Depuis deux jours, je check les conditions météos a la frontière Gard / Lozère, pas de précipitations, un peu de vent, de la chaleur, c'est le moment, on part pour Vialas et son rocher du Trenze qui surplombe le village à 1200m d'altitude.
C'est 2 bonnes heure de marche qui nous attendent, après la journée de boulot pour rejoindre les hauteurs.
6km et 500m de dénivelé plus tard, nous voilà en place pour admirer ce qui est pour moi une des plus belles vues des Cévennes.
Arnaud et moi grimpons sur un tas de cailloux caractéristique de ce paysage, le vent rend la tâche dangereuse mais le risque entrepris vaut le coup d'oeil.
Then it’s very easy to fall in love with it. And visit often. I have been to Beskid Mountains for a few times already this year and I had the pleasure to see the difference between winter and summer. Both seasons has its own magic and beauty. But now let’s focus on summer.
Few weeks ago we visited the second highest mountain of the Czech Republic - Lysá hora. A way to the top is just fine. When you choose to visit on weekend you have to prepare for more hikers of course. But still it is calm place.
The nature is just beautiful. While you going up you see so many different trees and plants.
Depends on your stamina it takes usually around 2-3 hours to get to the top. When we were at the top for the first time in winter it took us almost 3 hours but now in summer we made absolutely fantastic time! 1 hour and 50 minutes.
When we decide to go somewhere to mountains we always keep our cameras with us. It’s just something like must-have thing. I always take my 10-18mm landscape lens and 24mm lens for Canon. That 10-18mm is perfect when you make it to the top and catch the beauty of mountainscape.
After almost 2 hours we were at the top and very hungry. I have a good news - there’s a cool restaurant at the top so don’t worry much about meals you take with you.
If you will ever have a chance to visit the Beskid Mountains make sure that Lysá hora is on your list.
