Breakfast - ½ cup of strawberry yogurt, fruit & Green Tea • 65

Snack - grapes & low fat string cheese • 100

Lunch” - Roasted seaweed & 5 large strawberries • 50

Another Snack - gum & water • 5

Post workout - Strawberry protein shake & a slice of honey wheat bread (aka bread from Longhorn Steakhouse lol) • 260


Total480calories/kcal

Today is a metabolism day! So I’m really trying to get my protein in n’ stuff lol : >

Breakfast - Strawberry Greek yogurt, 1 large strawberry, and a couple of blueberries + Green tea • 105

Snack - Low fat mozzarella string cheese 50-100

Lunch/Snack - Caramel protein shake • 140

Snack - roasted seaweed + green tea • 30-55

Dinner - Grilled Chicken Salad • 105

Snack - Maybe some grapes? •50-100

Dessert/post workout - another protein shake(strawberry) + an mini apple • 175

Possible ice cream cone???140 (fun fact, frozen yogurt and ice cream are my two absolute favorite foods<3)

Oh and I put red chili flakes(my favorite seasoning lmao) in just about everything I could to help w/ metabolism

+ powdered sweetener (the white stuff lol)

* ½ can of light canned tuna in water • 45

* Shredded green leaf lettuce • 15

* 2/4 cup cauliflower rice • 12

* Chopped green onion • 1

* Matchstick carrots • 1

* Season to liking!

I added a pinch of stevia, onion powder, red chili pepper flakes to the tuna. I also pan fry it (Personally I think it brings out the flavor lol ‍♀️)

Oh and parsley, sea salt, and pepper for the rice

Can you guys share some tips for breaking a late night snacking/binging habit? I’m soooo desperate it’s not even funny

I don’t usually do this and haven’t in a while, but for the past week and a half I’ve started binging at night again :( and Ik it’s bc ONE night I wanted some pickles and it turned into a binge….so now I’ve formed this habit

Like everyday I’m ruining my progress and I have a vacation in 2 weeks! I feel so gross I’m literally crying ughh

Can anyone give me some tips on how to skip meals (specifically dinner and breakfast) without being noticed <3

My mom is already suspicious of me and has already confronted me ab it twice(and that day I actually ate more than usual :| ) It’s not like her finding out would help…like at all lol
