I’m currently working on my nutrition/health coach certification so I can’t give you a full on meal plan but I can guide you and tell you what worked for me to lose 170 lbs.

Oh my a huge non scale victory for me today was wearing a bathing suit without covering my body with a shirt. I’ve been so so insecure about my body since a very young age and can’t remember the last time I wore my bathing suit out without a care. I felt like if I wasn’t insecure about my weight, it was about my excess skin, and now scars, it’s always something.. I still struggle with but I’m trying to be comfortable in my body and yes I know Its just a one piece bathing suit but this is such a big deal to me

February - June

Okay so I’ve been getting tons of messages about excess skin if I had any and or had to get surgery etc unfortunately yes, lots and lots after losing close to 180 lbs. Many surgeries including full extended tummy tuck or extended abdominalplasty, breast lift and arm lift. Unfortunately I had all my stomach stretch marks on the top of my abdomen and none on the actual excess skin they removed.. so frustrating lol. Excess skin sucks, you don’t fully see your weightloss results because you have tons of skin hanging and then once you get it removed you’re very swollen and even look bigger than before and it’s just as rough mentally as it is physically but I can tell you oooof it’s so worth it and I’d go through them again if I had too. Was so close to breaking my fast 3 hours earlier.. I’ve been so so tired since the weekend. I need to get out of this funk. Just wanted to let you guys know I’m not always motivated and have the energy and drive to eat healthy and workout. There’s many days like this that I just want to break my fast eat unhealthy and skip my workout. I haven’t ate yet, I’m on my second coffee of the day to even have the slightest energy to workout and that’s okay!
