It’s crazy to be like a normal girl trying on Halloween costumes! I’ve never been able to do that in my adult life!
Whew. You guys, this week has been so incredibly rough. I’m trying to keep it together but I just feel weak. Everything that could possibly go wrong has been and I just feel like I’m going to collapse under pressure. They say it can always be worse but I definitely need some positive vibes/thoughts.

Had to take some of my progress photos down because they were being stolen by other accounts without my permission. So I apologize if my new logo is really tacky but I just wanted to explain why. ( @weightloss3weeksplan is the one I’m refering to in this post. I didn’t take any of their products to lose weight. They are flat out lying and just using my photo to sell their products. )

Thanksgiving is coming up. Eeek. I always get a lot of messages around this time of year. My best advice is to eat intuitively rather than count every single calorie. I had already lost 30 lbs in the left photo. It’s been a struggle you guys. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. Through the ups and the downs I always know where to look for positivity. This has been the craziest best thing to ever happen to me. I’m still in the process of finding myself but I feel a lot closer than I did at 280 lbs.
