Halloween was just for fun, right? It didn’t really matter what you dressed up as. Obviously you weren’t going to turn into a vampire or a shitty cat. You weren’t going to turn into a greaser cigarman either. You were just playing pretend, like when you were a kid.
So you didn’t think anything of it when you put on the leather jacket, planted a cigar in your jaw, and went out on Halloween night. Sure, the smell of the leather, hair grease, and smoke made you feel dizzy, but its a holiday. It’s only normal to get into character. Just go with the flow–smoke a stogie, adjust your jacket, run a comb through your hair. It’s just a costume. It’s just for one night.
So why did you put it on November 1st?
