~Connected works - They don’t believe me I & II
After a stressful day or week, it is important to dampen the stressed out feelings that harbour inside you. One way to do that is through an edible spell using catnip. That’s right, catnip. Catnip creates an aromatic and woodsy-tasting herbal tea that is simultaneously soothing and mildly stimulating. Making it perfect for countering stress and jitters.
You will need
1. 3 teaspoons fresh (or 1 teaspoon dried) catnip
2. A pinch of lemongrass
3. Tea infuserCasting
Boil a pot of water and set aside to cool slightly.
Place the catnip and lemongrass in the infuser and set it in a tea cup. Repeat the following with intent:
Earthen powers, soft and true
Grant me peace that I am due
Grant release and grant respite
Bestow what’s good, kind, and right.Pour the water over the tea and allow it sit ten minutes, as you centre yourself. Remove the infuser and drink.

Catnip: associated with Venus, the element of water, and brings happiness
Lemongrass: associated with Mercury, the element of air, and is a purification herb
