I can’t believe Shadow and Bone comes out tomorrow (!!) I’ve been internally screaming all week. Anyway here are my (finally) finished portraits of Alina, Inej, Genya and Nina. I can’t wait to see these characters and this world come to life on screen.

Currently reading this book and it’s incredibly great! I am enjoying every page and I wonder how The Dregs will pull off this dangerous heist.

Just thought I’d make a quick little appreciation post for:

Kaz felt like he was about to climb out of his skin. He pointed through the window. “Jakob fucking Hertzoon. I want to talk to him.”
Because that for me was the most cathartic thing I’ve ever read ever. I could hear the frustration in my head. It’s also amplified by the fact it’s the only time (I think. Correct me if I’m wrong) that the F word is said in the books. And any swearing at all really. It’s beautiful. 10/10. Like the reading equivalent of a chesty scream or a sigh of relief.

Just follows his friends and posts pictures of his big house in the rain or videos of his music. Uses his private stories a LOT to rant and sends filtered selfies to the crows when he’s bored. Kaz has him blocked.

Has the most followers. Thinks he’s an influencer and actually puts effort into his outfit photos. Very Pinterest-like. Mostly shots of him posing and some of Wylan looking cute when caught off guard.
