Simple breakfast of onigiri, miso soup, simmered bamboo, and pickled napa cabbage with yuzu. I was craving 豆ご飯mame-gohan, which is really easy to make: about 40-50 g of shelled fresh peas and ~½ tsp salt per rice cooker cup of rice. It’s simple and pleasantly sticky and nice for spring.
