Power nap spell: (i ma just write it in bullet points)

- candle (colors that i think work: white, purple, blue or any color you associate with sleep)

- herbs: lavender and nettle (or a herb that you would use for protection)

- a little bit of rain water and tea (camomile or your personal favorite “sleepy time” tea): you wet the herbs or candle a bit (… you can wait till it dries or just wipe a bit of before you light the candle)

- put a sigil on it (i have put my 1h power nap sigil)

- write your intent on a piece of paper and put it under the candle

- light it and go to sleep (!!!be careful! don’t burn your house down!Put it somewhere where it’s save or light it before you go to sleep and then put it out while slipping!!!)

Simple Spells

Some simple spells for my fellow lazy witches.

custodiat animam - “Protect Mind” ~To protect against psychological attacks

Beati mundo Tenebrae Responsories - “Clean of darkness” ~ A simple cleansing spell

beatus somnum - “Blessed Sleep” ~ For a good night’s sleep

visus posterum - “future sight” ~ for good decision making or insight

calidum et tutum - “Warm and safe” ~ To make a place comfortable or to enchant a blanket to be nicer

Use this spell to enhance your dreams with more vivid images, colors, or sounds. If you would like to add any other ingredients or steps to your spell, please feel free to do so. 

Ingredients:

• Flowers & Leafs (dried; colors don’t matter)
• Glass Jar (better if it’s personalized)
• Cinnamon Stick or Incense
• Candle

Ritual:

⋆ Dry out all leaves or flowers you have. (Might take a day or two. Place out carefully in the sun or moonlight to make them more powerful)

⋆ Light your candle and charge your hands by holding them over the flame. Absorb the warmth of it.

⋆ Crush the flowers/leaves using your hands. Using a mortar and pestle is fine as well. Try to remove any sticks or seeds.

⋆ If you have an incense, bless the mixture with the smoke. If you have a cinnamon stick, burn it using your candle’s flame. Try to burn it until it’s almost gone or until you feel it’s necessary. Place the remaining fragments inside the jar with the crushed flowers.

⋆Before you sleep, dip your hands into the mixture and try to soak up the colors of the petals/leaves. Play with it if you’d like, feel free to also spread on on a flat surface. Just make sure to return it to the jar before you sleep.

⋆Place the jar close to your bed. Also try placing a rose quartz nearby or in your jar to ensure peaceful dreams or any other stones you feel might be relevant to you.
