Please met my headcanon for the representative for the nation-state of England Arthur Kirkland.
Getting the canon version of vivid green eyes was very hard considering I wanted to balance that for more of Strawberry blonde for his hair. but a much more Celtic rooted Arthur with the heavy note of red in his hair, along with the freckles. the warmer tone to his skin reddish hue. a much more spring complexion.
I also had to get rid of window eyebrows of his, they made no sense since it even in stereo type are we known for prominent dark brows.
And that’s how Francis’ wish was taken seriously…but maybe not in the way he hoped. Or has it?
