went to whole foods in Piccadilly Circus on Thursday and finally found the Georganics zero waste dental set!

The products pictured are: spearmint oil pulling mouthwash, peppermint coconut oil toothpaste, and spearmint mouthwash tablets.

They were quite pricey but I had the money to spend so thought I’d try them out!

I also use the Humble Brush bamboo toothbrushes.

Hi everyone, I’ve had this blog for a few years when I first became interested in becoming healthy, however, at this point of my life I was becoming obsessed with losing weight and being skinny whilst comparing myself to other people who have bodies that would be completely unattainable and my outlook on this became more about losing weight as opposed to living a healthier lifestyle.

I’ve decided to redesign this blog and use it as a personal record of a health journey I plan to take for both my body and my personal mindset. This includes:

> moving to vegetarian diet and eventually, a vegan diet.

> slowly moving away from dairy products.

> continuing a cruelty-free lifestyle, but hoping to move towards a more natural health and beauty routine.

> gradually moving towards a minimalist lifestyle.

> gradually moving towards a zero-waste lifestyle.

Not only will this blog help me, I’m hoping that I can create a place where tips based on the list above can be shared and that everyone can move towards a healthier lifestyle.

Whenever I make tofu it’s the same basic recipe: half flour, half nutritional yeast. And then whatev

Whenever I make tofu it’s the same basic recipe: half flour, half nutritional yeast. And then whatever seasonings go with the meal. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Press your tofu and cut into cubes. Heat about a quarter inch of oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Toss the tofu into the seasoning until completely coated and then put in the oil immediately so that the coating stays dry. Fry the tofu for about 6 minutes on each side and it should be ready to enjoy
