Loved the food at Topos Restaurant and the service was very friendly and accommodating. I was a bit tired from the days travel so was a bit cranky, but the delicious food and wine definitely helped!

Holy Guac:
avocadoes/tomatoes (diced)/red onion (diced)/garlic (minced)/jalapeno (minced)/serrano (minced)/lime (juice)/kosher salt/ground cumin/cayenne
I threw the pits on the surface to mitigate the browning and to make it look nice.
Verdict: Amazing!
