Many villages in Shitara area have Hanamatsuri festival. Some of them are different from other usual Hanamatsuri in the aspect of having stories like a stage drama. The stories came from myth of Japan(古事記 Kojiki).
河内の花祭りは、記紀神話に由来する演目がいくつかあるというのが特色です。

イラストレーター森俊憲が描く、猫のイラスト『たびねこ』シリーズの新作です。
10月用のカレンダーイラストです。秋祭りの日に軽トラの荷台に潜り込んで旅をする猫のカップルを描きました。
このイラストを使ったカレンダーやポストカードはminneで販売しています。
It is a new work of the illustration “TABINEKO” series of the cat which illustrator Toshinori Mori draws.
It is a calendar illustration for October. I drew the couple of the cat which did a trip on the carrier of the truck on the day of the autumn festival.
