Hey guys :) I just made this tiny video to show my mini self-soothe kit. The idea is to engage your senses, which will ground you and take you out of your emotions. The more senses engaged, the better. So I have stuff like a fuzzy crocheted bunny and incense, among other things. And my alpaca finger puppet :) The video’s a lil awkward, but I hope it helps even a small bit, if this is something that might be helpful for people? Let me know :)

Ocean in a bottle. Inspiration came from bhoomplay.You need:transparent plastic bottle, filled 1/3 up with waterblue food colouringsunseed oil ( or similar) to fill the rest of the bottlemaybe some seashells, stones, fishes in plastic, we used small ocean themed plastic beadsThe oil and water does not mix, the oil creates slow waves in the water when you turn it back and forth. No need to say: A loved it, and L spied after all the small fishes and seashells. I love this kind of crafting, super easy, cheap and lots of fun.
