New year, new Sheep Shop ✨

Changing a few things up so that I can maybe actually possibly find time to make the things I’ve been wanting to for quite a while. And maybe some day even make something for myself (??? unheard of!)

I have so much planned for 2018. Stay tuned, friends.

These little Ballerinas were a piece I designed exclusively for a local preforming arts center. But now I have so many new ideas for so many new little outfits.

Cute and spooky Buns, because it is October.
Also, it’s really difficult to put a tiny pumpkin hat on a chubby little bunny, and not feel happy.

I may not be fancy, but my bunnies sure are.

It’s almost the holidays which means it is time for small animals with fancy attire. Ahh, my favorite time of the year.

People can be so wonderful.

Since I started my little creative endeavors online I have met some of the most truly beautiful souls. I recently had a fellow artist adopt this little white glittery pastel bunny for her daughter, Willow. Her daughter loved it so much, that she made a little clay replica of my bunny and sent it to me, just because.

Hollye is a very talented clay sculptor and I am so grateful for her incredible little gift, I can’t stand it. Not only is it about the cutest thing I have ever seen (and is beautifully made,) but it is so unreal that these goofy little round plushies of mine have managed to reach certain people in such a way. Anytime someone adopts one of my little Beans, there are no words for how amazing and validating it is. I’m sure so many of you fellow handmade hustlers understand. But to have this little tangible reminder on my desk every day is more than I ever thought could come of this.

Stay creative, because you never know what can come of it. And don’t forgot to pay moments of kindness forward, because it can mean more to people than they can explain. <3

You can find Hollye on Instagram WillowWorksStudio and her lovely little shop here, please check out her work, it is a guaranteed smile every time.

Just finished this 100% linen dress.

I adapted a knit pattern to crochet, then came up with this dress design. I finished it with elastic thread to maintain the ruched bodie and sleeve.

I love the way it looks!

I normally DO NOT make amigurumi.

I usually make clothes - dresses, pants, sweaters, blouses, purses, etc.

But I do have a whole lot of time on my hands. So I started making a Baby Yoda doll. Mostly to see if I could.

So far I made his head.

I feel pretty good about it.

At least I know that when the apocalypse comes my fiber skills will be more than mere hobby.
