Going back to this au

Ok, I haven’t talked much about the swap AUs, but that’s cause I’m preparing big infodumps about them

However I do want to share some angst that is applicable to both of them (and the future/road trip au)

Any member of the Calamity Trio that doesn’t get possessed by The Core loses a body part instead.

Marcy will lose a leg or become paralyzed from the waist down, Sasha will lose an eye, and Anne will lose an arm.

They get prosthetics/replacement parts, but the look and mechanics of them vary depending on the au

• the prince - however his father is not alfor, ill get to that
• a little less eccentric and coran-like, a little more stressed and attempting diplomacy

• alfor was her son, he died along with all the other alteans, and the king (Corans father in this au and someone we dont know :/) also died
• a little more eccentric but looks after coran like her son or nephew

• wayward son
• rebellious prince of the galra
• crafty little bitch
• subtler in his universe-domination attempts like our lotor

• ruthless leader of the galra
• still got great hair tho
• not much else to say
• was an original paladin
• corrupted by quintessence

haggar -> axcas role!

• still zarkons right hand lady
• actually honerva - was never corrupted by the quintessence
• boss ass bitch

• technically lotors wife :/
• potentially altean? i believe we’re undecided but its doubtful

• theyre still important!

thats all i can think of so uhhh hope you like our au, as you can probably tell the aliens are less developed than the paladins, but ya thats p much it! outties

lance -> shiros role!

• pilots the black lion
• nose scar, badger tuft and robot arm
• was on the kerberos mission
• you get the picture
• hes slightly more composed and less homesick than regular lance, as one might expect, and a little more self-assured, although still the same old flirty lance we know and love inside

hunk -> keiths role!

• pilots the red and subsequently black lion
• orphan, half-galra
• hes a lot angstier and reserved than our hunk, having gone through the same things as regular keith, but overall a generally loving person, if a little colder and harsher
• also more impulsive and less hunk hugs :(

pidge -> matts role!

• the older sibling
• also on the kerberos mission
• rebel leader
• much of the same personality, if a little memeier and more puns
• long hair! which we all love im sure

shiro -> lances role!

• big family
• pilots the blue and subsequently red lion
• flirtier than our shiro and more faux-confident, but in essence the same indescribably Shiro nature
• no badger tuft, robot arm, scar, PTSD or General Buffness

keith -> hunks role!

• pilots the yellow lion
• wears a headband like hunks
• much more open, loving and trusting, his angstiness is more just general teen angst than childhood trauma related

matt -> pidges role!

• younger sibling
• pilots the green lion
• a little sassier ig?
• crossdresser p much
