Always a good idea
If you read my blog recently, I told you I was suffering from burning joint pain since our New Year’s Party. Never left my apartment since then. What a great year starter, right? So I just worked from home. But good lord—Netflix exists. They are my bestfriends since day one. I’m amazed how people with chronic pain syndrome manage their day-to-day lives for a long time.
Time to curl up and ready your tea, because I’ll be sharing to you the feel-good TV Shows you should watch if you are super stuck at home.
- Friends.Who doesn’t know this classic TV Show? I super love this one. Ross and Rachel and Monica and Chandler and Phoebe and Joey? Almost two decades after the final episode and people are still getting crazy about the punchlines.
- How I Met Your Mother. Do I need to say more? Neil Patrick Harris (Barney) basically carried the whole show. Sorry fans, I’m biased.
- Orange is The New Black. Guuurl! #Lovewins! The plot twists are just amazing and the award-winning actors are just a plus. Prepare to get carried away with this roller-coaster ride dark comedy drama by Netflix.
- Brooklyn Nine-Nine. THE BEST. It’s still on going. If you haven’t heard of this before, it’s on Netflix and see it for yourself! Season 5 comes to NBC on Thursday!
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is an amazing show filled with characters that are as diverse, kooky, wacky, serious, loving and caring as those people who are in the audience watching the show! Each 25 minute episode is full of laughter, joy and kookiness but they are also full of heart and serious moments as well especially when tackling the issues that face everyday people. It is a brilliant show about a group of amazing and diverse people who represent everyone out there. — the-artifice
Now I’m starting to think that staying at home was a good call because I am feeling better now. Hopefully, by next week I could go out there and get back on track with awesome self!
If you suffer from any signs and symptoms of pain, just stay at home and be cool. Maybe it’s your time to take a break and watch these amazing shows.
