Originally when I posted this it was a bit late for the official Pokemon Day (it was the 25th anniversary this year, wow!), but Pokemon can be celebrated any day of the year!
Johto has always been my favourite region. I love the lore, the character and Pokemon designs—it will always hold a special place in my heart
Finally got my hands on the super rare Umbreon Pokedoll charm! This charm was released with one of the earliest Pokedoll charm sets (2002!) along with Gengar and Grimer.
Another beautiful Umbreon timepiece! This pocket watch is from the recently released Mystery Mansion promotion and features an adorable Umbreon in a little bowtie (who I refer to as Gentleman Umbreon). The watch opens up so you can get a better look at the time (and Umbreon). There is also a Chandelure on the back!
My Umbreon collection has been rehomed into a brand new case :D Here’s everything minus the flats, shirts, and some other little things I still have stored. It’s great to have much more room to display my biggest collection!
The Eeveelution necklaces this year are truly gorgeous. Here’s a picture of my Umbreon one before I took it out of its box. They’re very tiny (and hard to photograph!) but really detailed! The gemstones (in Umbreon’s case, a moonstone) are also a nice touch. I’ll probably be putting last year’s necklace on display and wearing this one!
As if the hourglass wasn’t exciting enough, I also got a hold of this beautiful teacup and saucer set from the 2009 Espeon/Umbreon promotion. Like the hourglass, it is also very hard to find. This teacup is absolutely gorgeous and features a silver Espeon and Umbreon inside the cup. It also has the promotion logo in purple on the bottom of both the cup and saucer. This is definitely one of my favorite items from the promotion and I can’t wait to display it with my collection!
I can’t believe I finally own this one! The hourglass from the Espeon/Umbreon Pokemon Center promotion back in 2009. This hourglass is absolutely gorgeous and has beautiful purple sand that matches the promotion colors. It’s quite a bit smaller than I expected but lovely nonetheless. These very, very rarely pop up for sale and I am so excited to own one!

This year’s Pokemon Time promo was an awesome surprise, as it was comprised entirely of Eeveelutions! This promo had a variety of items, including quite possibly one of the cutest Umbreon plush mascots to ever exist. (Yes I did buy 12 and yes I intend on keeping them all!).
Here we have the merch that heavily features Umbreon: the mascot, the stand memo (which came in a large set), the tin, the figure strap, the secret and regular rubber strap, the decals, the clearfile, and the T-shirt.
When they’re excited their rings start to glow and they get mysterious power. On top of that, they have poisonous sweat. Gross.
