Masterslist

Y/n walked down the halls of East highland. Her books tightly cradled in her arms. She makes it to her locker and puts in the combination to it, y/n quickly switched out the books she had in her arms to the books she needed for the class she was going to.

She then looks at the little mirror on the inside of lockers door and fixed up her hair. She reaches to the close the locker but her attention is pulled to her two best friends, yelling her name like they were crazy

Y/n smiled and closed the locker. Rue and jules make it to her, jules wraps her arm around the girl into a tight hug

Rue rolled her eyes playfully and pulls her girlfriend off y/n. She then pulled y/n into a hug too. Y/n laughed and hugged the girl back. Rue let’s her go and steps back next to jules

Y/n sensed another presence and her gaze shifted to the boy standing next to rue.

He was leaning on a locker, staring at her. She gave him a small smile which he returned. Y/n eyes trailed over his face, eyes landing on the tat on his face then on his puppy like eyes. - damn he’s cute - she thought to herself

Jules notices and claps her hands together to get their attention

“Y/n this is Elliot, Elliot this is y/n” she introduced them with a sweet smile planted on her face. Rue does a grand gesture with her hand which makes y/n giggle

Elliot smiled at the sound and turns his attention back to y/n

“Hi y/n, it’s nice meeting you” he bowed. Y/n watched in amusement. Elliot stands right up and smiles softly at her. Y/n face started to feel hot as she looked away shyly

Ever since then elliot and y/n started hanging out more. Sometimes with rue and jules or just them two together. Alone.

The more they spent together the more Elliot started to fall for the girl. Everything she did made him want to fall to his knees. Her smile, her laugh, the way she scrunched up her face whenever rue would say some off the wall shit. He loved everything about y/n

Elliot would never say it out loud though. He couldn’t. Being scared of the rejection and the embarrassment if she didn’t feel the same

He didn’t even tell rue and jules

Knowing the both of them, they definitely would’ve made it obvious that Elliot has a crush on y/n. Especially jules, she wouldn’t be able to contain herself. So Elliot keep this mouth shut and his feelings hidden

But that wouldn’t last long as he wished

The four teenagers sat in Elliot’s room while playing truth or dare. Y/n sat on the end of the bed, Elliot next to her, leaning back on his elbows. Right now rue dared jules to kiss her for more than ten minutes. Jules obviously agreed and got up off the floor, rue following her

Y/n and Elliot watched, well mostly y/n. Elliot was too busy staring at y/n. He looked at how the soft lighting in the room made her look so heavenly

Her darkskin looked so soft to the touch. He had to stop himself from reaching out and touching her. Elliot would hate himself if he ever made her uncomfortable. His eyes landed on her long box braids that went down to her ass

Elliot bites his lip

His mind starts running with filthy thoughts. He shifted a little when he felt pants getting tighter in a center area

“Elliot?” Her honey sweet voice pulls him out of his thoughts

Elliot shook his head and looks at her. Y/n had a concerned look painted on her face. He then looked towards rue and jules who were also staring at him, knowingly.

He wanted to die on the spot

Jules snickers and sits back on the floor. Rue leans on the wall by the bedroom door with a smirk on her face

Elliot groans and flips them off. His attention goes back to y/n who was still looking at him. He couldn’t help but to get lost in her pretty brown eyes, that were glowing from the light in the room

“You alright?” She asked

Elliot nods and sits up on the bed. His shoulder brushes hers. He quickly gets up and walks out the room

“Gotta take a piss” he yells over his shoulder. The three girls respond with ‘okay’ but y/n watched as his body disappeared in the bathroom, the door closing shut. Jules clears her throat and looks towards y/n. Rue chuckled and sidles down the wall to sit on the floor

Y/n looks at the two girls in question. They both laugh at your confusion

“He really got a boner” rue explained as she bumped jules shoulder. Y/n eyes widen, she didn’t even noticed. Too busy staring at his face

That explains why he ran out so fast y/n thought to herself.

Jules and rue look back towards y/n. They move closer to her, jules sits next to her on the bed and rue sits by her feet. Y/n looks at the two girls with even more confusion - what is their problem - she thought

Jules leans closer to her ear and whispers “he didn’t get the boner from us”

the two girls giggle while y/n looked like she saw a damn ghost fly in the room. Before she could respond, Elliot walks back in. He stops and looks at the girls, his eyebrows knitted together. Elliot then looks at y/n who was avoiding his stare

He was praying to the gods above she didn’t see his boner. Jules and rue go back to their original spots while Elliot sat back down next to y/n

Elliot glanced at her but turned his attention to jules when she started to speak.

“Elliot, truth or dare?”

“Dare”

Fuck. The second he saw the smirks start to form on rue and jules faces, he wanted to run out the house. He looked at y/n who was now looking down at her hands, completely oblivious to Elliot impending doom.

“I dare you to lick y/n from here up to here” she crawled over to y/n and show Elliot where to lick. Y/n squirmed from jules finger going up her stomach

Jules giggles then gets back in her original spot. Elliot gulped and looked at y/n. She looked right back at him

“So, you gonna do it?” Elliot eyes almost popped out of his sulk. She really wanted him to do it. He slides down on the floor and gets between her legs. Elliot pulls up her shirt, her stomach now exposed. He looks up at her, asking permission with his eyes incase she started to change her mind.

Y/n nods and watched as he stuck his tongue out, it took everything in her not to moan when his tongue made contact with her stomach. Jules ooo’s while rue laughs at her girlfriend.

Elliot stops and makes eye contact with y/n.

She gave him a faint smile and pulled her shirt back down. Elliot gets up from the floor and sits back next to her

Jules smirked at Elliot who avoided looking at her and rue, keeping his eyes on his lap. Y/n cleared her throat and looks at rue

“Uh, rue truth or dare”

The game continued between the four teenagers. But eventually jules and rue left, saying they had other things to do together. Elliot knew they were lying from the look they both gave him before leaving

Y/n stayed though. She claimed she didn’t have anything else to do, so she stayed longer.

There was an awkward silence between them. Y/n laying on the bed while Elliot strummed his guitar on the floor next to her. Y/n occasionally took small glances at Elliot

She loved his bleached blonde hair, how curly it is. She’s dreamt about running her hands through his locs so many times, it was almost embarrassing. Elliot feels her stare on him and looks up at her. Y/n smiles and leans up on her elbow

Elliot smiled back then sighed

“Hey um, I hope what jules dared me to do didn’t make you uncomfortable” he said

Y/n laughed while shaking her head.

“No I wasn’t uncomfortable elly, don’t worry” she reassured him. Elliot nods and smiles softly at the nickname then stands up to put his guitar away. He makes his way back to the bed and sits next to her

Then stare at each other in silence for a moment until y/n started to speaking

“I kinda liked it” she mumbled but Elliot heard her anyways. His eyes widen, not believing what he just heard. Y/n looks down at her lap, her face started to heat up. Elliot hums in agreement

“I liked doing it”

Y/n head snapped towards him. She was surprised her neck didn’t break. Elliot laughed at her reaction and leaned back on his elbows

“Are you serious?” She asked, looking dumbfounded.

Elliot nodded and shrugged nonchalantly. Y/n wanted to scream

“I would love to do more, if you let me” he flirted, a mischievous smile forming on his face. Y/n almost choked at his boldness. She squeezed her thighs together which didn’t go unnoticed by Elliot

He smile turns into a smirk

“You would like that wouldn’t you?” He said, his voice way deeper than his normal tone

Y/n whimpered embarrassingly. Her body felt hot all of a sudden. Elliot’s smirk never leaves as he starts to crease her arm. A chill runs down her body, his deep voice having a strong effect on her.

Elliot chuckled and leans off his elbows, now their face to face again

He glanced down at her lips then back to her eyes. Y/n gets the hint and starts to lean closer. Elliot follows suit, their lips latched together. His hands find their way to her waist, pulling her close.

Y/n moans into the kiss

Their movements get more frantic. Elliot moves y/n on his lap, moaning when she starts grinding on him. Elliot leans back on the bed, their lips moving furiously against each other. The only sound heard in the bedroom was panting and lips smacking together

Y/n hand finds it’s way under his shirt, her thumb grazing his nipple. Elliot gasps causing their lips to finally disconnect

He pants and looks up at her.

“Well that was something” he laughed. His lips were red, swollen, and sticky from her lip loss

Y/n giggles

“Yeah it was” she sits up on him and pulls out her lipgloss from her pocket, replying it to her lips. Elliot bits his lips watching as the lipgloss coated her plump lips.

“I don’t know why you putting that back on, I’ll just kiss it off again” he teased

Y/n rolls her eyes playful and hides her face in the crook of his neck. Elliot let’s out a booming laugh and wraps his arms around her.

“You gotta thank rue and jules now” she said, her voice muffled from her still hiding in his neck. Elliot groaned and rubs her back.

“I guess your right”

He’ll definitely be thanking them later

heyyo got a euphoria request

about the reader being fezcos sister/sibling and she’s/they’re in a relationship with elliot (maybe an addict reader)

Words:2198

Characters: reader, Elliot, Fezco, Ash, Rue

Warnings:drugs

“So what we gon’ do today?” You asked your boyfriend as you passed the blunt to him.

“Dunno, you tell me.” Elliot said as he looked at you.

“Heard Maddy’s throwing a party today. We should go.” You proposed, taking the blunt back from him and slowly inhaling the smoke.

“Yeah, we should definitely get our mood up before that though.” Elliot said, now looking at you.

“What you got on your mind?”

“You still got some of the pills left?”

“You mean Molly, or what?”

It was easy for you to get those pills, not even gonna lie.

After all, your brother was the town’s drug dealer and you had full access to all the stuff he sells. That doesn’t mean you’re allowed to use his stuff and if he found out, you’d probably be dead the next minute.

“Nah, the other one.”

“No I don’t. Not gonna grab them for some time now. Fezco gon’ notice, some are missing and ion want that.” Taking another hit and blowing the smoke straight into his face caused him to laugh.

“Okay okay. I still got some of mine left. We can use those.”

“ ‘aight” You stood up to grab your bag as Elliot spoke again.

“Where you going?”

“Home to change. Can’t go to the party like this. You gon’ pick me up later?” You asked as you gave him a kiss.

“Yeah, text me when I should come. Love you.”

“Love you too.” You gave him one last smile as you left.

——

As you entered the small apartment, you were met with Fezco waiting there for you.

“Where you been sis?” He asked you.

“Just over at Elliot’s, why?”

“Cause you’ve been gone since yesterday, without a single test. We’ve been worried. Ash was ready to call the cops” You could sense that he was furious, even though he stayed calm.

But while getting high, you must have forgotten to text him. And you didn’t really wanna text him, while Elliot and you were kinda busy showing each other’s love.

“ ’m sorry. I’ll text ya next time.”

“No, someday will come, where there ain’t a next time, y/n. I did some research, turns out your lil boyfriend used to buy from a friend of mine. You know, he’s an addict?”

Of course you knew, you were one too after all, but Fezco didn’t have to know that.

“ ’m sure he changed. No illegal substances near him, everytime we see each other.”

Fezco just wanted to answer you as Ash appeared in the living room.

“Bro, we got a problem.” He said, ignoring you as he looked at Fezco.

“We’re kinda busy right now Ash.” Fezco told him but it was no use.

“No bro, Mouse lied to us. He scammed us.”

“What you mean?”

“We didn’t get what we paid for. Got less stuff for the same amount of money dude.”

You couldn’t believe that Ash had noticed the missing pills, but how dumb could you be? Of course he would notice eventually.

“How much is missin’?” Fezco suddenly asked.

“At least 1k worth of different pills”

Have you really stolen that much?

“We’ll continue talking later.” Fez told you with a stern look as he followed Ash out of the apartment.

'Shit’ you thought as you went to change. You never wanted to get your brothers into trouble.

You quickly changed and texted Elliot to come and pick you up.

—–

Meanwhile Fezco was sitting in his car together with Ash.

“You really think Mouse scammed us?” Ash asked his brother.

“Ion know bro. He’s able to do a lot of things but I think he would scam us.”

“So how did the pills vanish then?” Ash asked him.

“Maybe you just didn’t count 'em right.” Fezco was now looking at Ash.

“I did though. Counted them three times at least.”

There was a moment of silence between the two brothers.

“Fez?” Ash suddenly asked.

“Yeah?”

“Ya think someone stole 'em from us?”

Fezco looked up at his little brother.

“How could they? Ain’t no chance to get into the store while we’re there, also not no one knows where we hide our stuff.” Fezco told him.

“Y/n knows.” Ash softly whispered, more to himself but Fezco heard it anyways.

“Hell nah man, that ain’t cool. Y/n’s our sister, she got none to do with 'is.”

He couldn’t believe that Ash would think so low of his sister.

Y/n stealing their drugs, never.

—–

“They’re about to find out.” You said as you nibbed at your fingernails out of anxiety.

“Finding out about what?” Elliot asked you as you two drove to the party.

“ 'bout me taking the fucking pills, El.” You were nervous because it was about 1k of pills.

“Nah they won’t suspect you. You don’t do drugs, at least they think this way.”

“Yeah you’re right. But Fez knows you do.”

This made Elliot loom up to you.

“What you mean?”

“Ion know. He said he asked around somewhere. Found a dude that sold you drugs a while ago.”

“Doesn’t he know, that’s none of his business?”

Elliot didn’t like people sticking their noses in other people’s businesses.

“You know him. He’s just tryin’ to protect me.”

As you two arrived at the party, Elliot’s hand directly took yours in his as he led you through the house into the empty laundry room.

“Okay, I know Fezco got on your nerves today, but I still got us some stuff.”

He pulled out a small plastic bag with a white powder in it.

“Heroine?” You asked him.

“Yes ma'am.”

“Ion know El. We never did Heroine.” You weren’t really sure if you should try this.

“Yeah that’s why we should try it together. Also I read that it’s not worse than Coke.” He suddenly started stating facts and showing you this statistic online, of which drug’s the most harmful.

“Okay” you said as you saw him smiling at you.

——

You sat on the floor with your back to the washing machine as Elliot snorted another line.

Suddenly the door was opened and your eyes met Rue’s.

“Oyee lil sis, what are you doing here?” She suddenly asked you.

“Ya know, the usual. Just repairing the washing machine.”

Elliot tried to hide the drugs from Rue’s view but the girl was smart.

“What were you snorting?” She asked Elliot with a smirk.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Elliot answered.

“Oh come on dude, I can still see the powder on your nose.”

This made Elliot try to clean up his nose.

“Gotcha. If you tell me what you been taking, I’ll tell you what I’ve been taking.” The girl said which resulted in you three taking drugs together.

After a while, Rue said she had to go search for her girlfriend Jules, so she left you and Elliot alone.

——-

“Eyoo Fez, my friend.” Rue greeted Fezco as she saw him sitting on the couch.

“Waddup Rue. How you mean fam?” Fezco asked the girl.

“Been great ya know?”

Rue sat down on the couch next to Fezco.

“Didn’t know your sister does drugs ” she suddenly said which got his attention.

“What you say?” He was now looking at her.

Rue took the change in his behavior in and regretted what she said only seconds later.

“Nothing.” She simply answered before she stood up again.

But Fezco quickly grabbed her wrist.

“Doesn’t work like that. What’d say Rue.”

“Nothing really. Probably only was a misunderstanding. Just saw some chick looking like y/n smoking. That’s all.”

Rue knew you were in deep shit now so she tried to brighten up the situation a bit.

Fezco let go of her wrist and Rue took the chance to leave the scene.

—–

“Let’s dance.” You said to Elliot as you took his hand and guided him to the dance floor.

After a bit of dancing you suddenly felt a hand on your shoulder, turning around, you were met with Fezco’s worried stare.

“We gotta go, emergency.” He only said and mentioned for you to follow him.

You gave an apologizing look to Elliot as you went to follow your brother to the car.

—–

As the three of you stepped into the apartment, a thousand questions rang through your mind. None of the boys have spoken the entire ride and you grew worried.

“Aight what is this about? You guys are worryin’ me.” You looked at your brothers.

“Since when are you doing drugs?” Fez suddenly asked you.

“What? Ion know what you’re talkin’ about.”

“Cut the shot y/n.” Ash suddenly chose to be a part of this conversation.

“Since when have you been using huh? For how long have you been stealing pills from the shop?” Fezco took a step closer to you, trying to intimate you.

“Why do you think that?” You asked, tears forming in your eyes.

You didn’t want to seem like a crybaby but through the drugs in your system, your emotions were all over the place.

It broke Fezco’s heart to see you like this and for just a short second he thought he made a mistake in believing Rue. That was before he took a greater look at you and noticed your wide pupils and slightly red eyes.

“You’re high right now sis? You’re seriously askin’ me why I think you’re using, when you’re standing in front of me fucking high?”

He was angry and worried at the same time.

“I want you to sober up. You ain’t leaving this place till you’re sober and clean. Ash and I will make sure of that. Got it?”

He turned around, giving Ash a small nod before disappearing again, probably going back to the party to continue selling.

—-

The whole evening, Ash looked at you like a hawk and to your luck, you forgot your phone in Elliot’s car, which means you had no chance to contact your boyfriend.

“Why’d you do that huh?” Ash suddenly asked you from the couch opposite to yours.

“Do what?”

You didn’t feel like you owed him an explanation.

“Starting to do drugs. That shit destroys your life, you’ve seen Rue, haven’t you?”

“Ash” You looked at him.

“Y/n” He looked back at you.

“I don’t owe you an explanation.” You said.

“But I deserve one.”

No, if you were completely honest, Ash didn’t deserve any of this.

Not that his mom never came back, or that he got sucked into this drug business. Nothing, nada…

“Listen y/n. I lost my mom to this kind of thing, yeah. She might didn’t die, but she left me for the drugs, aight. Ion wan’ lose you too. You’re ma sister and I need ya.”

“I’ll try my best, yeah?”

You didn’t want to promise him to stop. You started taking drugs in the first place, to forget about the shitty world you live in and in reality, you couldn’t promise him, because you knew you wouldn’t be able to stop. You needed the drugs. Being high was the only thing you were still able to feel. And after being stone cold and numb for so many years, you just welcomed this feeling with open arms.

Some people might say that nothing of this would have happened if you never met Elliot, because he was the addict after all, but you taking drugs wasn’t Elliots fault.

You started taking them way before him, but no one ever knew.

It started after school like two years ago. First it was only weed with some of the cool kids, but weed didn’t really give you the high you wanted anymore, so you tried Molly, after that amphetamines and so on.

You weren’t proud of it by any means but who really gives a fuck.

“Okay” He gave you one last smile before you two continued watching the movie that was playing on TV.

—–

A few hours later you were woken up by Fezco walking into the living room. You must have fallen asleep, but so did Ash.

“Here” Fezco said as he threw your phone onto the blanket next to you.

“Your little boyfriend gave it to me, said you left it in his car. Told him to stay away from you” Fezco said angry, ready to walk to his room.

“You did what?”

“That boy was a bad influence. I told 'im to keep his distance. It’s better for ya, sis.”

“Fez you can’t do that. You ain’t ma dad.” How dares he interfere in your private life.

“I can do whatever I want if it means my sis is safe.”

You were angry, no furious, as you stood up and walked into your room.

“I hate you” you yelled as you threw the door closed behind you.

Quickly you texted Elliot that even though Fez said such mean things to him, you would never stop wanting to be his girl.

'I love you’ he texted back.

“I love you more’ was the last text you sent that night.

Fezco didn’t have any control over your life and you would show him that you were able to make your own choices, he just needed to wait.

A/N: please tell me your opinion, reblog, like, comments etc…it means a lot, thank you:)

Euphoria (Elliot) x reader

Words: 1865

Characters: Fezco, Ash, reader, Elliot ,…

Warnings: drug use

Summary: You meet Elliot at a party

You weren’t perfect by any means, to be honest you were pretty fucked up.

You had a lot in common with your best friend Rue. Both of you grew up with a single parent and both of you were victims of drugs. Unlike Rue, you knew your limits. You knew what was enough and when you would take a risk of overdosing. Every single day, you repeated the same circle. Waking up without anything in your system, feeling drained. Later smoking some weed, drinking some alcohol, leaving for school and in the afternoon, taking just as many pills so you wouldn’t overdose. Every single day for the last few months. You were good at hiding it. Your dad wouldn’t notice anyways, he was barely home. Your mom was out of the picture and you had no siblings that live with you. Your friends were too busy with their own shit to notice your change of behavior.

Every single time you spent time with your drinks it was only about boys. Maddy complaining about Nate and that they’re on a break again and Cassie saying how much she wished she was in a relationship again.

“I mean who does he think he is?” Maddy asked the group of girls as you all sat in her room. Smoke appeared in your vision and you motioned for BB to pass you her vape.

“If you ask me, you should finally blow him off bitch. You seem like a post puppet.” BB said.

You looked over at Kat, who sat quietly on Maddy’s bed lost in thoughts.

“What do you think y/n?” You suddenly heard Maddy ask.

“Mads just fuck this dude. Show him what he lost, hoe.” You answered, trying to seem interested even though you couldn’t care less.

“Y/n’s right. You should find someone else who’s fuckable tonight. Show Nate that you don’t belong to him” Cassie said as she went to do her hair.

You all were playing to go to the party that took place at Nate’s house.

“Imagine how mad he would be if you just fucked someone else in his house.” Kat suddenly said.

“Bitch that’s the whole point” BB looked at Kat as if she wanted to say ‘you’re so stupid’.

You didn’t really want to go to this party but it was a great chance for you to get to drugs the easy way. After Rue overdosed herself, your dealer Fezco became more serious with how much he sells you guys. He stopped selling to Rue completely and you were sure, not long and he would stop to sell to you too.

He knew the business and unlike your friends, he could tell when someone was on the verge of losing control.

“Okay bitches, yall ready?” Maddy asked the group as y'all got up and went downstairs. One last drag of the vape and you handed it back to BB knowing you needed something stronger.

—–

As you arrived at the party, you directly made your way towards the kitchen to mix yourself a drink.

Looking at the different bottles in front of you, you quickly grabbed the one holding the strongest alcohol.

“Tough day?” You suddenly heard someone ask behind you, looking at the bottle in your hand.

“No? But I really need this to enjoy this party here.” You quickly said as you almost filled your whole cup with the liquid, only adding a little bit of fruit flavored soda for the taste.

“Touché” The boy said.

You haven’t seen him around before, so you quickly came to the conclusion that he must be new.

“Oh, I’m Elliot by the way.” He gave you his hand to shake, which seemed kinda weird but you didn’t care. Taking one sip of your drink, you felt the harsh taste of it and welcomed the alcohol in your system.

“Y/n” You shook his hand. Looking into his eyes, you saw that he was probably high at the moment. Either that, or his eyes just weren’t used to the lights.

“Well y/n, I don’t wanna seem like a creep but would you like to dance?” He’s asking you to dance? You don’t even know him and aside from that you weren’t in the mood yet.

“ ’m sorry Elliot, maybe ask me again when I have more on my system.” You gave him a small smile and left him standing in the kitchen.

You began to search the house for the one person you came for in the first place.

Stepping out into the backyard you saw the small boy talking to a group of teenagers so you went over to him.

“Hey Ash.” You tried to get his attention.

“Boys give me a sec” He told the group he was just talking to and went over to you.

“Long time no see y/n.” He said.

“Hey, I need some pills.”

“Sorry, can’t give 'em to ya.” He sadly looked at you.

“What why?” Now you were confused.

“Listen y/nn, it ain’t my choice. Fez told me to not give 'em to you, don’t want another person we care about landin’ in a fucking hospital.”

Now you were furious. Sure it was nuce they cared about you but it wasn’t their fucking business.

“Where’s Fez at?” You just asked.

Ash pointed over to the lounge area of the backyard where you saw Fez sitting and talking to Rue, while he smoked a joint.

He knew you were mad and rather let his brother deal with your shit, it was his decision after all.

You gave Ash one last look and then went over to the area Fez sat at.

“You serious?” You asked as you came to stop in front of the ginger haired man.

“ 'Ion know what you mean ma.”

“You know what Fezco? Go fuck yourself. I can understand you not giving shit to Rue anymore, but me? I never gave you the reason to think I was going to kill myself with the stuff.” Now you also got the attention of Rue who was sitting right next to Fez.

It hurt Fez to see you this way, knowing he was the course of all of this. He gave you your first pills and he should have stopped you, when you came in to buy some for the second time.

“Listen y/n, I ain’t wanna argue with you while you’re in this state, you know.” He mumbled.

“Come back when you’re not drunk.”

“Oh fuck you.” You turned around and went back inside, knowing you had to get your pills from someone else tonight.

As you wandered through the house, you were met with the sudden urge to be alone for a bit, so you went off and searched for an empty room.

Walking into the hallway leading to the bathroom, opened the first door you saw.

Once open, you came face to face with the boy from earlier.

“Shit” He said as he looked at you and went to stand in front of the washing machine, trying to hide something.

“Did I interrupt something between you and the machine?” You asked in a teasing tone.

“Ye- uh no, no you didn’t.”

You went into the room and closed the door behind you.

“Sure I didn’t? You’re looking pretty fucked right now” You knew what he was doing because you could see some of the white powder still hanging on his nose.

“ Don’t know what you mean. What are you doing in here anyways.” He tried to distract you.

“Came to find someplace quiet and then I ran into you snorting a line.” You honestly answered.

“But I ain’t gon’ tell anyone if you let me do one too.” You proposed.

“Shit, you’re for sure? This stuff can be strong.” Of course, Elliot didn’t know you used drugs on a daily basis.

“Yeah. Can I?” He stepped aside and you went over to the washing machine preparing the powder for you to snore it. After you did your line, you were met with the one second of feeling nothing at all. These were your favorite moments, the main reason you started doing drugs in the first place. The one second of not having to worry, the one second of having a pure euphoric feeling.

“Damn, bet you did that before.” Elliot suddenly said.

“Yeah, to be honest I did.” There was no use in lying. No one could do their first line this perfect, you had just done it.

After that, Elliot pulled out a blunt and you two smoked it together while talking about everything that came to mind.

“Truth or dare?” Elliot suddenly asked.

“Huh?” His question caught you by surprise.

“Not huh. Truth or dare, or don’t you know the game?” He teased you.

“Of course I do shithead. Truth.” You chose Truth because, at that moment you were just too relaxed and lazy to move. Opening one eye and looking over at Elliot you saw him smirk.

“How many guys you fucked?”

“Probably more than girls talked to you.” You honestly answered.

“What makes you think, I don’t talk to a thousand girls?”

“Did you just call yourself a playboy?” You smirked.

“No but-…”

“Truth or dare.” You interrupted him.

This game went on for a little while longer until your phone began to ring.

You looked down at it and saw that Maddy was calling you.

“Shit ’m sorry, I gotta take this real quick.” You told Elliot as you hopped down the washing machine and accepted the call.

“Bitch, where are you?” You heard Maddy’s voice through the phone.

“Why do you wanna know?” You were surprised.

Usually your group of friends just entered the party together and then went different ways. Maddy never asked you where you were.

“I’ll meet you up front. We’re leaving.” She told you and hung up.

Elliot could sense your change of mood and went down the machine as well.

“You good?” He asked you.

“Yeah, yeah I’m fine. That was my friend, said they’re about to head out and she’s my ride, so I’d better get going.” You said.

To be honest you were kinda sad to leave just yet because you had such a great time with Elliott.

“It’s fine. I guess I’ll see you around?”

“Yeah, see you.” With that you went out of the door and towards the front door of the house.

As you reached Maddy, she directly went to hug you.

“There you are bitch, did you get some dick action?” Of course this was the question you got.

“Nah, but you look like you did.” You answered.

“Okay let’s go.”

Of course none of you drove, you were all too drunk for it anyways. You got picked up by Suze, Cassie’s mom.

Suze was a very chill woman and she was like a mom to you since yours left.

You got dropped off at home and directly went into your room. After you brushed your teeth and changed into comfortable clothes, you jumped into your bed.

That night, you fell asleep thinking about your meeting with Elliot and you hoped that you would see him again soon.

“Remind me why I agreed to this again?” Elliot asked, rubbing the lotion into your back.

“Because you love me.” You responded.

“Uh-huh.” Elliot rolled his eyes. “So, me loving you means it’s required of me to rub lotion on your back every time you shower?” He asked, kissing your shoulder.

You nodded, throwing on his shirt and a pair of ripped jeans.

“That’s your outfit today?” He asked, putting his boxers on.

You raised an eyebrow at him in the mirror as you pulled your hair into a messy brow. “Why?” You asked, turning around to face him. “You don’t like it?” You pressed.

“No! God, no. I like it. I like it a little too much.” He gave a soft laugh, pulling his jeans on and fixing himself. “I’m not gonna be able to do much schooling thinking about the fact my girl’s wearing my shirt.” He said while zipping and buttoning his pants.

“You wanna wear one of my hair ties on your wrist to make it even?” You teased him, looking at your container of hair ties. “Can I pick?” He asked, seriously.

“Sure.” You laughed a little.

“Baller.” He whispered, grabbing a neon green hair tie, and wore it on his wrist. “That one?”

“Kinda gives me an acid-y feel.” He gave a half laugh, and put on a bleach splattered black shirt.

“Of course. Remind me why I agreed to this again?” You asked, using your index finger to wag between yourself and Elliot.

“Because you love me.” Elliot smiled, kissing the top of your head.

“Do you know which movie you’ll be watching?” Kat asked, as she laid on her left side on your bed. Flynn next to her, fist in mouth as he stared at Kat. “No clue. I left that for Elliot to pick out.” You shrugged. “What if he chooses a horror movie?” Kat asked, sitting up.

“Then he picked a horror movie.” You responded, pulling on a pair of ripped skinny jeans.

“Thank you so much for watching Flynn.” You looked at her. “Of course. It’s the least I could’ve done.” Kat said, looking down at Flynn. His hazel eyes watched her aimlessly.

“Did I tell you Nate called?” You asked, sitting on the bed. Kat looked at you, eyebrows narrowed. “No. You did not. Why?”

“Elliot, doesn’t want me with him, doesn’t want Flynn around him. I called him a fucking leech.” You laughed a little. “Bitch!” Kat laughed, pushing you a little. “You didn’t!”

“I did. Well, he woke me up after I just fell asleep and got Flynn to bed.” You explained why you were irritated. “I can’t believe it.” Kat laughed a little. “Reminds me of when we were all in the hot tub and Maddy put him in his place:” Kat laughed a little, a memory that you weren’t part of.

“How’s Maddy been? I can’t believe Cassie was dating Nate.” You asked as you picked up Flynn to place him on your lap. “She’s… better now? I don’t know. She’s torn up. But she’s more upset with Cassie than Nate.” Kat sighed before looking at you. “You didn’t go to the play?” Kat asked.

You shook your head, shrugging a little. “Nah.” You fixed Flynn‘s hair, who simply tried to push your hand away. “Knocked her face against a wall.” Kat said, checking the time.

“I know you’re trying to use small talk as a way to be late and call off the date.” Kat looked at you. “I can’t believe you’d say such a thing… fine.” You smiled at her. She definitely knew you like the back of her hand.

You stood up with Flynn on your hip. “You look cute bitch, now go.” She said, standing next to you. “Hand me the baby.”

You looked at Flynn, his hazel eyes met yours. “Give Aunt KK hell. Love you bub.” You said, kissing his cheek. “Love you Kat.” You said, placing Flynn in her arms before grabbing your purse.

“Don’t get pregnant!” Kat called out after you as you left your apartment.

— — —

Elliot took a long drag off the cigarette as he leaned against the building. He knew cigarettes wouldn’t be the best way to fight his previous vice, but fuck it was good enough.

Exhaling, he watched as your car rounded the corner. His lips moved into a smile as he watched you park. Using the bottom of his shoe, he put out his cigarette. He watched as you walked up to him.

“Hey! I’m sorry for the hold up!” You said. “Nah, milf-y duties require the milf to take care of them.” Elliot nudged you, making you laugh a little. “You and milfs.” You shook your head.

“You’re a mom, hot, I wouldn’t say no, tell me how you’re not a milf again?” Elliot teased. “Do you refer to me as a milf when talking to me about your friends?” You asked.

“Nah, mostly your name, I’ve brought up that you are a milf though.” He held out his hand, which you took. “What do you say about me to yours?” He asked, leading you into the house.

“Your name.”

Nate’s potential next victim.

“So you gave me free reign to pick the movie, right?” Elliot asked, looking at the movie posters. “I did.” You nodded. “How about this one?” He asked, pointing at a poster that had a woman holding a knife behind her back.

“So, a horror movie?” You asked. “Yea!” He smiled.

‘Kat called it.’ You thought as you looked at him. “Alright. Let’s watch it.” You said, giving into his cute smile. “Baller.” He answered, leading you into the theatre.

The movie had a slow start, an explanation to why the girl was in the woods. You leaned forward in the seat, your arms crossed on your legs. You intently watched the movie, paying close attention to when a jump scare.

But, like always, it failed and you ended up jumping in your seat.

“Fuck!” Elliot shouted, his hands covering his face. He cleared his throat before putting his arm behind your seat. “Jesus Christ… scared the shit out of me.” He quickly attempted to act like he didn’t just scream in a public movie theatre.

Your eyes widened as you looked at him. You snorted a little before covering your mouth. “Sorry. It’s not funny.” You cleared your throat. “Nah…” Elliot sighed. “It is a little funny.” He admitted.

And it was like that the whole movie. Every jump scare, every loud noise. Every time.

Elliot cleared his throat after every time as well, and put his arm back around your shoulders.

“Remind me why you chose a scary movie?” You whispered into Elliot’s ear after the seventh shout.

“My buddy said it’d be a good chance to hold you.” He whispered back.

“Did you forget that you’re an easy scarer?”

“A little bit, yea.”

———

His fingers intertwined with yours as you exited the theatre. “Did… did you at least have a good time?” He asked, a twinge of embarrassment on his voice. “I did. It certainly has been one of the better dates I’ve been on.” You smiled.

“Good, uh. I’m glad.” Elliot smiled. “So… Can I hope for a second date?” He asked, opening your driver’s door for you.

“You want a second date?” You asked, leaning against the car. “Yea, o-only if you’d one, obviously.” He looked at you, biting his lip a little.

You smiled at his nervousness, sensing it was genuine. “Yea. I would like a second date.” You let go of his hand. “Let’s make a plan tonight.” You said, your hand moving to his cheek.

“Yea. Yea, of course!” He grinned. “Cool that went exactly as I thought it would.” He let go of the car door.

“Good night Elliot.” You smiled at him. “Good night, (Nick Name).” He responded, pulling away from your touch. Turning on his heel, he walked over to his bike that leaned against a bush.

You smiled to yourself, getting into your car.

The ride home was silent. Your mind replaying the last two hours, how your heart raced when you two touched. It was a short drive, nothing over 10 minutes no matter the traffic, but your brain was always fast.

“Why didn’t he kiss me?” You asked yourself, parking in your regular space.

Grabbing your purse you got out of your car. Closing the door behind you, you locked it with your key. “Did I do something to give off unkissable?” You muttered, walking to your apartment, 17T.

It was fortunately on the first story, your anxiety of stairs and car seats ruined you ever getting a second and beyond story apartment.

“I’m home!” You whispered yelled into the quiet apartment, other than the quiet chattering of the TV in your room. Closing the door behind you, you locked it.

“In here!” A whisper yell returned yours, as you walked into the back room. Entering the room, Kat sat cross legged on the bed as she watched the TV.

She cleaned your room, which was an action you two have done since childhood. “Flynn’s in his bed?” You asked, taking off the clothes you wore for the date.

“Mhm.” Kat nodded. “Thank you for watching him.”

“How was the date?” She asked, watching you change into an oversized sweater and sweatpants.

“It was good.” You said, grabbing a makeup wipe. “That’s all?” She asked, crossing her arms.

“It was just the first date Kat.” You laughed a little, wiping the makeup off. “There’s not much to say. We watched a movie, yes. A horror movie.”

“Did you get scared?” She asked.

“Not as bad as he did.” You laughed a little. “It was cute. It was like spooking Flynn when you sneeze out of nowhere.” You explained, recalling how Flynn flails his body when you sneeze.

“Did he kiss you?”

You paused, wiping the remnants of your makeup off. “No, actually. We just said good night, and he rode off on his bike, and I came home.” You explained, and threw the wipe away.

“Really? That’s all?” She asked, appalled at the idea of not kissing on the first date. “That’s all Kat.” You laughed, sitting next to her on the bed.

“You spending the night?” You asked, arms going behind your head as you fell backwards into your bed.

“You already know the answer to that question.” Kat scoffed, rolling her eyes laying on the bed next to you.

The two of you shifted onto your sides. Your eyes met hers as you crossed your arms.

She matched your stance and smiled at you. “I’m glad I still got you, bitch.” She smiled at you.

“And I’m glad I still got you… bitch.” You laughed a little, before covering your mouth. “You think I’m doing the right thing? Dating someone other than Nate?”

“C’mon (Name). You know the answer to that one. Plenty of families flourish from single teen moms.” Kat patted your shoulder a little. “And Flynn’s gonna be nothin’ like Cal or Nate.”

“God I hope so…”

———

Nate’s arms crossed over his chest. His eyes trailing the boy who rode down the road. The low rumbling of his truck only added onto his current shaking. Of all people… of all fucking people, Elliot? The one you threw family away for.

Nate took a deep breath before throwing his truck into drive and followed behind Elliot. “Elliot!” He called out, before driving alongside him. “Hello?” Elliot said, confused at why of all people Nate Jacobs was talking to him.

“You’re the one dating (Name)?” Nate asked, the ‘friendliness’ act was laid on thick. “I wouldn’t really say dating. We’re seeing each other. Why?” Elliot asked, irritated with Nate in his business.

“She’s the mother of my child.”

“Oh.” Elliot simply said, before shrugging. “Cool,” he responded before turning into his yard. “Your baby mama is cool. I don’t know what you did to her, but that’s not my business. Her past is her past. Obviously there was a reason she didn’t bring you up.” Elliot got off his bike. “Listen man, I got an exam early in the morning. I don’t want to deal with you all night.” Elliot leaned the bike against his house as he walked into the house.

Nate gripped his steering wheel as he sped home, with one thing on his mind; how to ruin your relationship.

Nathaniel Fucking Jacobs…

The music almost sounded like a blur. Falling deaf but the only thing that calls out is his voice. But what is he talking about?

“Hey, (Nick Name), if you’re here, who’s watching Flynn Sylas? I’d hope someone trusted.” Nate says to you, feigning innocence as he turns to face you. “Flynn’s fine. Completely taken care of.” You manage to say, your eyes off to the side, him in your peripherals.

“I’m glad to know our son is fine.” Nate says loud enough that the surrounding people turned to the two of you. “Yes. He’s fine.” Your eyes dart to the ceiling, shoving your fear as deep as you could.

You hear as he scoffs. “Good.” He said, walking off.

She promised you he wouldn’t be here. He doesn’t even like any of these people here… he knew you were coming. He won’t just leave you the fuck alone. How come he gets to live free? And not be constantly in pain or in fear… it’s so fucking tiring.

“(Nick Name)! I’ve been fuckin’ looking for you! Nate’s here!” Kat grabbed your arm. “You’ve been standing there spaced for like… a minute.”

“You stared at me for a minute before letting me know Nate’s here?” You asked, narrowing your eyebrows. “Just… Can we get out of here? Please. I just want to see my baby.” You pleaded.

“About that…” Kat sighed. “I kinda have something, or… someone to do. Hope you understand! Love you!” Kat said, kissing her hand and blowing ‘the kiss’ at you.

“Kat!” You called out at her, exasperated at her for blowing you off. You loved Kat, you two were friends since you guys were 2, but you were fucking hating the flake she’d become.

“Is it the wrong time to ask for your number?” Elliot’s voice called to you. You looked at him. “Kind of. Aforementioned baggage.” You half-explained.

A simple ‘oh’ comes from Elliot. “I’ll walk you to your car?” He tries to suggest, but you hear it come off more as a question.

“Walked here.” You said, checking your phone. “Just… here.” You opened your message app, pressed plus and handed him the phone. He took your phone and inserted his number, along with sending a text message to himself.

“Now I know it’s you messaging’ me.”

“You say that as if you get multiple girl’s numbers.” You said, a dash of playful sarcasm.

“Nah, just the 17 year old milfs. Text me when you get home.” Elliot said, handing your phone back. “You text me.” You said to him. “I plan on it!” He called over his shoulder.

— — —

You sighed, walking around your living room as you held a sleeping Flynn. His cheek rested on your shoulder as he hid his little face in your neck. You hummed softly as you walked into his room.

Your hand goes to the back of his head as you lower him into the bed. You’re practically holding your breath as you place him against the mattress. He stirs softly and whines softly, before stilling and falling back to sleep.

You cover your mouth as you quietly sneak out of the room. You creak the door closed and turn the hallway light off. You let go of the breath you were holding as you walked into your room. You rubbed your eyes, and looked into the mirror.

Smeared make-up, messy hair, bags under your eyes. “Pfft… milf.” You laughed as you got undressed. Your eyes drifted to your phone. A notification from an unsaved number. You knew it was him. At least, you hoped.

You threw on an old high school shirt your sister gave you before going off to college. You sat on your bed as you picked up your phone.

Make it safe?” The text read, a small smile found its way to you as you responded. “Nah, traffic’s a bitch. Turns out a parade of 17 year old milfs were on the way to the party.” You laughed, god you crack yourself up.

Ha. You’re not gonna let that go, huh?

Afraid not.”

Well, I made it home safe.”

Did you? I’m so proud of you <3, such a big boy.

‘Fuck. You did not just ‘mom’ this guy.’ Your brain shouted at you as you sent the text.

My bad. Still in mom mode. Flynn just went down.”

‘An unnecessary life update, dude you’re just killing it.’ You roll your eyes at your mental turmoil.

Ya, pretty proud of myself too.

You scoffed at his answer as another text draws your attention.

Don’t apologize. Milfs gotta do milf-ly duties.”

You laugh loudly before slapping a hand over your mouth. “Fuck. That was a good one. Almost woke up the previously mentioned child lol.”

I’d like to pride myself on being pretty funny.” You smiled at the text before placing it down and falling asleep. But it was only a couple minutes before you stirred to the phone ringing. “Fuck.” You rubbed your eyes as you answered. “Mm?” You asked, knowing your irritation was thick on your voice.

Flynn sleeping?”

Nate.

“I don’t wanna be doing this Nate. You left me alone for months, why now?” You asked, pushing yourself to sit. “I don’t want you with him.”

“Quite frankly, Nate, I couldn’t give a fuck that fucked another fuck.” You groaned out. “Leave me alone. You signed your rights away.” You said.

I still pay.

“Which I told you I didn’t want. All of it goes into Flynn’s college fund. You can’t tell me who to be with when you’re literally with Cassie!” You pinched your nose. “We broke up.”

“For how long Nate? Because there’s never just breaking up with you. You’re a fucking leech who sucks the joy out of everything.” You said, almost shocked that you said it out loud. Christ, he needs to call you when you’re sleeping more. Maybe you’ll stick up for yourself more.

I don’t want our son around Elliot.

“He isn’t around Elliot! He’s not even your son anymore! He’s my son. I make the decisions. All of them. Who watches him, who doesn’t, who he’s around, who isn’t.” You shouted at him, before quieting yourself. “Nate. Please, I’m begging you. Leave me alone. Leave Elliot alone. You get to move on, please let me.”

I’ve already said how I feel. Act accordingly.”

And as you opened your mouth to respond, the call ended.

“I hate him so much.” You sobbed to yourself, throwing your phone on the bed. Your hands go through your hair as you look at the ceiling.

You lay back and attempt to calm your breaths. You look at the pictures that decorate your ceiling. Flynn’s ultrasounds, your maternity photos, Flynn’s newborn photo shoot, random photos with friends. You repeat 5,6,7 as you place your hands over your chest.

You knew it as it was happening, a panic attack.

You sniffed as you inhaled deeply for five seconds, held your breath for six, then exhaled for seven seconds. You repeated the process until you were able to breathe without hiccuping.

You sighed deeply and closed your eyes. Your eyes peeled open at the sound of a high pitched whining. “Fuck…” you whispered as you looked at your clock. “6:04.” You rubbed your face.

After waiting a couple seconds to see if it was a false-awakening, which Flynn was infamous for, you got up. It wasn’t a wet cry, or a hunger cry, which were very distinct from him. But a comfort cry.

You entered his room as he stood up, holding the railing. “Oh goodness.” You picked him up, fixing his pajamas. “So upset… so distraught.” You kissed the side of his head as you walked to your room.

“Somebody mean to mommy woke her up before you did.” You said to him sitting on your bed. His tired cries calmed as you leaned against the wall and put him on your chest.

His hands gripped at your shirt as he quickly fell back asleep. “Just wanted to be held?” You asked, patting his upper back. “Me too buddy.” You grabbed your phone.

Hope you’re sleeping well, I really liked the chat we had. I hope we can get to know each other more.” A text from ‘El <3’ at 2:32 am.

I was sleeping okay. Got a shit awakening, but I’m cuddling with my favorite boy right now.” You responded.

Never thought I’d be jealous of a baby.”

You laugh a little at his text. “Have I shown you a picture of him?

You have not, I didn’t know if it was ok to ask or not.”

You sent him a picture of him sitting and smiling, wearing a Winnie the Pooh onesie. “This is the one and only, Flynn Sylas.”

Holy shit, it’s like you procreated with yourself.

Yea, thank god. Flynn’s my little twin. Which sucks because he has my attitude. Especially about being awake… speaking of, why’re you up at 6?

Couldn’t sleep. Side effects of my baggage.”

You nodded to yourself a little. “Interesting. I’m sorry you couldn’t sleep Elliot. You gonna sleep soon?

Nah, I can talk to you now. Don’t wanna pass that up :)

You’re very cute.”

Not as cute as you.”

You’re corny on top of it, huh?

Only for you dearest. So, how do you feel about movies?

Movies are okay. I can’t watch them alone worth a damn.

Would you want to see one with me?

I’d love to, but I’d have to find someone to watch Flynn.

Bring him. If I wanna be with you, that means I’m with your kid too.

You bit your lip a little, fighting back a smile. His acceptance of your son is making you feel very warm. “I’d like to, but I have a three date policy.” You texted, placing a boundary. Which you were steadfast and won’t budge on, but you’re also curious to how he’d react.

Of course. Take your time. I still want that date though.

Sunday at four. I’ll meet you at the movie theatre.

Can’t wait. Btw. Ur name is saved as milf in my phone.

The music played through the phone’s speakers. You stood in front of a full-length mirror that belonged to your sister’s friend, Maddy Perez. You bought it a few years back and hung it up behind your bedroom door.

Your apartment wasn’t anything special, two bedrooms, one and a half bath, kitchen. You had what you needed, and more importantly, what Flynn needed.

Being a single mom to a bouncing boy by 17 wasn’t in your bingo slip for your life. And like every stereotype, Flynn Sylas’ dad wasn’t around for him. Neither was the family of your son’s father. You, however, wasn’t as lucky.

After being hid away for ten long months, your best friend Kat made the executive decision for you to go to a party.

“But who’ll watch Flynn?” You asked, turning around. “My mom.” Kat answered, putting her hair into twin pigtails. “KK.” You looked at her, crossing your arms.

“(Nick Name), you look hot. And no offense, your social skills are practically dead by now.” She rolled her eyes at your ‘mom stance’.

“I don’t like passing my baby off.” You narrowed your eyebrows. “You’re not passing him off.” Kat shook her head. “You’re looking at it all wrong. You’re gonna be 18 in two days! And for the whole year you were either pregnant, or being mommy. Be a teen for just a couple hours.” Kat put her hands on your waist.

“Make some bad decisions. I promise, Nate won’t be there. You gotta remember that you were someone before mommy.” Kat pouted. “You don’t need to say his name with so much hatred.” You laughed a little, shaking your head.

“I don’t? He left you with a baby at 16 and pretty much just pays you to be quiet.” Kat tucked some stray hair behind your ear before fixing your lash. “More so Cal’s decision, but it is what it is. Flynn is taken care of.” You quickly added in a bad habit you picked up, justifying abusive actions.

“Come onnnn… live a little. Elliot’s gonna be there.”

“The junkie Elliot Jules fucked while with Rue?” You asked. “Sounds like a totally uncomplicated decision I totally need in my life.” You added, grabbing Kat’s hand. “KK. I love you, so much.” You kissed her knuckles. “But Flynn shouldn’t have someone temporary.”

“He’s sober now, and he’s looking for a girlfriend.”

“Girlfriend, not step-son.” You interjected.

“Just meet him, I promise.”

“Jules ain’t fucking him anymore?” You narrowed your eyebrows as you pulled back from her touch. “I promise!” She laughed.

You sighed, and nodded. “Okay. Okay! I’ll say hi.”

Your head jerked to the fussing in the room next to yours. “Flynn’s up.” You said, walking to his room.

Kat Followed behind you. “Aunt KK wants baby time.”

While she wasn’t a baby person overall, she certainly loves your son.

“Hi sweetpea.” You cooed as you picked up the red faced fussy baby. “Huh, mark your calendars. He woke up dry.” You kissed his cheek as Kat plucked him from your arms.

“When’s the party?” You asked. “An hour or so.” Kat responded, walking over to Flynn’s car seat. “Let’s go now, because I know you’ll spend the next thirty minutes talking everything over with my mom.”

“Ha. When you’re right, you’re right.” You shrugged, watching Kat strap your child in.

***

The music poured through the speakers as Kat pulled you through the crowd. “Take a shot!” She told you, handing you a plastic solo cup. “Fuck it.” You said, grabbing it and leaning your head back to throw the liquor down.

You made a noise as you attempted to not gag. After not drinking for almost two years, your tolerance for the taste was gone.

“Gotta train that taster.” Kat teased. “Shut up.” You laughed, pushing her a little. Your eyes moved down as you looked for Fezco.

The ginger sat on the couch, leaning back to watch his smoke drift into the air. “I got to say hey.” You said, pushing through the crowd.

“The king let you out for the night?” The dealer asked, drole on his words. “Aha, yea. King Flynn.” You responded, crossing your arms. “You alright, ma?” Fez asked, his blue eyes meeting yours.

“Yea.” You nodded. “It’s a little awkward. I’m anxious I’ll run into him.” You shrugged, standing next to him.

Your friendship with Fezco O'Neill started between two entrepreneurial grandmothers. While you weren’t as involved as Fez, you definitely knew Fez since you two were itty bitty.

“As long as I’ve known you, he should be scared of runnin’ into you.” Fezco laughed, putting the blunt out before placing it on his ear.

“You’re sweet Fez.” You pushed him, before smiling. “I’m gonna go roam.” You said before walking outside.

You hummed to the music as you watched the sea of people.

You leaned against the house’s wall.

“What’s a pretty place doing with a girl like you?” A voice cut through your thoughts. “Huh?” You asked, narrowing your eyebrows at the confusion he caused.

“I said that wrong.” He cleared his throat before sticking his hand out. “Elliot.” He said.

“(Name).” You shook his hand a little.

“Kat told me about you.” Elliot informed, his hand falling to his side. “How much did she tell you?” You asked, narrowing your eyebrows a little.

“Not too much. Single, nice butt, pretty, nice.” He answered. “She left out mom.” You added. “Mom?” He asked, narrowing his eyebrows. “Mom.” You repeated before adding “I have a son.”

“Oh.” He nodded. “That’s cool. Never dated a milf before.” He smiled at you. You scoffed, fighting back a smile. “Milf, that’s the first time I’ve gotten that.” You looked at him.

“I’m completely blowin’ it, aren’t I?” He asked, laughing a little. You shook your head. “Nah, not many 17 year old milfs in the area. At least, not since I last checked.” You smiled, nudging him gently.

“Well, at least I’m not blowin’ it… Kat told me you’re a planner. You like weighing your decisions.” Elliot leaned against the wall next to you. “Yea. Planners can be a name for it.” You half joked.

“How’re you feelin’ about this decision?” He asked.

“This decision?” You responded, eyebrows narrowing at the boy with face tattoos.

“Yea. Meetin’ me.” He explained, making a vague gesture to himself with one hand.

“For what I can say now, meeting you is a complicated decision.” You started. “There’s a lot of baggage attached to me.” You looked at him.

“Everyone has baggage.” Elliot said, a little laugh escaping him.

“Baby daddy baggage for one.” You looked over your shoulder. “I went through a lot, and you’re gonna have to prove that you’re serious and actually want a long-term thing before I even juggle the idea of bringing you around Flynn.” You looked back at him.

“Shit. Kat warned me you’re a straight shooter. I like seeing that she’s tellin’ the truth.” He paused.

“My baby daddy isn’t a good person. He did things, I don’t want to go through some more bullshit. I’m giving you your first out now.” You grabbed Elliot’s chin between your thumb and index finger. “I don’t want either of us getting hurt, and I sure don’t want my son getting attached to someone who’ll leave.”

“I’m not takin’ any outs. I don’t do that shit anymore.” Elliot’s hand grabbed yours that held his chin and moved out from your, honestly limp, grip. “There’s somethin’ about you that’s different. You’re nothing like the girls here, (Name), any dude’d that leave you is a fuckin’ idiot. Let yourself be happy.” Elliot tucked a hair from your ear.

“If you wanna take the out, just know I won’t give up still.” He said. “You were someone before you were a mommy, I want to be able to help you find that person again. But obviously I know your son comes first, which I’m totally chill with waiting until you’re ready.”

You shook your head a little. “You’re sweet Elliot.” You smiled. “Get my number from Kat.” You winked. “I’m gonna get something to drink. I hope to see you before the party’s over.” You kissed his cheek, leaving a ( color ) lipstick stain.

You turned around, and walked inside. Dodging through the swarm of people, you attempt to push down the smile.

Your body collides into the back of someone taller than you. “Fuck, I’m sorry.” You said, moving to the side.

“Hey, (Nick Name), if you’re here, who’s watching Flynn Sylas? I’d hope someone trusted.”

Chapter 1 : An Extension

——

You remembered a strange story from before. It may have been from a children’s book, or maybe it was just something your mother had repeated to you when you were too young to notice. Beyond the hall there is a door. Beyond the door, there is a room. Beyond the room…

What was there?

Darkness encroached upon the space in a way that made your skin crawl, a cool breeze coming in from somewhere, somewhere unknown. Moisture hung in the air, a distant dripping reminding you of the smell of mildew that frequented these kinds of places.

There were no corners of the room, no walls to see, only an empty dark space beyond the door. So how did you know it was a room? Well… It just was. A gut feeling, one of familiarity.

It was the same strange sense of familiarity you felt when looking down at the table in front of you—a duality side by side, two masks staring back at you each with a silent sense of judgement.

One of them was undoubtedly clear to where, you didn’t need to stare at it for more than half a second to recognize it. Curved, shadowy features, white sharp teeth with a disquieting expression of deep disturbance etched into its face. If you could call it that. A demon registering as a face. One that understood fear.

It often unsettled you in a way that, even if briefly, disorganized your thoughts.

Your eyes shifted towards the other face on the table. Nearly the opposite; white, creamy features like that of a figure in a kid’s candy commercial. An almost jolly face, except for the slight downturn of its brows which didn’t seem quite content. It almost reminded you of the monopoly man, a vivid icon of a closed world. His smile was threatening, in a ‘I know something you don’t’ kind of way.

You pondered the message of these two meanings when a door opened to your right. The door you yourself had come out of. As the gun was held up to your head, a strange sensation came over you, one of almost immediate surrender. A calling. The urge to give up, just a tantalizing breath away. And as the shot of a handgun rang out, you could almost feel the fulfillment of what a dark nothingness would finally feel like, the near satisfaction of being free.

——

You allowed the warm feeling of sleepiness to fade away. It was being replaced by the cold, frigid air of your apartment, but the muggy drip in the background pursued. What finally awoke you from your subconscious state, bringing your eyes back to the bedroom of your apartment was a cold water droplet breaking on the skin of your forehead.

Rain fell outside your window, a cascade of hydric pressure pouring onto, and now through, your roof.

A sigh escaped your lips, the stress of the day already settling in far too early for comfort. Thoughts of planning, habitually mapping out the day’s schedule began resuming in your brain. A distraction was needed.

You thought about the mask from the dream last night.

A symbol you had known for what felt like an eternity. The past five or so years had been taken out of context into a world that only existed within the corners of your mind. Everything related to the dark web and rampant injustice, where the real evil lies, not the kind of evil that captures petty theft on the morning news. The kind that looms in the background when everything else goes to shit, it was something that had interested you from a young age.

The Dark Army. A myth of the real world, for sure. You’d heard about rumors online and vaguely in conspiracy-based news articles. But you weren’t a techie, as much as the interest in this new path was sparked online. Curiosity about peoples’ dark sides formed in an area you were much more familiar with. Psychology was the creature comfort of yours. A way of understanding the world you lived in, without having to necessarily understand people by way of interaction. At least, not directly and not all the time.

You pushed the sheets off of you to put a pot of coffee on the stove. The light and sweet aroma of coffee grounds was helping you to settle down a little. Even having something as small as that to grasp onto was comforting at least. The soft breath of peace and quiet in your newly ironed work clothes and pleasant fragrances kept you in line for a short period of time.

At 9:55 exactly, your self-protecting world of peace was brought to a screeching halt by a familiar knock on the door.

One that couldn’t even hold off long enough for you to pour your coffee into a mug. Exasperated, you closed your eyes for a moment to recollect, before moving over the cramped space to the peephole of your door. And you let him in.

He wore a two-piece suit with a striped tie, his overall impression and presence that of a middle-aged car salesman. A pair of silver frames guided his face, and he oftentimes he could almost seem sympathetic.

“Sorry to interrupt your morning, sweetheart, but we really gotta get down to business with this whole end of the deal we’re trying to establish.”

As your poured your coffee from the pot, a couple of men dressed in all-black came in, one posted by the door and the other, the half of a dining room table Irving had sat himself down at. You couldn’t help but recall the masks from your sleep last night. Brushing the thoughts off, you offered him a cup to which he complied.

“So… sweetheart,” Irving started as he stirred a couple spoonfuls of sugar into his coffee. “And understand—I’m only calling you that ‘cause you have stated previously you don’t want me calling you by your name. And I care enough to respect peoples’ wishes, by the way.”

You were surprised to find that he complied. Even if just for the purpose of not wanting to get too comfortable with them. You knew. Complacency was dangerous.

He continued, tapping the remaining drops of coffee from the spoon into the mug.

“Understand that you’ve been with us for some time now. And hey—congrats. Not everyone gets to outlive their expiration date, if you get what I’m saying. And as the saying goes, ‘simply forget the past and…’” He snapped his fingers a few times, trying to remember the rest. “How does it—ah. ‘And forge towards the future,’ right?”

You weren’t entirely sure of who he was trying to quote, but nonetheless the essence didn’t go over your head. What he was saying was that…

“…we want to give you a little promotion project. As they say, get up or get out. And clearly it isn’t your time to get out yet, so what do you think? You up for that?”

A silence settled over the room momentarily. You couldn’t help but remember the sense of impending doom that, throughout the past five years, had been looming over you. Not always, but your intuition for timing generally could be counted on. Even when it came to your own well-being. Any person you had come up against, whether ordered to or not, you had a sense of the when and where to talk about certain things.

In this case, however, a question pushed through your consciousness, one that you didn’t feel entirely agreeable to. Yet.

“What kind of promotion?” Your fingers enclosed themselves around your mug, the heat emanating feeling almost burning to the touch.

“The kind of question I like to hear. ‘What kind of promotion?’. Well, to be honest it’s a more personal one. Something a little more long-term with benefits provided, not like these interviews you’ve been doing for the big, three-letter corporations.”

He leaned forward, a sense of clearness communicated by his gaze and posture.

“You’ll have a place provided for you, rent paid in full, granted, a little shabbier than the place you currently occupy now. Food will also be provided for, but you have to limit yourself to the stores we pre-approved of. Remember to keep it mixed up, so as to not look too suspicious. Lastly, your only terms of requirements for being on the job are watching over a certain fella every now and then. You know, checking in on information we need, making clarifying judgements about his behavior. He’s a bit of a hard shell to crack if you know what I mean. Kind of an odd-ball, but nothing that we don’t have confidence in you with.”

He continued on for a little longer, mainly about the living space and kind of neighborhood it was in, since that was something previously established as important information to how you’d work your case.

“…He’s important. So much so that the boss wants to put a specialist in the building to keep tabs on him. And we think you might just do the job, with your background and such.”

All of this processed in your head as he spoke. Already you were thinking about various angles of approach, the times and places it would be best to begin conversation with someone. The way fear could interact with the psyche, what actions could bring about suspicion, since, if anything that was your main goal to avoid in cases like these.

You hated to admit it, but these kinds of cases excited you.

One more clarifying question. It helped to compartmentalize an identity, connect a soul to a body.

“I just need to know his name.”

Irving appeared somewhat satisfied, apparently approving of the fact that you had essentially certified your acceptance of this promotion.

“His name is Elliot Alderson. You’ll appreciate him, I’m sure.”

If anyone would be interested in some Elliot Alderson fics feel free to hit me up with any ideas or requests! :D

I’m itching to write some, just have been dumb out of ideas.

:TW for suicide attempt.

Music blared through the whole house as people were crowded in it. But it hurt her head, and not only that, she needed drugs, or, she needed more. She needed more and maybe, just maybe, it would affect her more and leave her living past midnight, then she could leave. Leaving the world behind and this time she wanted it to be forever, she didn’t want it to be another failed try.

She never told anyone about her struggles, everyone around her had their own and it was just not necessary in her mind. She didn’t even tell any of them about the attempts erlier in the year, they were failed and she was somehow ashamed of it. But now, she wanted to live past midnight and enjoy what in her mind was to be her last night on earth.

“I need to go somewhere,” y/n excused herself from Lexi and Jules, standing up quickly and walking inside the house. Both her friends look at her weirdly before going back to their conversation.

y/n pushed her way past people who were going outside or for the living room to dance. The party was filled with people and it made her wanna be invisible as some people she knew wanted to start up conversation.

She walked down the narrow hallway in the house, feeling all the doors to see which room were empty so she could do some more drugs. Feeling the door at the end of the hallway to her right, it was locked, so she went with the one right in front of her.

Opening the door, with a sigh, y/n was taken aback by the figure inside. Leaning over the washing machine, it made her jump slightly and same with the person inside.

“Oh, shit, sorry.” y/n apologized quickly as she closed the door. But then she thought about it. Bleached blond hair, face tats, dressed in all black and seeming to snort something? Elliot.

Opening the door once more, she had pulled a face at the boy inside. Elliot breathed in sharply through his nose, trying to make the uncomfortable feeling of snorting dissappear while leaning against the washing machine and looked at y/n, giving her a questioning look.

“What were you snorting, Elliot?” She narrowed her eyes at him and he looked around.

“I wasn’t snorting anything.” Elliot lied as he had tried ro hide the drugs from y/n, knowing damn well she would wanna try them.

“Yeah you were,”

“No, I was just,” He let out a air a little air almost like a sigh. “I was fixing this washing machine, actually.”

Elliot swallowed hard, looking over at y/n and he knew she wasn’t convinced. I mean, who would be by that excuse, especially when you know the person who said it. It was just a idiot excuse.

“If you tell me what new drug you’re doing, Elly, I’ll tell you what new drug I’m doing lately.”

“All right, deal,” Elliot motioned for y/n to come inside and she was quick, slamming shut the door and locking it so no one came in while they were doing drugs.

y/n pulled out a small plastic bag from her shoe, it held a few pills in it. Elliot pulled out his little plastic bag from his front pocket, both of them took out two pills. Crushing them up, making sure there were no big pieces but as fine of a powder they could get it.

Elliot watched as y/n used her credit card to make two lines of whatever drug she had. He could see her eyes drooping slightly, she was more relaxed than he’d ever seen her. She made sure to split the powder evenly and making them fine.

“Are you sure you should do this?” Elliot questioned, watching as y/n rolled up a dollar bill for herself to use. y/n seemd slow in reaction as she looked at him about ten seconds after he asked the question.

“Uh yeah, I’m fine,” She told, moving some hair out of her face before leaning down and snorting the drug Elliot was doing. Elliot did the same and took his first line.

They didn’t wait long before doing their second one. Feeling the powder make its way up her nose, leaving a burning sensation up her nostril. y/n keept her eyes closed, letting the drug set in into her system. Elliot let out a groan at the burning feeling before sitting down on the floor. He noticed how y/n leaned onto the washer, leaning her head back a sigh of relief leaving her lips.

“Oh, shit.” She let out while stumbling backwards a little, loosing her footing. Holding onto the wall for support as Elliot sat down and leaned against the washer.

“You okey?” His brows scrunched up as he watched the girl let go if the wall and then stumble back into the wall only to slid down it and sit on the floor.

“Fuck, no, no, no” y/n related as her head hung while she sat on the floor, unable to understand how ut kicked in so suddenly.

“y/n, for real, what’s going on?” Elliot asked, looking at how she hung her head and continued to mumble thing taht he was unable to hear.

“I think I’m gonna need you to check my pulse,” Her voice low, heart seeming to not beat tge normal amount it should in her chest as she truly tried ro feel it.

“Are you- Are you for real?” He didn’t get an answer but was quick to pull out his phone and go into timer.

Elliot place two fingers against y/n’s neck, right under her jaw and trying to find the carotid artery in her neck, it took a while but once he found the beating in her neck he started the timer. y/n half leaned her head on his arm as she hung her head at the drowsy feeling grown over her, eyes closed.

Elliot focused as he made sure to counted the her pulse, making sure that ut was correct and he was being precise. He had to admit, this scared him, whatever had made her like this made him scared for her life.

Checking his phone and seeing it had gone a minute, Elliots eyes widened slightly at her pulse. Pulling his hand away.

“56,” His brows furrowed while looking over at y/n from his phone.

“Fuck, it to early,” y/n mumbled and Elliot leaned closer to hear what she was mumbling. “I think I might be going into cardiac arrest,”

“Are you fucking serious?” He tried to find her eyes as she leaned back against the wall, but never once did she look at him. “I should call a ambulance,”

“No, no. I’ll be fine..” y/n told as she let out a breath of air.

“y/n,” Elliot said in a warning tone, he knew that she had helped Rue with a similar problem and since carried whatever needed to help her friends in those situations. It just never was for herself, but that was something the boy didn’t know.

Her eyes was open lazily, looking down at her shoe before letting out another deep breath. Elliot looked down at her shoe and quickly leaned over, taking out all the different types of small plastic bags she had with pills. The plastic bags were marked with letters for each drug.

“Which one is it?!” Elliot asked hurriedly, fiddling with the small bags. y/n lazily sighed and grabbed one from his hand, it had an A on it.

“This..” Her voice was weak, y/n were ready to brace herself for the darkness to come but she knew Elliot wouldn’t let that happen.

“Didn’t we do the same amount of drugs?” He asked her, quickly grabbed the bag if pills, adderall, crushing them up on his phone as well as he could.

“No.”

Elliot swiftly held up the powder to y/n, her head still hanging as she was slowly feeling tiredness take over her, her heart beating less. She breathed in the powder as well as she could, it stinged in her nose, eyes watering like they always did when snorting something.

His eyes watched her with an expectant look waiting for something to change in her, his hands coming up to hold her face gently, a sigh leaving her lips suddenly.

“It’s there.. and beating more,” The words made relief flood over Elliot as closed his eyes.

“Jesus fucking christ,” He let out a breath, still holding the girls face as suddenly there was realization dawning on her.

She had failed, once more, she had yet another failed attempt of leaving the world behind and somehow this made her even more anxious. Now Elliot would wanna know why she took more drugs that night when she usally held herself to a decent amount when around other people.

A single teardrop fell from her eye, something going unnoticed by herself but Elliot felt the tear fall on his hand and looked up. The light in the room lighting up and making the trail of her tear shine on her skin. He brushed his finger right under her eye, brushing away the wetness of her tear.

“What’s wrong? His eyes scanned her face, looking into her eyes to see if more tears were about to fall.

"It’s was.. it was supposed to happen later,” Her voice held disappointment in herself as scrunched her face in sadness, lower lip slightly trembling.

“Supposed to happen later? What are you talking about?” His voice held worry.

“If you weren’t here, I would’ve died,”

“Yes I know-”

“I wish you weren’t here,” After she said those words, more tears fell down her cheeks, cocking back a sob as Elliot let his hands fall. Staring at her with a shocked expression.

She wanted to leave the world behind and if he wasn’t there, she would let the world take her and he hadn’t noticed it. Elliot hadn’t noticed how his friend, the girl he loved wanted to leave the world forever.

“y/n- I’m-” But he couldn’t find the words and watched as y/n sat back, trying to stop her tears.

As it seemd they didn’t wanna stop, Elliot hesitated for a second before he slowly moved forward towards the girl. He grabbed her arm gently, her tear filled eyes met with his deep brown, sorrow filled one’s. Moving towards her even more, Elliot gently pulled y/n towards him, wrapping her up in his arms.

y/n let her fall to his chest and feel his arms wrap around her, one hand coming up to lay on her cheek as she pressed on to his chest, listening to his heart. His other hand gently rubbed up her back.

So they sat there, y/n between Elliots legs as he calmed her down, whispering comforting words to her. Placing gentle kisses on the crown of her head and then laying his head ontop of hers.

They sat there even as midnight struck, people around the house cheering loudly. Even Elliot’s phone had blown up with messages from Jules and Rue asking him where he and y/n was. But he simply turned it off, going back to cradle the girl.

“You’re gonna get through another year, and I’ll be here,” He whispered as fireworks were fired outside.

She only listened to his heart, closing her eyes to the sound and finding comfort in it.

She was gonna get through another year.

Okey so I need to rant a bit about s2 ep4, or atleast the whole Elliot, Rue and Jules situation.

Why is Jules being scared for Rue falling for Elliot and why did she get mad at her for it when Rue shows no sign of romantic interest in E?

Then Jules ask Elliot if he has a crush on Rue and admits it, BUT he also admits that Jules is “Fuckable”? Like okey Mr Elliot.

Third, Jules and Elliot kiss and shit the whole ep 4 behind Rues back. I’m not saying Rue is tye best but how the fuck can E have a crush on her and then have her gf cheat with him???

Oh and then Jules dares Rue to kiss Elliot for 10s just so she won’t feel as guilty about it.

And lastly, I do not feel bad for Jules when Rue said “Cause I can’t fucking stand you.” I literally couldn’t either soo yeah.

In conclusion, I’m not very fond of E and Jules right now in the show cuz both of them are douchebags.

Anything I missed?? :)

(We stan Maddy this episode tho)

request by @idunnocih: Hiii ! Could I please request an elliot x reader with the scene were Jules and Elliot are talking abt rue excpet there talking abt the reader ? Like the scene where Jules is sitting in the window sill ? All good if no lol :) also your Elliot fic was soooo good !!!

: Jules suspicions of Elliot having a crush on y/n grew after seeing something, so she decides to ask him straight up.

: 2.6k

Jules sat in the windowsill by Elliot’s bed, she ha djust put down her phone after trying to get in contact with Rue who wasn’t answering. A deep frown on her face as she looked out the window while Elliot played a soft tune on his guitar, plucking mindlessly on the strings.

Her mind then wandered to one of the things that had been bugging her for quite a while. She thought about all those videos she’d seen in his phone off y/n, all those sweet photos and videos of just her goofing around or just being, well, y/n. It was cute, really, Elliot had so many videos of her doing something and then him laughing. A few were saved snaps that she’d already seen.

One, for example, was a video of y/n laying deep asleep with her head half resting on Elliot’s chest as he simply gave a tight-lipped smile and then thumbs up, a snap that original were for Rue.

The there just were those where y/n would sit in class and she’d do a face while turning to look at Elliot for help but knowing damn well the boy weren’t much smarter than herself.

It was all just something Jules found so strange, how he had all these pictures and in them it was as if they were a couple, but they weren’t. She immediately remembered one photo of Elliot sitting with y/n behind him, jokingly kissing his head, it was even his lockscreen. Were they in a secret relationship? No, y/n wouldn’t be able to hide that, Jules knew her all to well, and so did Rue who even interrogated y/n about her and Elliot.

“Why can’t I shake the feeling that there’s just something you’re not telling me?” Jules asked after pondering on what she’d seen a couple of days ago. Elliot stopped his playing and shrugged slightly.

“I don’t know,” And the playing continued. But Jules didn’t wanna stop the asking just yet, she needed to know.

“Like why don’t believe you right now? There is something you’re not telling me,” Jules pressed on and once more the playing stopped.

“Is it the face tats?” Elliot asked but Jules simply chuckled and shook her head.

“No, no it’s not the face tats.”

“Then what?” Elliot asked once more, he wanted to know, just not knowing that it was that one thing Jules were to ask about.

Silence followed as Jules looked down at her phone again quickly to see if Rue had answered but nothing. Staring at the screen that displayed a picture of Rue, herself and y/n all dressed up, it was a mirror picture.

“Do you have a crush on y/n?” She sounded almost energetic about knowing, however it made Elliot halter his moves and turn his head ever so slightly to look at Jules. Heart beating a bit faster at the mention of y/n.

“I do,” He looked away as if he had committed a crime by falling for y/n, but how could he not?

She was just like all three of them, she had her own personal problems to which she sloved by music, a bit of weed or some drug, staying up late and pretending that it was nothing.

It was the way she had just simply cought his eye once they first met, when Jules was first unsure of him and Rue which turned out only to be platonic. He asked her to hang out and y/n happily said yes, getting high with him and listening to his music with calm face.

Everytime he played something her eyes fell shut and she would fall down on his bed and just smile, head moving to him playing. Those nights she stayed over, deciding to diss her extremely dysfunctional family. How she’d always look so relaxed once she’d fallen asleep next to him.

Jules smile grew as she remembered all the voice messages she had in her phone of y/n rating about how Elliot somehow made her stutter, heat up, or just her ranting about how God truly must have had a good day when creating Elliot. Jules let out a snort at the voice messages and quickly Elliot had stood up. As if he though she were laughing at him.

Within seconds he had put down his guitar and pulled out a blunt to smoke, wanting the blush that probably painted his face to dissappear.

“You like y/n?” Jules asked more so she could get it confirmed once more, but Elliot just lit the blunt and dropped down on his bed, laying on his back and looking at the ceiling.

“I’m not saying any more ‘cause you’re just gonna make fucking fun of me,” Elliot told her off with a sour look.

“The only person that should be made fun of is me,” Jules said with a sigh, Elliot took a drag of his blunt and just looked at her. “I thought you liked Rue but clearly you had your eyes on someone else this whole time.”

They stayed quiet for a few minutes, the only sound coming from Elliot when he took a few breaths of his blunt. Breathing out clouds of smoke. Usally it wasn’t Jules there with him but y/n, she would just simply dance around if any music were on, stealing his blunt and taking a few drags of it.

“I don’t think y/n likes me,” Elliot then blurted out and Jules brows raised with the statement.

“Why don’t you think so?”

“She seems like.. not like the kind of girl to do relationships, you know? Like she doesn’t want a relationship.”

“That’s not true,” Jules quickly spoke up.

“Really?” Elliot didn’t sound convinced however, he looked rather unsure, squinting at Jules to see if she was messing with him.

“No, that’s not true at all.” Jules immediately shut him down, shaking her head.

“You think y/n like a relationship kinda person?”

“I mean, yeah, kind of.” Jules shrugged at him, knowing that the girl wanted a relationship but with the fright of seeing everyone she loved around her have such broken relationships, it’s scared her from a young age. So she simply didn’t go into the love zone.

“Yeah, well, then you’re full of shit.” Elliot rolled his eyes, heart aching a bit as he thought about it.

“It’s true,” Jules quickly spoke. “How do you know, have you asked her about it?”

“Why the fuck would I do that?”

“Exactly. And who’s known her longer, oh, wait, that’s me.” Jules put a hand on her chest when saying me.

Elliot, however, didn’t care, he had noticed how everytime they got close to stepping over the line as friends to lovers she just backed away. If he did something that was remotely close to what a couple would do, she’d back away. He held her hand? She would act as if needing it then putting it the pockets of her pants. They hugged? She would just hug him lightly before then wanting him to let her go. Only time being close was fine was when they danced to some music, then bumping into him and all that was fine.

“I don’t know what kind of voodoo Elliot is doing but he needs to fucking stop,”

The voice were y/n’s, coming from a voice message on Jules phone as she smoked with a raised brow as Elliot sat up, clearly confused. Taking a last breath of his blunt before putting it out.

“What the fuck?” His voice low as he looked at her phone.

“No, I’m so damn serious Jule, since when do I suddenly like a someone? Since never! I’ve never liked anyone like this before, but this damn idiot just strutts into my life, and suddenly, BOOM, y/n l/n likes Elliot.”

This made Elliot just stare at Jules phone, hearing what y/n had sent to Jules really made everything stop. Was he happy? Yes, very much. Hearing her say she liked him, hearing her angelic voice say what he wanted her to say but thought he’d never hear her say made his heart beat faster. As ge just stared at the phone, Jules noticed his cheeks flush a crimson color and it made her giggle.

“No, she’s nor the relationship kinda girl, she’s never been in one, but she do want one and she really likes you.” Jules wanted for Elliot to peal his eyes from her phone so she could explain further ass he knew this would make him confused.

“But she’s always fuck acts like-” “That’s just her being scared of a relationship.” Jules cut in and now Elliot didn’t stare at the phone but looked up at her, expecting to hear more.

“You know how her family is just fucking dysfunctional?” Elliot nodded his head. “Yeah, well, her parents have never really been in love and it’s just this stupid and toxic relationship. Her brother and his fiance always had this relationship where he would always control her, and then they’d have a big argument,  often it ends with her sister-in-law to be getting hurt.”

“You see where I’m coming from thick head?” Jules pocked his head and climbed down from the windowsill as she just got a text from y/n saying one thing. 'Soon there’

“I, uh, didn’t know,”

“Don’t take it personal, she let it slip to me and Rue while drunk as fuck.” Jules now stood beside his bed. “Also I think you should get ready, she’s here any-” And then the doorbell rang. “And she’s here.”

With that Jules left his room, leaving a stunned Elliot in his room as he just sat on his bed. But the soon came to realize y/n was there and quickly moved to get his guitar and start playing all while Jules opened for y/n.

The footsteps that became louder the closer they came to his room made Elliot let out a breath and preparing for the two girls to enter. Now he had to okay it cool while knowing y/n liked him? How would that work?

“Hey Elly!” y/n’s cheery voice called as she walked inside his room, holding hand with Jules who simply grinned at Elliots rather red cheeks.

“Oh shi- hey.” He stumbled over his words, smiling as she walked over and fell down on his bed. Just as she were about to say something Jules let out a 'oh’, making Elliot and y/n look at her.

“My dad wants me home,” Jules sighed, acting as if it was true. “I guess I’ll have to get going.”

“What? I just got here, why dose he want you home?” y/n asked as she knew how laid-back Jules dad actually was.

“I don’t know, the text just said 'Home now’.” The blond picked up her bag that she’d thrown onto Elliots floor just erlier and sighed. “I’ll see you two tomorrow,”

“Okey, love you,” y/n smiled slightly sad that Jules 'needed’ to go.

“Uh yeah bye,” Elliot said as Jules simply smiled, then nodding her head towards y/n who laid and stared up at the ceiling before walking out and closing his door

He plucked randomly at the strings, playing almost the same tune as erlier before then picking up on one he knew the girl laying beside him liked. She had her eyes closed and soon her lips was graced with a small smile. A deep feeling of relaxation taking over her body, sinking into Elliot’s soft bed.

“Uh, y/n?” Elliot asked hesitantly as the girl hummed at him and opend one eye. Making eye contact.

“What’s up?”

But no words left his mouth as Elliot turned his head, averting his eyes from her too, looking around at the floor in front of him. There was no right way to do this, he knew her reaction could be many diffrent kinds, but at the same time Elliot knew that y/n wouldn’t be mad about it.

“Why do you, like, always pull away whenever we get close?” It was the fist thing he could think of to ask her. y/n sat up, legs over the edge of his bed but feel not touching the ground.

“What? She almost choked at the air. "The hell ate you on about?”

Elliot were quick standing up and letting out a frustrated puff of air as he didn’t know how to go on about this. When he turned towards y/n, she just looked at him with raised brows. A stab of pain shooting through her heart as she heard her younger self tell how bad of a idea this was.

“Everytime we get close, physically, you fucking pull away from me.” The look he gave her was almost one of a half shattered heart, his eyes showing a bit of sadness.

“I just-” Her eyes gor stuck on the floor in front of her as she didn’t finish the sentence, her hands shaking a little with fear of telling him and also for how scary love was in her eyes.

“Look,” His voice softer than ever as he slowly moved to  stand in front of her, he slowly kneeled down in front of her. His hand reaching for hers but it jolted away, only for Elliot to reach oit and grab it gently.

She didn’t meet his gaze, eyes looking osst him no matter how much he tried to move his head and get in her view. As if she were made of glass, about to shatter any second, Elliot carefully reached out and put a hand under her chin, gently turning so hee head and eyes were in him. As she held his gaze she wanted to shrink into herself, she failed the one thing she promised younger her.

“I know how you feel about shut like this, Jules told me,” y/n swallowed as he spoke. “But I want you to know one thing, I fucking love you, okey?”

“Wha?..”

“I love you, and don’t look at me like you don’t believe me 'cause I’ve never been more honest in my fucking life.” He reassures her, hands coming up to hold her face.

“I.. I don’t know how this is supposed to feel,” This made Elliot’s rub his thumbs along her cheekbones, just gazing at her, he felt her lean in ever so slightly to one of his hands. Funding the action enjoyable.

His eyes flickered down on her lips and then back up at her eyes. He smiled a little, one taht was sweet am gentle, saved for her only. “Just tell me how his feels,”

With that, he leaned up, pressing his lips gently on hers startling y/n slightly. She was stiff for a few seconds but her eyes them fell shut, melting into the kiss. It was soft and slowly Elliot depending it slightly, one of his hands caressing y/n jaw gently. The other on the side of her neck. It was even better than doing drugs when kissing her, Elliot knew she would always be the strongest and most powerful drug of them all for him.

When he pulled away, leaning his forehead against hers, y/n keept her eyes closed as Elliot looked at her. Being so up close with her making usi stomach fill with some happiness.

“Was that okey?” He softly asked her leaning in so their noses touched, foreheads also still connected. She didn’t answer but he could feel her nod against him, Elliot let out a sigh of relief.

“I’m gonna kill Jules,” y/n mumbled and Elliot smiled.

“I think what she did was worth it,” And with taht he leaned in once more, their lips meting for a second time.

He didn’t just have a crush on her, he loved her.

: She worries but doesn’t know he’s actually been sober as he’s now high of something else, a feeling drugs can’t give him.

/: Yeah so I just needed to write something for Elliot from euphoria because I just already like his character.

A soft tune played through the room as Elliot randomly played on different strings to create something only for the time being. He sat leaned back against the headboard of his bed, guitar in hand, a pair of arms was wrapped around his waist loosely and holding o to him.

There was nothing he would want to have more than this, there was no drug that could compare to this, and no drug that could leave him with this feeling of euphoria that seemd stronger than any drug ever left him with.  And even better, he wasn’t even on any kind of drugs as of now, he hadn’t touched them in weeks.

Somehow, this girl that was his friend, close friend, was able to keep him from that. She was able to get his mind off of the drugs he’d once cherished. Elliot knew that he however couldn’t depend on her to stay sober, she didn’t even knew he was sober. He didn’t wanna put that onto her, as he’d seen the way it went for Rue and Jules.

Talking about Rue, she had even complained about the fact that Elliot hadn’t asked her to get high lately or she had just simply pointed ut out to him with questions.  He wasn’t even clean to her about being sober for such long time.

It was the sudden pull by the air of arms around his waist that he snapped out from his mindless playing, her head that laid just below his ribcage seeming ti move a bit for comfort.

y/n was the kind of girl that didn’t do drugs nor alcohol, she didn’t judge however, many times before Elliot got sober, she’d been over and he would do some drug. She never said anything about it and just simply let him do what he wanted with his life, same with Rue. Though, y/n had been harsher on Rue and told her to not do drugs every five minutes, to which Rue actually listened.

Elliot put away his guitar, making sure not to move too much, not wanting to wake the girl. He leaned forward a bit to see her more clearly, her face was relaxed as she breathed steadily. His fingers gently graced her skin, causing y/n’s eye twitch a bit.

“So you are awake, huh?” Elliot said in a playful tone as he poked y/n’s back lightly, the girl grumbled as her brows furrowed.

“Leave me alone,” She mumbled into the fabric of his shirt. The boy let out a snort before weaving his fingers though her hair.

“Oh so that’s how it’s gonna be?” Elliot raised a brow before his fingers found her side and he started ro slowly tickle her, causing y/n to start laughing and rolling off of him.

“Stop! Stop! I can’t” y/n was cut off by herself laughing and then letting out a high pitched screm of laughter as Elliot continued the torture.

“Quiet,” He stopped and put a hand over the girls mouth to quiet her from screaming out if laughter. He smiled widely as y/n now laid beside him on her back and holding her sides.

“You gonna calm down?” She nodded under his hand and he slowly retracted his hand from covering her mouth.

The silence was comfortable as non of the two had anything against being in ecah other presence with just silence all around them. Elliot slowly let his hand come to reach for her cheek as she’d turned over on her stomach, facing him.

His hand laid gently on her cheek, thumb gently rubbing up and down her cheekbone. The action was comforting as y/n let herself lean into his hand. But was this really how bestfriends should act?

“I love when we hang out, you’re the best company,” y/n told with a sigh as she couldn’t remember ever having this much fun with any of the girls, thay had all start to become all too serious  and always wanted to just talk guys, never just joke around.

“Well, I’ll always keep you company,” The words were supposed to be happy, but y/n’s face fell slightly, face holding a somber expression. Elliot furrowed his brows and tried ro find her eyes again as she was looking away.

“Hey.. you okey?”

“What if you’re not here to keep me company?” She asked vaguely, the question weighing down the jolly mood that once was, Elliot’s face drop slightly as he lean back against the headboard once more. Hand still holding her cheek gently.

“I worry… and I know that I always said it’s your choice and all, but I just don’t, I just-..” y/n trailed off leaning up a bit to look at him better.

“I don’t think you have to worry about that,” Elliot sat up straight and placed both hands on her cheeks. “‘Cuase I haven’t touched drugs in almost three weeks.”

The statement made her eyes light up, mouth falling slightly agape. The smile on his face showed he was telling the truth, he leaned closer and his rumbs rubbed her cheeks slowly.

“What? H-how?..” y/n let her hands place ontop of his and she held onto his wrists gently.

“I don’t know, they just didn’t seem to give me this feeling, none of them could.”

Her eyes scanned his for what he was referring to, but suddenly one of his hands moved from resting at her cheek to holding her chin. His thumb now brushing the softness of her lower lip, causing her breath to hitch. Elliot let his thumb slowly trace where y/n’s lips parted before tracing her upper lip.

Even thought how stunned she was by his atction, y/n was quick, quicker than she thought. Before Elliot knew it she had leaned up and pressed a kiss swiftly to his lips, then leaning back down and bringing her lower lip between her teeth. The kiss was the kind that many see as the ones you maybe share with someone in kindergarten, quick and just a simple peck on the lips.

Elliot’s lips turn into a grin as he leans in, but not closing the gap between them. His lips hover just above hers as he let’s his hand slide down to the side of her neck. y/n let’s out a sigh and leans forwards, placing her lips on his but this time not pulling away.  It’s soft on y/n’s side, but on Elliot’s it’s needy. She’s intoxicating for him finally tasting her makes him want more.

He pulled away from a second and slowly help the girl onto her back, her eyes questioning, almost as if she’s too pure. One of his hands land on her hip and he slowly let it run up her side.

“Just relax,” He coos, straddling her waist and making sure not to put all his bodyweight on her. Under him he can feel her body relax with breath of air leaving her lips.

“Since no drug can give me this, maybe you can?”
