The Business model is not a kindergarten! Acting is also a very difficult business. If you are still self-employed like me, you hardly have any free time or anything else said I hardly have time for myself. But today I left everything behind and sat down at the Elbe for over 3 hours and enjoyed the peace and quiet there with two bottles of beer. Last year was hard. I was in a state where I was emotionally and physically tired of everything. I was lost. I was drowning in my emotions. I went through a heartbreak and eventually forgot to love myself. At that time, I felt like a different person who was dependent on someone else. But I came to surpass all those messy, beautiful things that has happened to me. It helped me grow, become wiser, and become appreciative of what I have now, and gradually learned to love myself. I am so thankful for my family, best friends, and God whom I always lean upon through my sad, crazy, and happy times.
I wrote a song about it entitled “Unknown” wherein I was able to work with my talented genius friend, Daniel Halim aka alongthewalls. So beyond thankful for him <3. This is the final project. I put my whole heart writing this about my story; about our story. And I’m truly happy and blessed it’s out now in the world.

I was depressed, burnt out, stressed….you naaaame it!! & had a full mental breakdown after not sleeping or eating properly for 48 hours making this short . But for the first time….. Happy Birthday!
Happy birthday to Hollywood director, writer, and producer Allan Dwan, who was born this date in 1885 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Dwan was born Joseph Aloysius Dwan and immigrated to the United States when he was just 7 years old. He studied engineering at Notre Dame and was interested in the new motion picture industry. The opportunity to become a scriptwriter presented itself and the rest, as they say, is history.
Dwan began working in Hollywood in 1911, and over his 50-year career, he directed 125 motion pictures, working with stars such as Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks, John Wayne, and Shirley Temple. He earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and, in 1976, was awarded the Career Achievement Award by the Los Angeles Film Critics Association. Allan Dwan died on December 28, 1981.
