Somehow I managed to be dating a non coffee☕️ drinker all this time! I might as well have coffee for blood I enjoy it so much. With a never ending on the go lifestyle, two jobs, a growing online business, my fitness journey, a wannabe social life and a man❤️ to take care of there is no going without coffee☕️☕️☕️☕️. I was a Starbucks junkie Hardcore. I had a solid $35 a WEEK habit Obviously terrible long term plan. I was drinking pure sugarat times because for my love of coffee, I am not a coffee purist. I want chocolate I want caramel I want vanilla rainbow magic in my mouth And then Keto coffee came along. Delivered right to me in 15 packets, saves me soooo much money, is super easy, helps me lose weight and tastes like a vanilla cappuccino AND if all those things in the world weren’t enough reason, Justin even enjoys them!! I give him some of my packet in the mornings when we get up now and he is about it So even non coffee drinkers can understand and appreciate the wonder of Keto coffee everyday.
I really am trying to get off the couch to help with the kids. It’s just that every time I think I’m ready I’ve actually dozed off without realizing it.
Writing comes from within. Anyone who wakes up (quietly) will start hearing a voice (or voices) in their head. So try to channel these voices onto paper! (Or, a laptop)
The easiest times to “write” is when you wake up, or after you take a nap or shower.
A notebook-with-pen is a time-tested, surefire way to become “yourself”. Your OWN words, your own DRAWINGS, your own collages, and clippings and quotes you find and paste in, are your best analog (not digital) way to create your self. It’s portable, quiet, doesn’t require electricity, and enhances muscle memory.
Quiet corners | Abstaining from certain “things” is a necessity to my physical and mental health… and to the expansion of personal growth. It’s that heavy feeling when life is tilted and evolution feels jeopardized that quickly reminds me to elimate negative influences, poor practices, and unnessary internet attention.
- These past months have been challenging in ways I could never/would never express via social media. Everyday I note the need for positive changes and the importance of allowing myself to step away and cleanse my spirit without needing to explain it.
Sometimes the beauty of life is right in front of you. Sitting on a train on a cold morning in December. Still tired from the week before. It’s early; sun rising with such splendour in the east. I’m always been in awe of the raw simplicity and wonderment of nature. How I even managed to get this picture, I’m not even sure. There’s no filters as it doesn’t need any. I have never been a morning person always a night owl. Yet I do appreciate early mornings now. Sunrise especially the time before dawn is magical. So much promise for a new day. Winter mornings, wrapped up against the cold. I’ve become much more grateful for being here at this time. The promise of right now and the anticipation of tomorrow is where I live.
