#shelter cats
Longview, WA: 13 year old Gracie is looking for a home! She was brought to the shelter when her owner passed away. Her ear is permanently damaged, but shouldn’t cause her pain. If you’re looking for a sweet and easy going girl, call (360) 577-0151 to meet her and #AdoptPureLove! ❤️
Port Allen, Louisiana: Check out Olive, just hanging out in her foster home!
She will soon be ready for adoption, please call 225-336-2428 or email [email protected] if you would like to meet her!
Oakland, California: Ponyo is a beautiful 2-month-old girl who’s learning to navigate the world on three legs (and doing a great job!). Although she might need some extra assistance at times, she’s always determined to give it a shot on her own first.
Ponyo loves to chase wand toys, but she also loves to snuggle after a long day of exploring. She’s always happy to find out where the sun is shining and plop herself down to soak up the warmth. Although she can be reserved with new people, she’s quick to come around. She’s also a purr machine who’s content to sleep on your lap and give kisses in exchange for pets. Ponyo gets along well with other cats, too. She’s a sweetheart with a lot of love to give!
Ponyo is currently residing in a foster home. To apply to meet her, visit https://www.oaklandanimalservices.org/animal-profile/?id=51538&_ga=2.139472947.1418998339.1628906400-1448115291.1628469187!
Chicago, Illinois: Oksana will meet a lot of people and draw admirers for her striking looks, but only one true person will get *her* attention.
Queen of the resting grumpy face, Oksana is a quiet senior gal who knows what she wants and only opens up to people she trusts and knows. Her luxurious coat will need lots of care and she will need someone to feed her what makes her feel best and give her the time, personal space, and patience to trust fully and be her best self the rest of her life.
Do you think you have what it takes to have *Oksana* fall in love with YOU?? Check out her adoption profile here: bit.ly/OksanaCAR and her YouTube feature here: https://youtu.be/l1Uyzx1ACes.
New Orleans, Louisiana: How to say you don’t want a cat without saying you don’t want a cat? Surrender your cat to the shelter for having a litter box.
That’s what happened to Buddy, a handsome 3-year-old grey and white gentleman.
Buddy takes nothing for granted, and tends to stay out of sight until addressed. However, just hearing his name will send him running toward you for affection.
With his gentle nature, he would probably be happiest in a low key family. He is healthy with no behavior problems.
This boy has a fantastic personality and will be a wonderful part of your family! Email Maria at [email protected] to meet him!
Picayune, Mississippi: Hi, I’m Toriana, and do you know how sweet I am? I actually gave myself diabetes!
I’m 18 years old and have been at the shelter for many years. They are 100 percent determined that enough is enough, and it’s time to go all out and find me a home!
I’m very mellow, love other cats, and LIVE for being brushed and petted. I hear that when you have a home, that happens way more than in a shelter! I can’t wait!
I do need insulin daily and a special diet, but I’m totally used to it and am very easy to care for.
So… will you? Care for me, I mean?
Right now I’m in Picayune, Mississippi, but may come to New Orleans. Email my friend Maria at [email protected] to see how you can meet me. I can’t wait!
Oh, and if for some reason you can’t adopt me, maybe you know someone who can? Please reblog me, just to be sure they see me!
Love always,
Toriana
