The Complete Guide to Becoming The Perfect Submissive Housewife, Section 1: Roles & Responsibilities, Sub Section C:

~ Appearances ~

“Housewives should be seen and not heard” means one thing for certain, you will be seen. It should be understood that you should be done up and dressed in an appeasing way, a piece of eye candy to anyone that catches you in their gaze.

Your appearances are a reflection of the home. You should look as put together and organized as the house is. Not to mention clean, feminine, and on top of that; Pretty. Finding the right ’look’ is a balance between your physical attributes and what your Domestic Superiors like to see. Beauty and Fashion does not have a catch all with all the variety out there, however any Housewife looking to complete their look should search no further than the 1950s American Housewife, and model herself after her likeness.

Hair - The most important thing to know about your hair is that it is flexible and adjustable. It can change based on style, color, and preferences. However, finding the right “do” may take some trial and error. Find something that works with your hair and keep it as your go -to style. Ensure it is elegant, and we’ll put together. Simplicity such as short cuts and pony tails do not cut it.

Makeup - Makeup is an everyday necessity. No exceptions. Long eye lashes, highlighted cheek bones, painted lips; you’re face should done up and looking fuckable regardless of the occasion. These guidelines are simply to let you know that you must have it, wear it, and why. Outside sources can be referenced when it comes to styles and applications.

Dresses - Every Housewife should own an ample amount of dresses, in fact they should make up the majority of the wardrobe. Vibrant, colorful, patterned, modest dresses that hug the waistline with billowing skirts that do not fall far above the knee line. Dresses should not have deep necklines, and should rarely cover the arm beyond a quarter length. Style of dress can change depending on the season and to your body type, however having a healthy selection of dresses that are moderate, feminine, and fitted will make any Housewife shine.

Shoes - The proper choice for footwear is always incumbent on the situation of the day, and what the rest of the outfit dictates. Typically, a matching color of high heeled pumps or maryjanes will be sufficient for a Housewife to wear while they do housework. Flats and sandals have their place in warmer months, but an afternoon in flats when you could be wearing heels may result in appearing lazy or incapable of walking in them. High heels extenuate your calves and rear in a way thats visually appealing. Remember that your comfort comes secondary to the beauty and visual appeal that you must give to others.

Open toed shoes should remain in the closet and pulled for special or social occasions. Boots and sneakers should be worn much less frequently, unless having special permission from the domestic lead to wear them.

Skirts & Blouses - Through dresses remain the primary outfit of choice, having a variety of skirts and blouses to wear is also an acceptable outfit choice to be worn more infrequently. Like dresses, these items of clothing should accentuate your bosom, hips, and sides in an appealing way. Skirts should typically be a solid color with no patterns in the fabric that matches the footwear, and never fall shorter than just above the knee line. Acceptable skirt pattersn are Accordian, Box Pleated, A Line, Paneled, Straight, and Circle.

With all of that said, notice anything missing? That’s correct, pants are a huge no-no. Pants are a sign of masculinity, and any proper Housewife would not be caught in a pair unless having expressed interested and permission from their Domestic Lead to wear or even own a pair.

Blouses should be more vibrant in color or pattern. Blouses should also be short sleeved or sleeveless, with a tight buttoned ¾ sleeved sweater or cardigan on colder days. Acceptable blouse collar types are Scalloped, Rounded Shaped Heart, Halter, Halter Strap, Off Shoulder, Peter Pan, or Bowed.

Knit sweaters are acceptable in colder months, often a solid color with vertical inlets in the fabric of the stitching. Patterned skirts can be worn with a solid colored blouse or sweater.

Accessories - No outfit is complete without jewelry. Earrings and necklaces are a 100% must. Diamonds should only be worn on special occasions. Pearl earrings and necklaces, or heart-shaped lockets are more modest, and make an outfit appear more feminine and pretty. Rings and bracelets should only be worn if they are given to you. Watches are not approved of and get in the way, like bracelets and rings, when wearing rubber gloves. Anklets make for a good accessory when worn with sundresses, as do toe rings if requested by a Superior.

Any and all other body piercings should only be worn with expressed approval from your Domestic Lead. Tattoos should also remain covered, if possible, unless having expressed approval. Your approval to get a new piercing or tattoo can also not happen without such approval.

Collars are sometimes a staple of certain Domestic Leads, and if you are requested to wear one consider it a requirement. Same rules can be applied to chastity devices. It is strongly recommended for Housewives to remain locked to prevent your focus from ever shifting from the tasks at hand, despite any urges. Chances are if you’re reading this and doing your training, that you are a massive whore. Chastity will be a firm reminder for you to keep your Slut hands away from between your legs.

Pantyhose - A subtle accessory but an important one, pantyhose is a necessary piece of any 1950s Housewife outfit. Silky nylon stockings with reinforced toes are the preferred kink. You should own a multitude of pantyhose, with a selection of various shades of nude, darkening to black. Pairs with a line down the backs of the leg, with darker fabric on the toes and heel are also acceptable. Any pairs with runs or tears are a blemish to the outfit, and should be tossed and replaced as soon as possible. Roll up stocks are also preferable to allow for easier access.

Undergarments - Matching sets of ornate, patterned, silky, lacy bras and panties should be worn underneath your clothing. A rule lf thumb is underwear should be sexy, and because of this rule Lingerie is also an acceptable undergarment that can be worn daily. It is important for you to look desirable in case “the mood strikes” where a quick unzip of your dress can transform you from ‘Modest Housewife’ to 'Dirty Housewife’ in a matter of moments.

Gerties are also a popular option, that can also double as shapewear and lingerie. They often provide hooks for stocking, completing a spicy, sexual look.

Nightwear - Lingerie or silk nighties should be worn for bed. It is never proper to be seen outside of the bedroom in your nightwear unless it’s requested of from a Domestic Superior. If you absolutely have to leave the bedroom at a late hour, wear a bathrobe if it is for a short period. Hair curlers should be applied every night if also desired. Just remember that the expectation of your beauty never rests, even as you sleep.

There is of course always the preference of the Domestic Lead that trumps all else. If they find it appropriate for you to work unclothed naked or in rags, you shall do so. Having clothing is technically a privilege. Nonetheless, appearances are very important, and you should always appear appetizing.

The Complete Guide to Becoming The Perfect Submissive Housewife, Section 1: Roles & Responsibilities, Sub Section B:

~ Culinary Expertise ~

Of all the things a Housewife can be judged for, there is one question that has been asked for generations in which they will forever and always be critiqued for; “Can she cook?”

Any negative connotations with you and the answer to this question is a notoriety a Housewife cannot afford. Working and growing culinary skills is a daily exercise. Even after years of practice, cooking is a skill that is never entirely mastered. Meals must appear appetizing, hold nutritional value, and most importantly be delicious. Not to mention the variety of options of meals that you should be putting on the table to keep things fresh and different, yet being able to bring back signature dishes and family favorites regularly. A difficult balance but not impossible for those who work on their craft.

Table Setting - Before each meal, place settings should be set to subtlety guide people where to eat. Dishes and silverware that are used should be tailored to what the meal will be. Napkins and a jug of iced water should always be available when desired. Condiments should also be present when appropriate. Tables should be cleared and cleaned at the conclusion of every meal, and should remain clear of everyday clutter such as car keys or mail. Candles, centerpieces, tablecloths and other decor should be considered to elevate certain meals during holidays or Sunday Dinners.

Breakfast - Being the most important meal of the day is not an understatement. Breakfast should be scheduled and tailored around the Domestic Superiors living in the house hold. Is there time to sit and have a relaxed breakfast? Or should it be more of a grab-and-go style? Coffee should be prepared and poured for those that want it. It is also important to recognize that you should eat your breakfast last after everyone else has been fed in case seconds are requested.

Lunches - Lunches should be preprepped and ready to go for those not eating in the home that afternoon. Lunches should be kept in easy to carry coolers or glass containers that keeps meals fresh, with a thermos provided as well. Lunches should be more impromptu rather than rigidly scheduled like breakfasts and dinners when Domestic Superiors are home. It should be prepared whenever someone expressed their hunger with a “What’s for lunch?” Or the ever popular “Go make me a sandwich.”

Tea Time - Busy Housewives who can find time in their day for a brief rest may be allowed to do so for “Tea Time”. Since coffee is not an acceptable drink for Housewives because it causes dependency and teeth staining, tea is the next best alternative. Tea should also be offered to any guests in the home at the time, along with light snacks.

Supper - Supper time meals should often feel bigger and grander when compared to the previous meals of the day. A showcased entrée of flavorful, juicy meat complimented with supporting sides. It would be impossible to list specifics given the variety of foods you can prepare and serve, however they should come and appear as if it’s “Restaurant Quality”. Large portions, visually appetizing, plated well, and filling.

A Housewife in the kitchen is also nothing without her apron. A protective, important piece that shields their clothing from the messes that come along with food prep. A kitchen apron should be different from a cleaning apron to avoid cross contamination.

Baking - Cooking is an art form, and backing is its own beast entirely. Baking takes ample practice and patients, however the results are well worth the effort. Being able to provide fresh deserts is a treat within itself. Muffins for breakfast, a cookie with lunch, a slice of pie after dinner. Deserts are not an everyday requirement but having a variety of sweets making their rounds in the household does make for a happier one.

The smell alone that can flow out of the kitchen and spread through out the home should tickle the noses of everyone in it. The infectious aroma can make anyone feel at home, including guests. Never neglect to use this tip to brighten the mood of the house, especially on gloomy, rainy days.

Sunday Dinner - This special meal should be the biggest, and grandest of them all. An opportunity to showcase all of your culinary skills, with appetizers, soup or salad, entrées, desert and coffee making the meal feel coursed. Again, the dinner table should be decorated elegantly, with fine china and silverware atop the place settings.

Never clear the table until everyone has finished eating. Resume wearing your apron after the meal for clean up, it should never be worn at the table. Once everyone is settled, you may do the final clean up as people retire to other areas of the home.

Recipes & Cookbooks - A proper Housewife should not only be studying her fair share of recipes and cookbooks, but also keeping a record of her favorites and signature meals in her own cookbook. This should be an ever-growing set of meals that showcase the best of the best of what they can do. Think of it as a resume or portfolio for your culinary abilities. Keeping the secrets of your special recipies and techniques to yourself is a most foolish, and childish way of thinking.

The kitchen is like the home office for Housewives. A space where they should feel the most comfortable, and where they will be spending most of their time. Being able to provide a high quality of flavor and taste is a treat that can be enjoyed both physically and mentally. Empty bowls and dishes are a sure sign of encouragement, and means less to clean up in the long run.

The Complete Guide to Becoming The Perfect Submissive Housewife, Section 1: Roles & Responsibilities, Sub Section A:

~ House Keeping ~

The state of the home is a reflection of one’s cability to keep tidy and organized. Any stupid girl can clean, but proficient Housewifes elevate these simple tasks into the art of House Keeping and be able to find joy and take pride in their work, given enough time. Starting the journey of Perfect Obedience here will be a good test for one’s skill sets as well as physical and mental capabilities, while also being an opportunity to refine them. Remember, House Keeping is a daily chore that falls soley onto your shoulders as Housewife. That means no asking for help, no slacking off, and by absolute no means can something be pushed off until tomorrow of there is time today to do it. House Keeping is not rocket science, and there should be no excuse not to excel in the most straightforward tasks that any simpleton or trained monkey can do.

Keep in mind that different homes require different levels of upkeep. Review the list below and tailor it to your current living situation.

Laundry - Organize all laundry into 3 categories; darks, colors, & whites. Different clothing requires specific settings for both washing and drying cycles. Read the tags, and learn what care is needed for everyone’s wardrobe. Stains should be given special care and attention. Use detergent that does not only clean the laundry, but also gives it a fresh smelling aroma as well. Any and all dry cleaning should be taken to a professional.

Clean laundry should be folded and put away shortly coming out of the dryer to best prevent wrinkles. Put away clothing organizing it by both season and color, this includes everything from the closet to the sock drawer. If someone has to “where their blue blazer is?” you’re doing something wrong.

Ironing - Clothing should be ironed each morning for any Domestic Superiors before they leave the home. Fresh clothing should have fine, crisp lines showing no wrinkles. Ensure to finishing ironing other’s clothing before starting your own. Also take time to inspect where you are ironing. Is there a loose thread? A missing button? A tear? If so, set it aside and later take out a sewing kit and fix it.

Bed Making - Beds should be stripped and applied with fresh linens on an as needed basis, never going longer than a few days. Beds should be made every morning, sheets tucked, pillows fluffed, and perfectly straight. Was there any fucking going on last night? Change them. Domestic Superiors do not want to fuck or sleep on dirty sheets.

Sweeping & Mopping - Hardwood and tile floors should be constantly monitored; being swept then mopped almost daily with a focus on heavier trafficked areas. Bulky vacuums are discouraged on hardwoods to prevent scuffing, and felt pads should be applied to the bottom of chairs and other furniture to avoid scratches. Once a month furniture should be moved to allow access underneath to give the flooring a deep clean.

Vacuuming - Carpets and rugs should be constantly monitored; being vaccumed almost daily, more so if there are pets in the home. Vacuuming is a noisy activity that should be done at mid-day or when it is less disruptive to others in or around the home. Once a month furniture should be moved to allow access underneath to give the flooring a deep clean.

Dusting - Any and all surfaces should be dusted every other day to prevent the collection of dust, hair, and other particles. Also include picture frame glass, TV & computer monitors, and overhead fan blades as part of your dusting routine.

Practice keeping your eyes focused on floors, corners, and surfaces to keep aware of which areas are in need of attention. Try to avoid the shame of “Um, you missed a spot!” when you should be the one on top of such things. If such an instance ever does arise, dont pout like a scolded puppy; Nod your head, apologize, say “Yes Sir!”or“Yes Miss!” and your fucking job.

Window Washing - Windows should be washed every two weeks to allow for clear, natural sunshine to illuminate the home. Finger and hand prints are eye sores, and should be removed whenever discovered on a glass or reflective surface. Again, think about picture frames, TV monitors, glass tables, and the like.

Dish Washing - Despite modern technology, hand washing dishes is the preferred method when it comes to cleaning and care for your cookware, fine plates, glasses, and silverware. Hand washing should be done with rubber gloves to prevent wrinkles hands and chipped nail polish. Dishes should be dried with a towel and then left to be air dried to avoid water spots. Dishes should also be put away the same day they are washed. Dish washing is a daily battle, and should be handled after mealtimes to avoid needing a dirty dish sitting in the sink at dinner time.

Bathroom Care - There is perhaps no other room in the house that requires more attention and extensive cleaning than the bathroom. Toilets require ample scrubbing, and should always hold the appearance of being fresh and unused with bathroom tissue well stocked and in reach. Roll up your sleeves, scrub the bowl, and make it sparkle. Sink counters should be cleaned, void of hair and organized with fresh scented hand soap and hand towels. Tile flooring should also have a deep cleaning once a week to fight nasty build up. The same principles should be applied to tubs and showers, with fresh towls hung daily. Medicine cabinets should be well kept stocked while also holding first aid supplies to be used as needed.

It should also go without saying, but the bathrooms should have their out set of cleaning supplies such as scrubs and gloves and replaced twice as often.

Garages, Basements, & Attics - If your home happens to have any of these spaces, it is your job to ensure that they do not feel neglected or ignored in comparison to other areas of the house. They should be orderly, kept very organized, with bright lighting through out. Pantries and Lininen Closets should hold the same principles. Even tight and low ceiling spaces should not appear cluttered.

Car Washing - Housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, organizing, and everything else mentioned above should also extend to every vehicle that is use by someone in the home. The car, truck, or van should be a place that’s clean, comfortable, and cared for. Wash and wax vehicles as necessary. Ice and snow removal is your responsibility on winter mornings, and don’t forget to turn the heat on to help it warm up. Really want to impress your Domestic Superioes? Perform oil changes, check the levels of transmission and wiper fluids to add or change when necessary. Rotate tires every 6 months. There is no reason why a Housewife cannot learn or perform basic preventative maintainence that any apprentice mechanic and do.

Preventative Maintainence - A home takes wear and tear just like a car does. It is used everyday, and it is the responsibility of the Housewife to keep the home operational. Changing light bulbs, fighting leaky faucets, lubricating squeaky doors and handles are just some of the small examples that fall under preventative maintence of the home. Not to mention all the fighting against carpet stains, floor scuffs, wall marks and other eye sores that happen through time. A successful Housewife can combat all these things to keep the home from falling into disrepair.

Curbside Appeal - A proper dwelling must appear tidy both inside and out. As Housewife, you must understand that the exterior of your home requires just as much care and attention as the rooms inside do. Porches should be kept clean, well lit, and swept often. Lawns should be green, cut, and void of weeds, leaves, and other eyesore. Driveways and walkways need to also stay clear, of both clutter and oil stains. Clearing of these areas is also the duty of the Housewife when there is any amount of snow. Trash and recycling bins should appear clean, and kept in an area that is not noticeable from the street, if it can be avoided, with the exception of trashday; where it is of course the responsibility of the Housewife to take out and bring in the bins, rubbish, and recycling.

Gardening - During the spring and summer months, the exterior of the home should be vibrant with well maintained plants and flowers. Brushes and trees should be kept trimmed. Perhaps most importantly, a vegetable garden should be kept somewhere on the property. Nurturing a vegetable garden is a good opportunity for a Housewife to show off their green thumb and later their culinary skills in the kitchen. All exterior areas should be watered daily, and will help make the home appear lively and well groomed.

Through much effort and practice, finding the right routine will make the housework a breeze. In time you’ll become quicker and more efficient at what needs to be done, creating valuable time to focus on other, more rigorous tasks.
