#water element

LIVE

Based on my OWN experience, this might not apply to everyone.

★ Capricorn moms with a mix of fire placements can be VERY furious if someone attacks their child, for example the teacher has said to their daughter/son they can’t do something. They WILL do everything, they will even go this far that the teacher might get kicked out of school. But in the end they will let the teacher stay since they do care about the teachers job.

★ Water and Fire placements truly make a parent quite emotional for the emotional needs for their child. They want everything to be okay.

★ Underdeveloped Pisceans parents may have some mental health issues with themselves and yell it out on their children. Can apply to Scorpio, Capricorn, Aries, & Aquarius in my opinion too. Since these are the signs who try to ignore their feelings but in the end they have a lot to deal with.

★  Parents with underdeveloped water influence can make them rebel against EVERYTHING of their child needs *with a mix of air/fire

★  Parents with Libra & Pisces placements can make them choose this and the other day this. They have some conflict with being ‘two-faced’ but this doesn’t make them directly a worse parent.

★ Capricorn / leo moon truly are the most loyal to their partner. Since they both are hopeless romantic and would do everything in the name of love. Don’t forget: these signs will always do put themselves as first since they try to be realitsic. *maybe pisces moon too but I’m not sure

★  Parents with air moons may have had one of the most complicated childhoods ever and the child may repeat this.

★  Parents with earth or air influence make them (over)think a lot about the future. They might even have some burn-outs at times.

★ Fire & Water placements  can make them throw with money easily, while earth placements are very possesive about their money. I found air placements have the best way with dealing money.

! Don’t forget: this really all depends on the overall chart of someone.

About a week or so ago, give or take a few days, I made a post about alchemy and how to integrate it into your life. Now, we’re going to get into the nitty gritty! This post is dedicated to explaining what kind of alchemy we’re really going to be practicing here, and how to get started on it!

First of all, I feel I should repeat myself: you don’t need a fancy lab or transmutation circles to be an alchemist. All you need to use is your body, your mind, and your soul. Alchemy will help you to understand and categorize your existence and the existence of things around you in order to better effect change in your life.

Let me also be clear: just because alchemy doesn’t requireexperiments, books, candles, or any kinds of spells doesn’t mean you’re prohibited from using them. The beauty of it is that, once you’ve wrapped your head around the metaphysical processes of alchemy I’m going to lay out in this series of posts, you’ll find your spellcraft, your research, and all other aspects of your life — mystical, mundane, and everything in-between — to be given a boost!

That’s the plan, anyways! ☆

So, to begin, let’s lay out what alchemists are really talking about when they use all their various symbols: earth, water, air, fire, aether, salt, mercury, and sulfur. I’ve discussed salt, mercury, and sulfur before, but to review a bit, they’re codewords for body, mind, and soul. The alchemist endeavors to align the mind to the purposes of the soul so that the body can change things or be changed. If you really apply it well, you could rewrite reality! Or something like that.

As for the other elements, they’re the real bread and butter of this series. Let’s give it a brief overview:

Earth ~ Sometimes associated with salt, Earth is represented by the color black. Earth represents physical reality, the body, and the illusion that all things are solid and unchangeable.

Water ~ Sometimes associated with mercury or quicksilver, Water is represented by the color white. Water represents emotions, the subconscious, and the realization that reality is an ever-evolving fluid interplay of energies.

Air ~ Sometimes associated with gold, Air is represented by the color yellow. Air represents thought, the conscious mind, and coming to an understanding of how one is able to comprehend the world’s true state.

Fire ~ Sometimes associated with sulfur, Fire is represented by the color red. Fire represents the soul to some extent, but is more accurately called the “agent of transformation” and the epiphany that you, too, can effect change.

“What, then, is Aether?” you ask, trying not to think about a certain CGI action-adventure series with four color-coded heroines. Aether is the fifth element, and the resultant you get by mastering and combining the other four elements. This is the pinnacle of magick, and one you’ll reach in time, if you’re patient.

As this series goes on, I’ll go through the elements step-by-step so that you can, within your own practice, integrate them into your life. For now, there’s some homework you can do to prepare yourself!

While continuing your research, begin to observe animals around you. Whether it be a deer in the park, the koi in your neighbor’s pond, or even just your cat, watch them closely and with a mind open to new lessons. How is this animal different from you? How is it the same? In what way does this animal go about its life differently from yours, and is this a way that might improve your life?

There are lessons to be learned from everything around us, from the sun in the sky to the ants in the grass, and even the device you’re reading this on right now. I’ll go into my own beliefs on animism and things another time, though.

Be diligent in your studies, and may the Tree of Life always shelter you!

It almost goes without saying. And yet the weather patterns on our planet-such as the drought in California- as well as the leering threat of major corporations, who wish to privatize water, should make us stand back and take a good look at this element which is literally everywhere in and around us.

We are a microcosm of the universe and within us the entire universe resides. Therefore we as individuals as well as a collective human consciousness hold the keys within our own conscious awareness to heal the state of water, because it is essentially an extension of us, just as we are of it.

You will see what I mean if you have ever looked into the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher who discovered that water is deeply impressionable and that by subjecting water to various sounds, words, and intentions, it would literally change at the molecular level to reflect the vibrations to which it was exposed.

The point in all of this is that we can absolutely change the quality and state of water through our thoughts and intentions.  Here are 3 specific ways:

image

1.     Heal Your Relationship with Water- This step could actually be an entire article in and of itself.  In actuality, when we bring something within the self totally into alignment, we are bringing healing to the collective. To have a healthy relationship with water, we need enough water in our bodies to function properly on all levels which means staying hydrated and drinking high quality water like alkaline, spring, or at the very least filtered.

Additionally, it is good to learn to respect water. That means appreciating the water you drink, swim, and bathe in as well as cook and clean with.  If you possibly can, it is respectful to reuse water.  For instance, if water stagnates, it can become quite unpleasant. Use it to water the plants or clean something if you forget a glass of drinking water.

Finally, start the day with a glass of fresh water. Mindfully.  Stand facing the rising sun and drink a big glass of water with gratitude and with good intentions for the day ahead.

2.     Pray or Meditate to the Water:In using the word ‘pray’ I simply mean to use whatever method is appropriate to you for connecting with the greater essence of life and focusing positive intentions somewhere.  Because water is impressionable, praying to or meditating for bodies of water like a local lake or creek or the ocean will have an effect on the water.  This effect is highly intensified if many people participate at once.  Getting a group of people together to pray for the water can affect the over-soul of consciousness of the water everywhere on the planet as well as the water in your own living cells.  This type of ceremony would benefit greatly from including music and song which creates and shifts vibrations with great power.

3.     Alchemize the Water- As Masaru Emoto demonstrated with his life’s work, you can create specific changes in water through your intentions and the use of sounds, intentions, the written word, and imagery.  If this appeals to you here is an experimental ritual to try:

Take a small quantity of water, no more than a gallon, and place it in a glass container that can be transported easily.  Now spend some time with the water. Hold your hands on the water and pray or sing, visualize the water taking beautiful forms or being full of light, color, and beautiful energies.  Write positive words on small slips of paper and stick them onto the container facing inward.  Expose the water to sacred geometric symbols or healing frequencies such as 432hz or to healing mantras.  You could also place crystals like clear or rose quartz in the water for several hours or overnight on particularly a full moon, and allow the energies to be imprinted into the water.

Now specify your intention for the water, because you will use this water as a sort of ‘concentrate’ to heal a larger source of water.  So state or imagine your intentions clearly and communicate them to the water.  The inention may be your image of all the waters in the world being pure, clean, accessible, and full of healing light.  Once you have sent these thoughts and intentions into the water, give the water as a gift to a larger source of water.  This could be at the seashore, a lake, a creek, or even down your own drain to heal the city water which badly needs healing.  Hold your intention as you give the water away as you allow it to flow away and bring the beautiful vibrrations it contains with it.  See it as a sort of concentrate of energy impressions that will shift the vibration of the entire water source to which it is flowing.

The water on our planet dearly needs to be healed, but the first and most primary aspect of the healing of water is for us to come into alignment with water as individuals. After we are in a good relationship with water personally, then we can follow our inspiration and use other methods to project healing to water throughout the world.

Does anyone else use ingredients for their black salt that rotate or change depending on when it’s made? This time I felt called to use Rosemary for more Earth element protection of my home: .

.Rosemary for the guardians of the west, sea salt for the guardians of the east, ash as the element of fire and guardians on the south, and to the guardians of the north- wind- my breath. Protect my four corners, my home, and all who reside inside. Amen, a’ho, and so it is. .
