An old man lived over there-an old man who wore old-fashioned plush breeches and a coat with big brass buttons, and a wig that you could plainly tell was a real one. Every morning an old male servant came, to put the rooms in order and do the marketing, but aside from that, the old man in the plush breeches lived all alone in his old house. Sometimes he came to the window and looked out, and the little boy waved to him, and the old man waved back, and so they became acquaintances and then friends. Of course, they had never spoken to each other, but that really made no difference.

inktober days 6-10
surprise im back for inktober but for my own sanity ill be posting in batches of 5-6. got a cute lil narrative to go with the prompts too
A couple of stabby stab medieval OCs because I watched Castlevania season 3 and it has put me in a Mood. I know I’ve been pretty inactive on here (sorry if I’ve been late with messages! I just don’t check as often now). I’m definitely more active on Instagram, but finished art series and complete artworks will always get posted here!

I’ve had these character designs sitting in a folder for about a year…after rediscovering them, I figured why not do something with them, they look like they’ve got a story! My notes for the red guy say he’s a “fighting librarian” and the arm bands denote his librarian rank. I’ve got some world-building to do.

Some more Jason vs The World, but now with a TWIST. Making these look like animation stills is pretty fun! If anything, it’s a good way of teaching myself how to use color tints to create a mood.

I just wanted to say as of 1/18/2022: sorry for the long hiatus guys! I had a lot going on in my life and it all came to a head with some health problems ontop of that, but I’m still very much invested in this project and Part 8 should be out within the next month or so.

“No, you need to read it yourself,” Natalia declared.
“Very well,” Hans chuckled, “I’ll submit to your authority on this matter.” He leaned closer. “But, mark my words, I’ll win our next dispute.”
“We’ll see about that,” Natalia retorted, hiding her cheeky smile with the novel.

“Back already?” Hans queried.
Natalia looked over her shoulder with a blank expression. “Hm?”
“From the seamstress’ shop,” Hans elaborated as he scanned the area. “Did your mother not return with you?”
Natalia squared herself with Hans. Her perplexed face unsettled him. “What are you talking about?”
Hans was now equally baffled. “The shop? The fabric?”

I’m so excited to share this one! I’ve been working on a collaboration with my husband to create a mini tabletop RPG called Far From the Fairground. We hope to release it this October! For now, enjoy one of the illustrations I created for the game!
