So less religion means more good people? how can it be possible if Atheists and creationists are good and evil in the same rate?

So, even when the % of atheists in USA is around 5% looks like having a religion is the tendency to be a criminal.

We will expect that if religious and atheist do good and wrong in the same average the prison population should be equal, or it’s that the atheist are smarter and don’t get caught as easy?
