Here’s some 1-2 minute gesture exercises I drew. I used a random generator to pick an animal, which was a badger, and then I put it into the poses I saw. Hope ya like them! :D

The adaptation of Shadow and BoneandSix of Crows will be released soon and I love this universe, so I took a break from Barbie fanarts to focus on some studies based on the images that have already been released <3
While I was doing these drawings, I was constantly reminded of what Darkling did to Genya and my god, I felt really angry >>:C
Despite liking the Shadow and Bone universe and loving characters like Genya, Nikolai and Tamar, I found the story immature compared to Six of Crows. I love the duology of Six of Crows with all my heart and while watching the Netflix adaptation I remembered several moments in the books that made my heart race for crows. These are some studies using as reference the promotional images of the series <3

I did these studies for the overnight detention scene in the latest chapter of Dastardly Lemondrops. I wanted to get a little more skilled with the colour pages, and I don’t really have much experience drawing and painting forests from reference, and these studies really helped me out.
I wish to let you know that I’m doing SKETCH REQUESTS for every 5 dollar (or more) Patron on Patreon, every 3 months. :) It would mean each sketch would be a 15$ priced commission. PRETTY CHEAP.
Also if I reach the first goal the TUTORIALS WILL BE BACK, and those seemed to be very popular back in 2014 when I was doing them.

I’m in the mood to experiment a bit with traditional paint instead of my trusted digital painting method. This is a partial sketch for a painting I’m planning. I feel I do way more prepping for my traditional work, which makes the actual painting go faster. ⠀
