Somehow I managed to be dating a non coffee☕️ drinker all this time!
I might as well have coffee for blood I enjoy it so much.
With a never ending on the go lifestyle, two jobs, a growing online business, my fitness journey, a wannabe social life and a man❤️ to take care of there is no going without coffee☕️☕️☕️☕️.
I was a Starbucks junkie
Hardcore.
I had a solid $35 a WEEK habit
Obviously terrible long term plan. I was drinking pure sugarat times because for my love of coffee, I am not a coffee purist.
I want chocolate
I want caramel
I want vanilla rainbow magic in my mouth
And then Keto coffee came along.
Delivered right to me in 15 packets, saves me soooo much money, is super easy, helps me lose weight and tastes like a vanilla cappuccino AND if all those things in the world weren’t enough reason, Justin even enjoys them!!

I have struggled day in and day out with my weight and body image. How I feel about myself for years.
How other people feel about how I look especially
I have picked and picked and torn myself apart.
I did one yo yo diet after another, I fought eating disorder and recovery time and time again.
My body has been through a lot
And while rarely will anyone say to my face that I gained an excessive amount of weight over the summer☀️from lack of training‍♀️, lack of nutrition, lack of bothering at all to take care of myself
Pictures do not lie
So upon moving to Colorado❄️ I made a firm plan that if I was going to help other people get healthy I had to make myself a priority as well.
I used the products I love the way they are intended to enhance and jumpstart my weight loss⬇️so I could get back to feeling good both inside and out✅
That helped me have energy to go to the gym
It made me make better food choices
I started drinking more water again.
So going into 2018 I weigh less than I ever did since late 2015 and that’s huge for me
I am still self conscious of how I look and how close fit or don’t fit me
And I will never been some petite little waif of a girl, because I have tree trunk legs and pizza is still a thing. But I have at least made a lot of progress to be proud of

How to survive the cold winter❄️ in Colorado:

I even got Justin hooked on it. He was such a non believer in me liking coffee until he started getting up early.
Now he’s all about it
On our way to lunch yesterday he was talking about how today before he leaves on his trip
He needs his own pack of Keto coffee and a scoop of greens to start his morning☀️
I sent him off on his trip this morning with exactly that. He’s got to drive through snow so I feel much better knowing he’s got Keto clarity

Progress is slow but steady
I stopped focusing so much on the scale number because I hit some big for me goals✅
I fit in Justin’s pants, which if you missed my early season breakdown about being so much bigger than my boyfriend this is a big thing.
I was able to buy single digit size pants for the first time honestly ever.
I don’t feel so uncomfortable with my body.
I haven’t stuck to a real diet much, i work out when I can.
Honestly it’s a lot of Keto coffee☕️, greens and Thermofit and some wraps.
I’m not trying to get fit just for Summer☀️, I am trying to be fit for life
