Liquid Sunshine 4 Kale leaves 6 Romaine Heart leaves 1 Green apple 1 Cucumber 5 Celery stalks 1 Broccoli stalk . . If you have a juicer. Alternative the ingredients in your juicer. I used my @championjuicer . . To juice with a blender add ½ cup of water to the recipe. Chop all the ingredients first. Then add them to them in your blender in the following order: cucumber, celery, Apple, broccoli, romaine, and kale. Blend, add additional water if needed. Strain through a filtration bag. . .
