Oooh mama is tired already from this week and it’s only Tuesday. But it’s all good because I know that Sunday is approaching (slowly but surely), and I will be able to fully rest then. Lots, lots, and lots of teaching going on this summer in all sorts of ways: yoga, yoga for kids, teaching movement, voice and diction, character building for theatre, more yoga…PHEW. But it’s a good tired. I’m overflowing with appreciation for all teachers everywhere because it is an unforgiving job but also the most rewarding job. I feel blessed to be doing what I love to do most.❤️ Happy Tuesday, guys! May you all have a wonderful day and if your day is already off to a rough start..:take one breath at a time.
