Tuna & Cauli rice Bowl - 74
* ½ can of light canned tuna in water • 45
* Shredded green leaf lettuce • 15
* 2/4 cup cauliflower rice • 12
* Chopped green onion • 1
* Matchstick carrots • 1
* Season to liking!
I added a pinch of stevia, onion powder, red chili pepper flakes to the tuna. I also pan fry it (Personally I think it brings out the flavor lol ♀️)
Oh and parsley, sea salt, and pepper for the rice

I don’t usually do this and haven’t in a while, but for the past week and a half I’ve started binging at night again :( and Ik it’s bc ONE night I wanted some pickles and it turned into a binge….so now I’ve formed this habit
Like everyday I’m ruining my progress and I have a vacation in 2 weeks! I feel so gross I’m literally crying ughh

* Chopped grilled chicken nuggs(I used leftovers from Chick-fil-A) • 80
* Matchstick carrots • 5
* Cucumber slices • 5
* Shredded green leaf lettuce • 15
+ a sprinkle of salt to the lettuce

Why does low restriction suck so bad but like in a good way???
