Welp y'all. I did it.
I completed #75hard (@andyfrisella) 16lbs difference. Lots of fat gone. Lots of muscle gained.
Weird non-scale victories keep happening. It’s pretty cool actually.
Phase 1 will be in May.
I plan to reverse diet to maintenance over the next few weeks and then really start to build more muscle!
I’ve only begun.

Originally I was going to do one of my own bodyweight workouts I created but @vikkihughson convinced me to just sub what I had to and still do todays workout from my amazing trainer @maddyforberg (iykyk)
It’s a deload week which i need but can I do an easy workout? Nope haha. Ima feel this one later!

Wicked pump from today’s workout thanx to @maddyforberg!
My arm progress is insane from only having 2 arm days a week! I’m loving this leg program so much!
Now if the right (pics 3&4) matched the left I’d be happy.
But I’ve always been stronger on my left (right handed so I carry everything on my left) and the torn supraspinatus really affected things. Still is.
Can I fix that? Heck yes! It’s catching up. The tattoo doesn’t help much visually either but I promise it’s keeping up with the left!
