Dating someone who understands your mental health is so important. There’s humans who will make you feel terrible for things you can’t or don’t know how to control yet.

The most powerful way to heal someone is to listen. Just listen. Don’t think or judge. Just listen. People start to heal the moment they feel heard. You can be a healer if you refuse to step outside of your own emotions and view things entirely from the perspective of the other person.

Stay away from people who always consider you expressing how you feel as you arguing or being extra. This is called gaslighting. Toxic individuals do that so that they don’t have to take accountability for their own behaviors.

You are not lazy, unmotivated or stuck. After years of living your life in survival mode, you are exhausted. There’s a difference.

Please don’t spend the rest of your life punishing yourself just because someone who couldn’t see your value made you doubt your worth.

Stop reducing yourself in an attempt to be liked by people who would otherwise be intimidated by you. Instead, seek to connect with people who marvel at your personality and achievements.
