I’m a disabled lesbian twoc who needs URGENT HELP to pay off cc debt with their partner and now I need to help my elderly disabled father pay off expenses and bills bc he’s getting no help from my siblings and I’m the only one he can turn to ($600 by the 22nd) Please do what you can!!! Im in the negatives and I need this money to help us and my family as soon as possible!!! I NEED at least the 600 by the 22nd to help my father with his bills!!

Hey, I made this post on April 3rd 2022 and it’s now the 12th and we’ve received nothing toward this, we’re really trying to go this week bc my partner needs allergen safe foods they can eat please b//st this as much as you can so we can eat!!
really mad and disappointed (but also…. not surprised) that the concept of self care has become a buzzword for companies to profit off and disguise their marketing tools under the “wellness” category. it doesn’t have anything to do with anti-ageing creams, acne gels, shopping sprees, detox teas, “being that girl”, waking up at 4am to do god knows what and whatever product or idea they’ll sell you these days. you gotta consider the fact that the term self care actually originated from black communities/activists and actively included the concept of community care as well. one can’t just go without the other and it has nothing to do with how your skin/body looks, how many positive quotes you spread on instagram or how much you spend.
This event on Friday, May 7, is part of the SEEDS Collective Voices Series and will have a workshop-and-discussion format. The first hour will include a workshop on de-escalation and mental-health first aid training. The second hour will offer a facilitated discussion that reflects on the workshop and how to address community care without policing.

i need to move out asap again this time because my roommate found a roach in the common area and wanted to blame me and my disorganization (i mop and clean on a regular basis but okay sis)

I need $305 for bills, plus extra for groceries/food and household needs until I get SNAP next week. Please help if you’re able!
