reconnecting – I spent this entire morning being my old yogi self. attended a nice heated vinyasa session and then went home to focus on my journey into some poses. been so long since I’ve hung out in my little abode that there were leaves all over the place(some summer maintenance had to be done) it’s going to take me some time getting used to carrying my lower body weight again but I’ll be patient. just when I got strong enough to carry the booty up, i got all caught up in what life was throwing at me.
