He’s a very funny character and the whimsical weirdness this company brings to an otherwise bleak consumer culture gives me hope for every weird artist out there following their bliss.
As a joke when tumblr flagged a Bibo inktober I did in 2017, I threatened to draw Bibo in a different style for 12 days. This exercise got me out of a creative and existential funk I was in. Yes, consumer culture is kinda gross on many levels, but there is still whimsy and fun out there. Be the change you want to see in the world! Draw weird shit that isn’t a broad-appeal Disney mash up, for fuck’s sake!!!

A lot of my jewelry pieces are getting a much-needed makeover, whether it’s improvements on the materials or redesigns. This mermaid inspired bracelet set is one of my favorites so far
I’m going to take my stickers off the market for a little while. I want to reprint them on waterproof sticker paper so that my stickers are the best I can make them. Since I’m in the process of moving, my printer is not set up, so it may be a while before I relist them, but I’ll make an update once I do.

They need better photos too. I’ll have better set-ups in the new place, so hopefully it’ll help me get my shop off the ground after all these years.
I cast up some glow in the dark owl mask blanks! These are regular white color in daylight but after a charge in sunlight or UV/black light , they will glow a very bright teal!
They can be painted or airbrushed with minimal paint and stains to preserve the white color of the mask itself so that any unpainted parts will glow. Looks really neat!

I was trying for a sandstorm on a beach at sunset…I swear it looked better in my brain. lol I have found that drawing on a digital medium is more fun, but I am better with pencil and paper. I have more control with a pencil than I do with digital. What medium do you do best with?
