Originally I was going to do one of my own bodyweight workouts I created but @vikkihughson convinced me to just sub what I had to and still do todays workout from my amazing trainer @maddyforberg (iykyk)
It’s a deload week which i need but can I do an easy workout? Nope haha. Ima feel this one later! Home workouts don’t have to be weak! And never underestimate the power of slow reps and mind muscle connection!
