As you may or may not have noticed I’m not really using this blog anymore.  It doesn’t mean I’m gone but just.. This blog. 

Okay what happened was I realized I wanted to be more personal and I had one too many blogs. So I decided to make my personal blog lastdaysofandrewjara have fitness stuff too. So that’s where i’m putting all my fitness stuff (pics, journey, fitblr stuff) so if you want to follow my journey or just want more pics of celebs working out, that’s where it will be. 

If not I’ll see you on the flip side! I’m making better progress than ever before and I’m so proud of where I am.  I loved this blog and haven’t gone but am on another place! Anyway this was fun and maybe one day i’ll try to separate again and come back but for now i’ll be over on lastdaysofandrewjara! See you there! 

So today was another good day.  I woke up and did the rowing machine for cardio. But I may have woken up too early cause after lunch I was exhausted. Like had to lie down exhausted.

 

But after a bit of a rest, I then got the gym. Did about ten minutes of cycling, did some arms and shoulders.  Then did some pistols.  My knees can’t quite handle them yet but it’s something to work towards!
