I’ve been having a rough ass week but my mom sent me a card starting my birthday off right although it’s not until June 1st. So, I’m drinking my cucumber water, tea, and taking a second to breathe.

 Lately, my yoga/mediation sessions have been really good. I’m getting better at this shit. I’m able to control my mind to where I can really get to what’s bothering me. When I let my mind just roam, I’m surprised/shocked to what I think about.

I’m always having muscle or joint pain, and yoga has been really helping with that. I do yoga twice a day. When I start my day with yoga, I just have a better outlook for the entire day. When I end my day with yoga, all the bullshit that occurred during the day feels less overwhelming. I’m really proud of myself because I have found an activity that relaxes me, puts things into perspective, and helps with my body pain.

И снова день «вседелкин», и снова нет сил писать)

Хочу выразить благодарность @yoginimelbourne

Я активно растянула места на рёбрах ниже подмышек. Это просто ааааааааааа!!! Раньше я не затрагивала эти места, а сегодня ощутила всю прелесть ✨ многие тренеры, которые практикуют мфр часто говорят, что эти зоны каменеют со временем, и им нужно движение. Теперь точно понимаю почему


Ещё я стала глубже и лучше уходить в асаны. И такое смешанное ощущение : приятно и неожиданно дотрагиваться лицом, животом, плечами до тех частей тела, до которых обычно не достаёшь и не трогаешь каждый день

Осмелилась второй раз выполнить практику на 40 минут. Когда я ходила в зал, то могла и 2 часа потратить тренировку, но на йогу у меня не хватало терпения, сил, времени и много чего ещё чем старше становлюсь, тем лучше ощущаю, что до всего надо «дорасти» и созреть.

Немного хвалю себя, что не гналась за временем и не выжидала «нууу, когда уже конец практики». А также не пренебрегла шавасаной, старалась дышать в каждой позе и движении.


Знания асан находятся на уровне новичка иди недоновичка поэтому план такой: каждые две недели буду изучать технику и разные нюансы от разных йогов, а также заучиться названия самих поз, наконец-то
