It’s almost the end of January.
Which means you’re starting to look at the credit card bills from December and seeing what you racked up buying all the presents you could possibly need.
So obviously you are thinking about what you are going to be doing for the new year money wise.
How much you have to work and how much overtime you’re going to have to put in to break even.
What if you thought about it differently.
What goals you have
What dreams you want to achieve
How you have been telling yourself you are just waiting for the new year
That 2018 is going to be different✅
It’s only going to be different if you stop waiting for the new year and start making a new year right now‼️
A year is still a year no matter what day you start.
365⏳days are going to pass time and time again no matter if you start on the 1st day of the month the 31st day of the month or somewhere random in between

I have struggled day in and day out with my weight and body image. How I feel about myself for years.
How other people feel about how I look especially
I have picked and picked and torn myself apart.
I did one yo yo diet after another, I fought eating disorder and recovery time and time again.
My body has been through a lot
And while rarely will anyone say to my face that I gained an excessive amount of weight over the summer☀️from lack of training‍♀️, lack of nutrition, lack of bothering at all to take care of myself
Pictures do not lie
So upon moving to Colorado❄️ I made a firm plan that if I was going to help other people get healthy I had to make myself a priority as well.
I used the products I love the way they are intended to enhance and jumpstart my weight loss⬇️so I could get back to feeling good both inside and out✅
That helped me have energy to go to the gym
It made me make better food choices
I started drinking more water again.
So going into 2018 I weigh less than I ever did since late 2015 and that’s huge for me
I am still self conscious of how I look and how close fit or don’t fit me
And I will never been some petite little waif of a girl, because I have tree trunk legs and pizza is still a thing. But I have at least made a lot of progress to be proud of
