Kicking off a 3-day juice cleanse as part of my #SoOffYourChest #100DaysofSelfcare Challenge. I call this recipe Liquid sunshine. The ingredients are below. What’s your favorite juicing recipe?

Liquid Sunshine
4 Kale leaves
6 Romaine Heart leaves
1 Green apple
1 Cucumber
5 Celery stalks
1 Broccoli stalk .

If you have a juicer. Alternative the ingredients in your juicer. I used my @championjuicer .
. To juice with a blender add ½ cup of water to the recipe. Chop all the ingredients first. Then add them to them in your blender in the following order: cucumber, celery, Apple, broccoli, romaine, and kale. Blend, add additional water if needed. Strain through a filtration bag. .

Food overhaul for meal prep for myself and clients. (Check out my instastories to see some of what I made) This Thursday is Spring Equinox. As most of us are slowing down due to current climate it is us a great time to cleanse and detox. Physically in addition to emotionally and mentally. Eat fresh fruits if you can there is a lot of fresh foods at the marketplace which is great for boosting your immune system. Drink more water consider buying a water filter in the future. Pictured is my @berkey_filters . Remember your food is your first medicine therefore it is your first line of defense. Many Supplements isolate vitamins from the foods we eat. So why not eat them and get the additional benefits from the other components present.
