash my face. I looked up and watched the water drip down my face.

“Am I going crazy?” I asked myself before grabbing a small towel to dry my face. When I closed my eyes, the scene replayed in my head. The wine glass, the running, the fall… the fangs. I stalked, slowly lowering the towel. “Fangs. He had fangs and the glass was …” I looked at myself in the mirror. Before I could think any farther, I realized I wasn’t wearing my clothes. I was in a large plain Shirt. I ran back into the room.“Where are my…” Todoroki was standing there with my clothes in his hands. “Clothes.”

“I have them.” He said before laying them on a dresser. “They were dirty and damaged so I cleaned and repaired them.”

“Thank you.” I said. I looked at them before him again. The silence was awkward as I stood there half bare. I rubbed my arm in nervousness. “You’re a… I…” I wanted to ask if my assumptions were correct.

“Yes?” He perked up.

“First of all, thank you for taking care of me.” I motioned to my cuts.

“You are welcome.” He bowed his head. I pulled down the end of the shirt. I saw him notice. “Why don’t you get dressed? I’ll turned around.” He did as he said. I quickly changed.

“Here.” I handed him the shirt he took it somewhere before returning quickly. He guided me through the house to the front door. As he walked to open the door, I couldn’t hold my tongue anymore. “You’re a vampire, aren’t you?” He froze.

“Yes. Yes I am.” He turned to me. “But you have no need to be afraid of me. I do not prey on humans anymore.”

“I know. I-I-I mean I didn’t know about the not preying on humans but not being afraid of you. If you were going to hurt me you would have already done it. Also you wouldn’t have patched me up either.” I took a big breath after my ramble. “I was just shocked and spooked earlier so that’s why I ran. I was afraid at the moment but now I’m not.”

“I’m glad.” He gave me a small smile. “I can understand why though. You said you and your friends thought my house was abandoned so finding out someone was living here can be frightening.”

“You’re telling me.” I chuckled before I was hit by a thought. “My Friends! How long was I out? They’re going to be so worried.” I gasped. “I have to go.” I ran to the door and opened it. I paused and looked back at him. I saw a sadness flush in his eyes. “If I can, I would like to meet you again.”

“Yes!” He answered quickly. He coughed and looked away. I giggled at the nervousness. “I mean, I would like that very much.”

“Great!” I smiled big. “Bye!” I said wistfully. I waved before running down the path.

For the next week, all I could think about was Todoroki. It didn’t leave my mind even at work, at school, or anytime. I was actually beginning to miss him terribly when a note appeared on my window seal. It was a handwritten letter from Todoroki. It was just a letter to check in on me. I wrote one back and placed it in the same spot before going to bed. The note was gone by morning.

These notes continued on for months. We got to know each other through paper & pen but I never saw him again. I was falling in love with a man I’ve only seen once and through his words. As the letters continued, they became more intimate. I was building up the courage to confess to him. I was planning to confess in tonight’s letter but those plans change as soon as I got home.

I turned off the sidewalk to walk up to my house. I hopped up the steps but paused when I saw the door cracked. I furrowed my brows in confusion because my mother never left the door open.

“Mom?” I called out as I pushed the door open. I walked in and looked into the living room to see no one. I walked to the kitchen, dining room, and back to the front of the house. A loud sound of glass shattering came from upstairs. I ran up and towards my mom’s room. “Mom! What happ…” I trailed off when I saw the horrid sight in my mom’s room.

“Hello there, Y/N dear.” My mothers boyfriend was standing over my mothers bloody body holding a dripping knife. He had a sickening grin.

“Ah…” I let out a strangled noise before covering my mouth. My eyes began to sting.

“I hate that you had to see this sweetie. You came home too early.” He said sickeningly sweet. He wiped the blade on his jeans. “But I’m afraid since you did, I can’t let you leave.” He took a step towards me. I jolted back and hit the door jam. His sweet smile turned sinister. “Now, now. Just come here sweetie.” He jerked towards me but I threw a vase at him. I bolted down the hall and stairs. At the bottom, he caught up to me and grabbed my messenger bag strap.

“Ah!” I screamed as he yanked me back into a wall. He placed the knife to my throat and I whimpered, clutching his wrist.

“I told you to come to me you little brat.” He sneered at me. He closed his eyes, took a few big breaths before opening his eyes again. “You’re not a brat, no.” He ran a hand down my face. I flinched away from his touch. “You’re my sweet little girl… my baby.”

“You’re demented!” I screeched and kneed him. He doubled over and I ran for the back door. I ran through the back yard and into the woods. I heard him screaming and running behind me. I ran through the trees towards the one place I would be safe.

Before I ever got to the gates, I couldn’t hear him. I slipped through the rod iron gate.

I ran down the lane at full speed with tears running down my face. I stumbled and fell, catching myself on the side of the fountain. I flinched at the scrap on my hand. I pushed myself up though and ran up the steps before nearly running into the door. I ripped it open and darted inside.

“Todoroki!” I called out. I waited for a response but got nothing. I took in a shaky breath and hugged my stomach. “Todoroki?” I cried out again. I bit my lip to keep them from wobbling. “He’s not home.” I told myself. A sob escaped my throat and I covered my mouth with my uninjured hand.

I bolted up the stairs and down the halls to the room Todoroki had put me in before. I opened the door and slammed it shut. I leant against it. I dropped my bag off to the side and pushed myself off and launched myself on the bed. I buried myself in the pillows and let myself cry.

3rd POV

Todoroki walked into his home. He had been out for a night stroll under the full moon. He paused when he smelled a familiar scent. Two actually. One was Y/N’s natural scent and the other… Todoroki caught sight of the bloody handprint on the door.

“Y/N.” Worry coursed through him. He ran up the stairs, following their scent. He followed it to his bedchamber. He threw open the door, eyes darting around the room. He found a shaking on his bed. He quickly knelt over them. He placed a hand on their shoulder. “Y/N?”

“Ap…” They jumped before looking at him. “Todoroki…” They sat up and buried themselves in his chest. He froze in surprise. They cried into his chest. He wrapped his arms around them and sat them both back against the pillows.

“Sh.” He ran his hand through their hair trying to comfort them. “What happened? What has you in such a state?”

“My mom, my mom…” They gasped nuzzling into his chest. “Her boyfriend killed her and tried to kill me!” They exclaimed. “I walked in on him… Her body was on the floor… so much blood… knife to my neck… chased me…” They sobbed.

“fHey, hey.Shh. You’re safe now.” Todoroki held them tighter. He gently grabbed their injured hand to see it.

“I tripped outside.” Y/N said before he could ask. The bleeding had mostly stopped by now. He went back to running his fingers through their hair. He just let them cry into his chest. They eventually fell asleep and he tucked them in. He left the room.

“Midoriya.” He called out. Said green hair boy showed up in an instant.

“Yes, Todoroki- Kun?”

“Can you watch over Y/N while I go out? They’ve been through a horrible ordeal and I don’t want them to be alone.” He walked back into the room.

“Of course!” He followed and stood at the end of the bed.

“I will be back as soon as I can. If anyone comes, don’t let them near them.” Midoriya nodded and Todoroki turned back to Y/N. He brushed a hand across their forehead. He leant down and kissed their head.

Todoroki ran towards Y/N’s house and saw there were already police and an ambulance there. He hid close enough to see what was going on. A man was being arrested and he was maniacally laughing.

“The women asked for it.” He screamed. “And the brat. Ha! You’ll never find them!” Todoroki seethed with anger. He couldn’t do anything since the police had the man but he hasn’t wanted to sink his fangs into someone this bad in so long. His eyes moved to the house. He went inside to Y/N’s room. He could smell the blood from here. He looked out the crack in their door and saw the police walking around.

“Y/N hasn’t been found.” One said.

“No one can reach her either. Maybe that psycho was telling the truth.” Another commented. “Maybe he got them.”

“Maybe.” Todoroki stepped back and looked around the room. He quickly packed a few things before leaving.

Y/N’s POV

I jerked awake from the nightmare. I opened my eyes and peaked out of the blankets. I saw Todoroki’s room and relaxed again. I curled up in a ball. I tried to calm my breathing as I heard a door open. I looked out to see Todoroki walking in.

“Hey there.” He said softly.

“Hi.” My voice was hoarse. I coughed before sitting up. I sat back against the pillows. I stared at my hands.

“How are you feeling?” He sat down on the edge of the bed.

“Drained. Numb.” He nodded and grabbed my hand, rubbing small circles in my palm. I bit my lips, trying not to cry again.

“You can cry, it’s okay.” He encouraged me. I let out a choked breath.

“I don’t want to.” I whispered.

“I know, I know.” He comforted me. He moved in closer and polled me in. I sat my head on his shoulder. He hugged me and kept me grounded.

“Thank you.” I breathed in deep. I got the smell of clove, lavender, and cinnamon again. It soothed me ever more.

“They caught him.” He spoke up after a minute. I looked up at him. “I went to your house. The police were there and arrested him.” He explained. I nodded. “They also think you’re dead. He was bragging about how he got you both.”

“Ah.” I acknowledged. I looked down and sniffled. I saw him grabbing my hands.

“You need to let them know you’re alive.” He said softly. I nodded. I sighed before looking up at him.

“I will but I want to stay here for a little while. I’ll say I got lost when I ran into the woods.” I said with a watery smile. He cupped my cheek. “This is not how I planned today to go.”

“What do you mean?” He asked.

“I had planned… to confess my feelings for you.” I admitted. I laughed at myself. “I know it’s strange but I do. I am in love with you. I don’t know how but…” I was cut off by lips on mine. I paused before I realized what was happening. I kissed back immediately. I cupped the back of his neck and pulled him in closer. I curled my fingers into his hair.

“You don’t know how elated I am to hear that.” He whispered. My eyes widened but I smiled. “I’m sorry. You’re grieving and I kissed you. It’s selfish of me.”

“No, no, no.” I hushed him with a kiss. “I confessed to you first. It’s alright.” He smiled before getting up.

“Come on. You need some fresh air.” He pulled me up and towards the balcony. He opened the door and let me walk onto the balcony first. I leant against the railing and he stood next to me, wrapping his arm around my waist.

“I will come back here.” I said into the night. He looked down at me. “When I go back and take care of everything, I am going to come back here to be with you. If that’s okay with you.”

“I would never steer you away.” He said genuinely. I smiled and nuzzled my head under his chin. He began to run his fingers through my hair. “You will have me for eternity.”

Y/N’s POV

I sniffled and burrowed further into my rest of blankets. I had my head covered and didn’t feel like moving. I was staying at the apartments that were there for the heroes at the agency I worked at. It was there for late nights and after long missions. The fates seemed to be against me in drones today because there was a knock on the door. I groaned and refused to move. The knocking continued and I was about to yell at them to go away when a familiar, smooth voice came through.

“Y/N? I know you’re home.” Shoto’s voice was a bit muffled through the wood. “Please let me in.”

“Coming.” I unburied myself and slowly got up. I was relieved that it was Shoto. He is my best friend and the one person I actually would want to be around right now. I unlocked the door and hid behind it as he came in.

“Y/N?” I closed the door with my forehead pressed against it. I felt his hand on my shoulder. I turned to look at him with new tears forming in my eyes. “Come here.” As soon as he opened his arms, I launched into his chest. I sobbed while clutching his shirt.

“Shoto…” He held me close and rubbed my back. He whispered soothing words while running his other hand over my head. My knees were starting to give out.

“Let’s get you back to the couch.” He quickly kicked off his shoes and took off his jacket.

I went to walk to the couch but Shoto scooped me up and held me to his chest. I just went limp in his arms as he carried me. He sat down on the couch and pulled my blankets over us. He just let me cry into his chest until I calmed down.

“Why… Why did they do it?” I gasped. I pulled back to look at Shoto. He had a somber expression on his usually stoic face. “Did I do something? Could there have been something I could have done to, to, to…I don’t know, to make them stay? I could have been better…”

“Hey, hey, hey. No, none of that.” Shoto wiped tears. “You did nothing wrong.”

“Then, why did they…why did they break our engagement? Why did they break up with me?” I sputtered, covering my face. I felt Shoto shift and a couple of tissues were held in front of my face.

“I don’t know. They won’t talk to any of us.” He sighed and looked off to the side. “I mean I could do some undercover, super secret Private I work to find out.” I chuckled through the tears. I set my head on his shoulder. He rested his head on top of mine.

“No.” I said softly. “No point. They’re not in my life any more anyway.” He nodded and I cuddled into him more, tucking my head under his chin. He pulled the blanket up higher on my shoulders.

“You know… You’re perfect the way you are. All of us will tell you that, even Bakugou. For whatever reason he decided he wanted to end things, please know that you are still worth all the love in the world. That you are not alone, even if we’re not with you at the moment. One day you’ll find someone who will be smart enough to never let you go. And, um… crap, still not the best with words.”

“Shoto!” I laughed. He smiled. “That’s alright, what you said was perfect. Thank you. It’s going to be a bit before I’m alright but I know I have you and everyone else too.” I hugged him. We snuggled on the couch for a bit before he got up to go to the kitchen. “What are you doing?”

“I am going to make some Tempura for us.”

“You are?” I teased. He gave me a glare before turning away.

“Yes, me. Bakugou has been helping me. So shush.” I laughed before laying back down on the couch. After a while of hearing him in the kitchen, he came out with a cup of tea. “Here.” I locked eyes with him.

“Thank you.” He smiled and nodded. He leant down and kissed my forehead. It wasn’t long before he brought out the food. We ate with some small talk and with some argument, Shoto did the dishes. It was late by the time he finished.

“You need some sleep.” He said while poking my cheek softly. “I can see it.”

“You’re not wrong.” I said. I got comfortable against his side.

“You’re just gonna sleep here.” I hummed an affirmative. “The lights are still on and I can’t move due to the leech on my side.” I whacked his arm. He chuckled. I blindly reached for the remote for the lights & more. Once I found it, I clicked the lights off.

“Goodnight, Shoto.” I said while already dozing.

“Goodnight, Y/N. Just know that I’m always here for you.”

3rd POV

Shoto watched as Y/N fell asleep against him. He admired his friend. If he was being honest with himself, he’s been in love with them for a long time. He never pursued them because they never showed romantic interest in him. It broke his heart when they got into a relationship with their now ex but he was happy they were happy.

“Sleep well, love.” He brushed a couple stray hairs back. He traced their face tenderly. Y/N wrinkled their nose before smiling and snuggling in more. He got comfortable and closed his eyes, falling asleep while holding them tight.

Too Hot

Day 2: Todoroki Shouto - Being somewhere you’re not supposed to be + “It’s too hot”

Pairing: Todoroki Shouto x Fem!Reader

Word Count: 1045

A/N: This takes place during the saving Bakugou arc and the reader has an endo/exothermic quirk wherein they absorb/emit thermal energy with the side effect of overheating and possibly fainting

Masterlist|Kicking Off 2022 OTP Challenge

After successfully evading those drunk creeps who so generously offered for you and Momo to drink with ‘a real man’ without having your cover totally blown, Todoroki has been absolutely glued to your side. If that narrow path was already barely walkable to begin with, he made it even harder to get through by stopping and asking you every two seconds if you were okay.

Normally, you might be more thankful that your enemy-turned-close-friend is being so protective of you in spite of his usually aloof nature, but right now you feel suffocated— both figuratively and literally. It was also a little embarrassing. Did he not think you could handle yourself? Not only was his behavior strange, but he was smothering you in a way he never had before and after the umpteenth time of him protectively ushering you behind him with one arm, you’d had enough.

“Shouto, enough!” you whisper-yell into his ear, not wanting to involve the whole team into it. “It was a mouse!”

“We still have to be careful,” he says simply, which only infuriates you more. But now isn’t the right time to hash it out, so you decide to wait until it is.

That right time never does come as everything after that unfolds at Mach 5: finding the hideout, the heroes taking over, and next thing you know, you’re absentmindedly clinging to Todoroki while watching the showdown between All Might and One For All on the big screen.

Now in the aftermath of it all, you realize that you were probably crushing his left hand and your quirk is causing you to overheat. Your grip loosens and in comes the dizziness. Todoroki notices you clutching your head and asks you once again if you’re okay. When you give an unclear nod-slash-shake, his hand tightens around yours as he leads you away from the crowd and into an alleyway.

“Shouto, w-we need to— B-Bakugou—”

“It’s okay, the others are escorting him back—”

“W-We shouldn’t b-be here— we’ll get caught—”

“Don’t worry about any of that,” he tells you, placing hands on your shoulders in an attempt to help you steady yourself. “It’s okay, just breathe, and tell me what’s—”

“I-It’s too hot…” you manage to mutter out, but still feel like if you lift your head too high, you might pass out as though you were the one to experience the United States of Smash.

He’s quick to act silently, bringing up his right hand to the back of your neck. Feeling his activated quirk brings you instant relief.

“It’s okay, you can go,” he urges you to release your built up heat, and you do so.

You slowly start to release all the thermal energy you’ve absorbed with Todoroki’s hand keeping you grounded. Ironically enough, the emission process leaves your heart feeling warm.

You finally let your eyes meet his letting him know you’re good and you suddenly remember tonight’s events.

“Todoroki…”

“I told you to call me Shouto,” he reminds you, recalling when the two of you called a truce, and he asked you to call him Shouto to mark your new friendship.

“Shouto,” you begin with heat once again rising to your cheeks at the use of his first name. What happened tonight?”

“Well, we went to rescue Bakugou, and—”

“I’m not talking about that,” you stop him and he raises his eyebrows. Was he that oblivious in his own out-of-character behavior? “I’m talking about you being embarrassingly overprotective!” You can’t contain yourself anymore. “Do you not trust me to handle myself or contribute like everyone else? Look, I know I’m not as smart as Momo or as strong as—”

“That’s not it.” His hand that was still on your neck keeping you cool tenses up.

“Then… why?”

“I didn’t want what happened to Bakugou to happen to you too.”

You shake your head in response because the answer still doesn’t fully explain.

“And after those creeps—”

“You’ve never been like this before, Shouto,” you cut him off, looking him dead in the eye in a way that lets him know to cut the shit. “Tell me the truth.”

“Because I love you,” he breathes out so quietly, you think you might have misheard, before he starts speaking increasingly louder. “When Bakugou got taken, I wasn’t anywhere near you— a-and if anything happens to you I-I wouldn’t know what to do with myself!”

His explanation leaves you breathless.

“Did you just say…”

Of course you’re attracted to him, but you had never allowed yourself to think of him as a romantic prospect because, well… he’s Todoroki Shouto, the half-hot-half-cold prodigal son of the number two hero and one of the most hopeful prospects of UA, and you’re… you’re just you. Despite being promised that you had incredible potential, you barely got in and could barelykeep up with the rest of your class in the first semester. What good was incredible potential if you had such poor control over such a volatile quirk? Sure, Midoriya struggled too, but his unbelievable intelligence was at a level you couldn’t get close to.

“Did you just say that you love me?”

He nods silently.

So he really— wait. Although you’ve grown to ‘speak Shouto’ as your friends put it, you can’t bring yourself to understand whether he’s telling you that he loves you in the sense that he cares about you a lot because you’re close friends, or if he loves you as in, in love with you.

You can feel the heat start to emit from yourself once again as you settle on what is probably the most risky and irrational way to confirm his feelings. Pushing yourself up onto the tips of your toes, you don’t break eye contact with him until your eyes close when your lips meet his. Keeping it short, you pull away with your face burning in humiliation and refuse to meet his eyes again.

That is until his icy hand slides to the side of your face and he uses his thumb to nudge your head upwards where an irresistible magnetic force brings you to face his heterochromatic eyes.

“Does this mean you love me too?” Shouto asks you, looking calm despite his voice betraying him.

“Yes, Shouto, I love you too.”

BONUS❄️

You and Shouto jog back to catch up to you friends, hand in hand, your left holding his right. The two of you are greeted by four open jaws and double the amount of eyes staring at your linked hands.

“Who cares!” Bakugou shouts, “I was LITERALLY KIDNAPPED!!”

Request: Todoroki’s s/o gets hurt during the Overhaul Fight? Like they’re with Midoriya and get really hurt while trying to save Eri. And Todoroki is worried, pacing back and forth because his s/o was at Nighteye’s internship as well. When everyone comes back he just sees his s/o all bandanged up. Fluff at the end please!

A/N: I oddly enough haven’t written many imagines for our much beloved Shoto, I mean he’s my favorite character and there is so much potential. So I’m glad to be writing for him again. Even though I got this request forever ago, and have been putting it off.

Shoto had been very personally disappointed with himself when he failed his provisional license exam, it was a major setback to his goals and it was a bhumiliatinging to be one of the only two students who failed the exam. Now, he would have to take remedial courses to be able to retake the exam, and he would only get his license weeks, if not months, after his classmates.

It was in those moments of disappointment that he was glad to have (Y/N), who always knew when he was upset and how to make him feel better.

“You’re gonna catch up in no time,” she assured him, “and you said you felt bad for how you treated that super intense guy from Shiketsu during the recommendation exam. Now you have the chance to let him know the real you, and not the cold, dismissive person you were then.”

Shoto was resting on your lap, the way he always liked at the end of the day, with her hand absentmindedly tossling in his dual-colored locks. Truth be told, he was so relaxed he could only hear half of what she was saying.

“Was I really that bad?”

“Kinda, but you had your reasons,” (Y/N) explained, running her hand under his bangs and over the skin of his forehead, lightly over the burn skin of his left side. “And you’re amazing now, so you don’t have to worry about winning this guy over. You managed to win me over. I know you’ll do your best.”

Shoto felt better about his remedial courses now, he took (Y/N)’s words to heart, and was prepared to try his hardest to catch up to her and the rest of his classmates. And he didn’t have to do them alone, he would have Bakugou in those classes, even if they didn’t particularly get along with each other, and he would have a chance to reconcile with Inasa. And then he would come back to the dorms and get to tell her all about it. It would all be okay.

That was what he thought, however (Y/N) seemed to have other plans. While most of their classmates weren’t planning to do anything with their new licenses yet, a few of them decided to actually apply for work studies, and (Y/N) was one of them. She was going to the Nighteye agency with Midoriya and one of the Big Three, Mirio. Which meant he wouldn’t see her for long stretches of time.

He wasn’t upset. Or at least he tried not to appear so when he heard her and Midoriya talking excitedly about it. It was easy to cover up with his usual stoic expressions. Shoto didn’t know much about being a boyfriend, or anything about relationships in general, but what he had learnt was that being too possessive was frowned upon. He was happy for her to have this opportunity; in the same way that if he had his license, he would have done the work study as well, and he would have wanted the same support.

The issue was that between his remedial courses and her work study, he wasn’t sure when they would have time for each other after classes when they could actually spend time together for the next couple of weeks.

She held his right hand. He knew she would usually prefer the left side, it was warmer and people usually don’t like to hold cold hands. But it was still summer, even if it was starting to fleet somedays. They were sitting on one of the benches on campus right as they got out of class, somewhere private away from the dorm where they could just be with each other.

(Y/N) held his single hand in both of hers, letting his body temperature cool her from the hot sun and humid climate. One hand held his palm firmly, so it wouldn’t fall out of her grasp, and the other traced over his fingers and the backside of his hand absentmindedly. Shoto released all control to her, he didn’t care which hand she wanted to hold or how she did it, he just wanted her to keep holding his hand for as long as possible.

“It’s going to be okay,” she spoke, “it’s only for a little bit of time, and then we’ll both be back to normal when my work study is done and you get your license. We’ll still see each other at lunch and in class, and I’ll text you.”

Shoto didn’t know what to say. That he didn’t think it was going to be okay. That this wasn’t a little bit of time, it was going to be at least a month for your work study and he would notice that you were gone. And he would miss you.

Instead he said, “okay.”

Shoto had hated many versions of himself over the years, and now he hated himself in that moment too for once again being too inept to actually tell someone how he was feeling and instead swallowing it.

He should have said something, although he’s sure that wouldn’t have changed anything about either of their decisions, it would only lead to a fight. And Shoto would do anything to avoid getting into a fight. Why end up in a fight if he wasn’t going to get to see her anyways? At least this way she would be happy to see him when they could make time for each other.

For the first week, it was the way (Y/N) promised it would be.

Nothing was too different from how it used to be. At least, during the early hours of the days until they were done with classes. That remained unchanged. It was the time after their classes and during the weekends where the change became most evident, especially as the weeks dragged on.

At first she kept true to her promise to text him often. Shoto’s communication skills remained poor even when it text form, usually sending curt responses with unnecessarily formal structure and grammar. When he would be sitting in his dorm room, meant to be studying or socializing with his classmates, he was instead awaiting any news from (Y/N), as if she only existed on his phone. At first she would send long text messages with meaningful words of affirmation, and then with time, Shoto would get emojis that he didn’t understand.

And none of them were adequate substitutes for actually having (Y/N) there with him. No matter what thoughtful messages she could send that would have the same impact as when she just held his hand, or the way she looked at him. And the emojis of kissy faces only irritated him with empty promises.

Shoto began to feel as the weeks pass that the withdrawal is beginning to affect him more than just clinginess. Suddenly, Shoto will begin feeling jealous when he sees (Y/N) spending lunch with Midoriya, talking about their work study, and having to keep secrets surrounding it together. Shoto knows it’s wrong. He trusts both of them with his life, they are two of the most important people in his life, his partner and his best friend. But he can’t help but wish that he was the one who was doing the work study with her.

The days continue to pass, the messages have all but stopped, they have at least ceased to actually make him feel any better. Shoto just feels himself waiting around all day and wondering what she’s doing that she can’t talk to him about and what he isn’t allowed to ask about.

He would have liked to believe he was someone who could always compose himself with the utmost level-headedness and decorum. However, that would have been an untrue statement and he grew to regret his behavior.

“I’m sorry!” (Y/N) was out of breath and exhausted, unable to control her volume and she ended up screaming her apology. Shoto barely looked up at her from where he sat, using his spare time to write another letter for his mother. She placed her things down and closed the door. “I didn’t mean to be late.”

“And yet, you are,” he whispered.

(Y/N) heard him, he could see it in the corner of his eye. Her lips moved into a frown, his snippy comment hurt her, but she didn’t address it, trying to let it roll down her back and not sour their evening. Well, thirty minutes before lights out. She got down on her knees at sat across from him.

Shoto would have embraced her before, he would have let her hold him until she was forced to leave his room. Before they entered this period where things felt awkward between the two of them. (Y/N) was clearly feeling the same way, sitting across from him instead of nestling at his side. It had been this way, a result of the bitterness and neglect over the past few weeks.

Instead, he ignored her to remain focused on his note. She had left him waiting for more than an hour, sitting patiently like a dog waiting for their owner to come home. Now, he was doing something else and frustrated. He couldn’t even bring himself to look at her, either because he was too angry or afraid that looking at her would make his anger fade away and he would simply forgive and forget.

(Y/N) was quickly fed up with the silent treatment. “I didn’t do it on purpose. And I’m here now, so what’s the big deal? Come on, we only have a few minutes, I don’t wanna–”

“Then you should just go,” Shoto interrupted her. It slip out of his mouth without thought. But he knew that was how he felt in the moment. Shoto peaked up from his paper to see her expression. She was surprised with how blunt he was, and his words hurt her and she wasn’t unable to let them roll over her. (Y/N)’s lips quivered, as if she was going to say something, maybe argue with him.

Instead she rose to her feet. “Fine.”

Shoto hadn’t spoke to her since that exchange. Three days passed by without another word between them. Even with how busy they had both been recently, they had never gone a day without some form of communication. There were no more texts, they didn’t walk to class together, or sit together at lunch, and (Y/N) hadn’t returned to his room since he told her to leave.

In the moment, he had wanted (Y/N) to leave his room. He didn’t want to fight, and if she stayed that was exactly what they would have done. Shoto imagined he would get some rest and then wake up with all his frustrations gone and the two would return to the same state of bliss their relationship had always had. However, when he woke up the next morning and didn’t see any messages from her.

When he left for class, he didn’t think to go by her room. If she didn’t want message him, then he wasn’t going to bother to see if she wanted to walk to class together. And it continued like that throughout the day, into the next and the one after that. (Y/N) and Shoto ignored each other, as if not a month ago they weren’t attached at the hip.

It felt righteous to be angry at her for the first two days. Shoto argued with himself that she had been the one who was insensitive to his needs, that she was the one who should be apologizing to him. Even if he was the first one to push her away. Shoto bitterly joked about how pointless it would be to apologize if she would still not be able to spend time together for this last week. He told himself it didn’t matter.

And he believed that until the third day, when he realized how much harder it was to go from limited contact to no contact. How much those little messages mattered to him, and getting to hold her hand on the way to class. Being without it, caused a blackout to form in Shoto’s stomach and sent his mind spiraling, realizing what a jerk he had been.

How could he think he was right when he hurt her? Why was he trying to fool himself thinking he could make it a weak without her holding him— even just playing with his hair or holding his hand. Shoto hadn’t known how to be a boyfriend and now he was afraid that he had ruined everything. Could he even call himself her boyfriend if she haven’t spoken to him in three days? What if the reason you hadn’t spoken was because it was a breakup and he had lost her?

The third day was pure agony and what-ifs.

And on the fourth day, when you left bright and early for her last day of hero studies, Shoto decided he needed to know if he still had a girlfriend and beg for her forgiveness and plead for a second chance. Whatever it would take to set things right, the way that he wanted them to be. It as a simple message just asking to talk, and he struggled the rest of the day to figure out what he was going to say to her.

Shoto paced across his room, trying to say the words aloud. But even in the privacy of his dorm room, Shoto still felt embarrassed, as if he was making a fool of himself. Shoto couldn’t find any words, he hadn’t done much to confess the first time to (Y/N), truly she did the heavy lifting in that department. Shoto was more fond of buying her gifts or spending time with her. But that wasn’t going to get her back, Shoto needed to speak to her, all the apologies and begging she was owed.

But Shoto didn’t get a response. The hours passed through the day, and Shoto hadn’t gotten any answer to his request that they meet. In fact, she hadn’t even read the message yet. Was she really still ignoring him? Even when he made the first step. Was that how little their relationship meant to (Y/N).

The dual-haired boy fell onto his bed and forgot about planning some grand romantic gesture. Instead he stared at his phone waiting to see if she would ever read it, let alone respond to it. Shoto could feel the minutes pass into hours, waiting around for her.

By the afternoon, Shoto must have been moping and losing hope for his relationship with (Y/N) for hours, there was a knock at his door. It was light, but whoever was knocking kept banging, hoping to gain his attention. He would have ignored it, to continue enjoying his misery, but then a voice came from the other side. His classmate, Yaoyorozu.

“Todoroki, you have to come! There’s been an emergency!” She was speaking somewhat erratically, but she managed to keep her composure as befitting a leader. “It’s Midoriya, Uraraka, Asui, Kirishima, and (L/N)! There was a villain attack—!”

She didn’t even have to make it halfway through her sentence, the moment he heard (Y/N)’s name, he had thrown his phone away and ran to the door. He startled Yaoyorozu, but she looked understanding. She knew how much (Y/N) meant to Shoto.

“What happened?!” Shoto demanded, trying his best to restrain himself, “where is (Y/N)?! Is she okay?!”

“It’s on the news report,” she explained to him. “They didn’t mention anyone by name, but their hero agencies were mentioned to be involved. So, I assume that they were there. They have confirmed several injured but no casualties.”

Yaoyorozu had tried his best to assure him that everything was okay, trying her best to explain the situation from a rational perspective. But Shoto was beyond consoling or calming down. There was nothing that could do that besides being able to see (Y/N) in person and ensuring that she was safe. To hear her beating heart and feel the rise and fall of her lungs.

Shoto ran passed her, ignoring Yaoyorozu’s cries for him to calm down or to stop. He didn’t know where he was going, all he knew was that he was done sitting around. He had to go to her now. He figured if she was going to be anywhere, for better or for worse, it would be at the hospital. So, Shoto ran to the only hospital he knew. The one several of his classmates had been admitted to after the training camp incident.

Everything once he decided to go to the hospital felt like flashes. None of it entered his memory. One moment he was outside the dorms and the next he was entering a hospital lobby. There only remained one thought on his mind, and he would not be stopped by anyone or anything. He ran aimlessly, distressing many patients and nurses as he searched for a familiar face.

Eventually he found one, but not the one he wanted.

“Todoroki?” Midoriya asked, sitting on his hospital bed. “Are you okay?”

To be honest, he really wasn’t. His feet were burning and tired, he was loudly breathing through his mouth, and a thick veil of sweat covered his forehead. His heart was beating in his throat. And he was in worst shape on the inside. Shoto felt like the worst person in the world, he needed to see her, to apologize to her. He wouldn’t let himself rest until he knew she was safe.

“Where is (Y/N)?” was all he said in response.

Midoriya was startled, but processed the question and began mumbling an answer, “she’s down the hallway, she-”

Before he could finish, Shoto dashed down the hall in the direction Midoriya was pointing towards. He could hear Midoriya call his name, the same way. Yaoyorozu had, but both of them were just trying to get him to slow down when he didn’t want to. Maybe he would apologize for his rude behavior later, but that was in the back of his mind now. He swung his head right to left, looking through each door for a second while he sprinted down the hallway.

“Shoto?”

He ran past the door, before he managed to come to a stop. He hadn’t seen her, but that was unmistakably her voice. He took a few steps back until he reached the door, his eyes widened, unable to blink until he saw her sitting on the hospital bed with a small frown on her face and surprised eyes.

(Y/N) had some bandages on her wrist from a sprain and small cuts along her arm and across her cheek. Considering where she had been and what happened, she was pretty okay. She was just waiting to be discharged with the rest of her classmates and teacher. (Y/N) would be completely after a few days, maybe a few new scars would remain. But otherwise healthy and fine.

Shoto felt his heart fall from his throat to the bottom of his stomach. His tired legs used the last of his energy to cross the room, but collapsed to his knees once he reached her bedside. His arms wrapped around her waist as he buried his face into her stomach. He was sure his grip would hurt her more than any of her injuries, but he needed to feel her close and real, he couldn’t let go. His breathing became more erratic, tears pricking at the corner of his eyes.

(Y/N) placed one hand on the back on his neck, running it gently over his back. The other ran through his hair in the way he only let her. She tried her best to soothe his nerves. “It’s okay, you’re okay. I’m here.”

He wanted to say something, but all he could do was breathe. Shoto hadn’t felt anything close to this feeling of panic since the high-end nomu attack. But those feelings paled in comparison. He felt as though he was going to die. No matter how hard he breathed, it still felt like there was no oxygen in his lungs. It took a long time for the intense fear of losing her finally left and he was able to loosen his grip and steadied his breathing.

“There you go. I’m proud of you.” She trailed her hand down to wipe a tear. He moved his face to rest on her hand, and all calluses and scraps on them.

He managed the smallest whisper, “I’m sorry.”

“Don’t be sorry,” she shook her head. “We’re okay.”

She pulled him up to his feet and brought him to lie on the bed with her. (Y/N) rested her head on his chest, feeling it rise and fall as he remained focused on his breathing. For once he began playing with her hair mindlessly.

“I should have told you what we were doing,” she confessed, whispering those words into his chest, “I shouldn’t have let you worry like that. I can’t imagine how it must have felt when you saw all of that on the news, just like with,” she stopped before she could say the name, but he understood, “I wanted to tell you so badly. I’m so sorry I scared you like that, Shoto.”

Would he have done the same in her position? He supposed he would have if it was part of his hero study. “It’s okay, you didn’t do anything wrong,” he responded, “I’m the one who should be apologizing. I’ve been terrible.”

“You were hurt.”

“No, you could never hurt me,” he shook his head, wrapping her into a tight embrace. “The idea that something terrible could have happened to you and I wouldn’t be there to protect you is the only thing that could hurt me.” He felt his eyes begin to burn again, tears trailing down his face, “I should have have done better on the license exam, then I could have been there.”

(Y/N) sat up, looking at his red tear-stained face. “You shouldn’t be so hard on yourself. You’re close to catching up now. And I’m gonna be sitting around for you, and then you’re gonna do great things and make me worry. And I’m gonna want to protect you too. So, we’ll just stick together, okay?”

She pressed a kiss to his cheek, and he embraced her once again, taking a deep breath as all tension left his body. “Okay.”

Shoto Todoroki x Reader

Sorry for disappearing I was busy with school I hope I can write more often

Summary:Soulmate AU. Todoroki meets his soulmate during the provisional license test.

Masterlist

“Seij-senpai, it’s him” you whispered, shaking the boy from one side to the other without being able to contain your excitement when you saw that Shoto Todoroki got off the bus that was bringing the UA students.

Since you were eight years old you knew that Shoto Todoroki is your soulmate. His name popped up on your wrist while you were in school and all the girls in your class started screaming because you were the first person in the whole room to have his soulmate mark.

For years you didn’t have a face for Shoto until Inasa described him what he was like after you pressed him a thousand times, but you finally had a fixed face when he watched the UA sports festival on television. You didn’t leave the screen for a minute because you don’t want to miss anything about it. You screamed many words of encouragement at the television even though you knew it couldn’t hear you. From there your excitement to meet your soulmate increased more and you spent it thinking thousands of scenarios where they were for the first time.

“Idiot, you have to concentrate on the exam” Shishikura scolded, releasing annoyance from your grip.

“But senpai, what if this is the only time I see him? What if I don’t have another chance? “ you said whimpering.

You knew that Shoto Todoroki knew of your existence because he must have your name on his wrist, just like you have his, but unlike he had never seen you, and you had that stupid fear, according to Seiji, of taking too many years to meet Shoto and that he decided to ignore their soulmate bond and fall in love with someone else.

"I told you to focus on your exam” he replied pulling your hair causing you to moan “Once you pass you can talk to him or whatever”

Of course, you ignored Seiji and instead of going with Inasa, as they had planned before, you decided to go after Todoroki. Apparently, you did well because your soulmate seemed to need help.

“Didn’t I tell you, Todoroki? Even if you are from UA, acting only says that you trust yourself too much ”said who seemed to be the leader of the group.

"Hey!” They all said when they saw how one of the nuts that the leader had thrown was going in the direction of the group. Some fell out of the tank where they were when they tried to avoid the nut.

You took advantage of the group’s distraction and hid behind the ice that Todoroki just created.

“Okay soulmate, I have come to help you,” you said with a smile causing Shoto’s stoic face to change into a surprised expression. You laughed when you saw how cute he looked.

“Y / n Y / ln?” He said and you nodded.

“He deceived us, he is not alone!” said one of the group.

“It doesn’t matter, go on with the plan” ordered the leader and began to throw more nuts and bolts.

“Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this” you said when you saw how Todoroki’s defense was broken. You raised your hands and sent some of the metals in the opposite direction.

Shoto wastes no time and attacks with his fire those you set free. But before he could reach them, two of the group members began to dump dirt and water. Again Todoroki had to create another ice defense although it did not do much because it was instantly broken.

“Sorry, I can’t handle that much,” you said frustrated.

“Be careful” said your soul mate and he took you by the arm drawing you to him, you blushed when you saw how close they were, to avoid that one of the tanks hurt you. “I will create a distraction. Don’t follow me, focus on passing ”

Shoto felt guilty watching your face drop. He thought maybe he didn’t express himself well. He didn’t mind you helping him but he didn’t want you to end up disapproving of him because of him. Once they finished the exam he would speak well to you.

You saw how Shoto fired fire at him again. Instantly the others contracted with land and water. Shoto didn’t stop until a large amount of smoke formed. It was hard for you to see but you still struggled to find at least one of the members of the group. Thanks to the color uniform you were able to distinguish one so you took your chance. From your belt, you took some handcuffs and with your quirk, you managed to put them on the feet and hands of your enemy. Apparently, the others did not realize because they were after Todoroki. Without wasting any more time you ran towards your prisoner and placed the balls in him. You sighed, relieved to hear that they had just said that there was another one approved. It wasn’t long before they said the same thing again. You turned around to see that Todoroki had taken care of the rest of the group.

“We should go,” you said without knowing what else to say.

“If you are right”

Then the two of them began to walk in silence. Todoroki noticed how several times you were about to speak to him but then you closed your mouth again. You were unsure, so he decided to start the conversation.

“Thanks for your help”

Your eyes lit up again and Todoroki liked seeing you more so he said and insecure.

“I couldn’t let them widow me before my time” you joked without thinking, but then you realized what you said and panicked “Sorry, it’s not that I don’t trust your combat skills in fact you already showed at the festival that you are excellent and today again I am impressive, you are amazing. Oh my god, I should stop talking "you blushed.

"You are amazing too,” he said without any shame.

“Todoroki, you’re going to kill me,” you said hiding your face in your hands.

“Why do you say that?” he asked worriedly and pulled your hands away so he could see your face in search of a blow “Does something hurt? Do you need a doctor? Do you need a ride?”

You didn’t even have time to respond when he was already carrying you and running with you in his arms.

“Shoto, I’m fine! It’s just a saying, I wasn’t serious!” you screamed in disbelief that this was all happening the first time they met.

“Oh sorry” he stopped and carefully lowered you.

“Sorry for worrying you” you ran a nervous hand through your hair.

“Okay” he agreed and they walked calmly again “You should give me your number when we finish the exam”

You bit your lip to contain your cry of excitement. Shoto Todoroki would be your death, how could he speak so naturally and without nerves. You were also excited to know that he liked you enough to want to keep in touch with you.

“Sure” you smiled at him.

I made a kofiso if you want you can help me by giving me a tip or asking for a commission. I would greatly appreciate it
